What Pagewiz is

Pagewiz is a landing page platform for marketers who run paid campaigns and want to create, publish and split-test pages themselves. The about page calls it a "landing page platform that lets marketers create, publish, and split-test landing pages." The homepage frames the offer with a bold line: "We are to landing pages what Google is to search." It is aimed at professional marketers and growing teams, and the company says its customers range in size, with logos and a CEO testimonial from a knowledge base startup, HelpDocs. The company also states that it has built software since 2004, launched Pagewiz in 2011, and lists Arik Liberman as CEO. The pages we hold name no headquarters city.

What you build and how

The builder is described on the product menu as running "from its simple to use Drag & Drop interface to the free use of HTML, CSS and JavaScript." That is the core design choice: a marketer can assemble a page visually, and someone with front-end skills can write code directly. Plus plans list a script library for adding custom scripts.

Templates are the starting point. The product menu calls them "a huge variety of high-converting templates, free for Pagewiz costumers," and the templates page shows the style. Many are mobile app pages. One short-form template simulates your app screen on a laptop, tablet and smartphone with App Store and Google Play buttons above the fold, and long-form variants add reviews and feature lists. The page does not state a template count.

Around the builder sits what the company calls campaign management: lead management, custom URLs, A/B testing, SEO, plugins and more. A/B testing is on every plan, and so are unlimited landing pages and widgets. Branded email lead notifications are on the Plus plan, and leads can be sent onward through integrations.

Integrations are where Pagewiz is most specific. The integrations page lists an official Zapier connection that "lets you automate tasks with over 750 services, such as Gmail, Slack, MailChimp and more," with sending leads to a Google Sheet or a CRM as an example. A webhook integration sends leads to your CRM or any other URL, and you can add multiple independent webhooks for each form and attach extra data such as IP and referral URL. Named direct integrations are Zoho CRM, SugarCRM, GetResponse, Salesforce, Constant Contact, AWeber, Bitrix24, Capsule, Base and Campaign Monitor. The homepage adds that "powerful integration tools" can be set up in no time.

Hosting is handled by the company. The pricing page says it uses highly secure cloud based hosting, that all pages are monitored automatically every few minutes and backed up every few hours, and that payment runs through a PCI-compliant processor. Custom domains come with plans, 10 on Plus and 25 on Pro. The pages we hold do not describe code export, self-hosting or open source, and do not name a hosting region.

The homepage states the mission as helping a business "launch its next online campaign faster, smarter, and at a lower cost," and says Pagewiz "reduces the overhead of maintaining the most important part of your funnel." It invites you to book a one-on-one demo with the customer support manager, and the Plus and Pro plans list a 1x1 demo. The help center also carries sections on common issues, additional features and direct integrations, so a new user has written guides to work from as well as the videos.

Changes are simple: log in, edit, and the changes apply automatically to the live page. Help comes from a help center with sections on the designer, page customization, the form, managing pages, emails, integration guides and video tutorials. A 4-minute getting started video and a video course of 1 hour are linked from every page.

The evidence from the pages

The homepage and about page offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card. The pricing FAQ adds a limit: you can test the product with up to 200 unique visitors. When the 30 days end the company emails a reminder to choose a plan, and if you do nothing the account is deactivated, though you can still access your account and landing pages. The FAQ says exceeding a plan limit will not freeze your account: the company emails to ask for an upgrade, the pages stay live, and you keep full access to your data.

Plans, from the pricing page, are monthly with a 15% saving shown for annual billing. Plus is $99 a month, or $84 a month on annual billing, with 10 custom domains, unlimited landing pages, A/B testing, integrations, 30,000 unique visitors, branded email lead notifications, a script library and a 1x1 demo. Pro is $199 a month, or $169 a month annually, and adds everything in Plus with 100,000 unique visitors and 25 custom domains. An Enterprise plan is custom, offered through a demo request. The page also shows a first plan above Plus, but its name and price are not readable in the pages we hold, so check the live page for it.

Company claims: "More than 174,345 landing pages have been created with Pagewiz." The about page says the team has been developing mission-critical software since 2004 "used by millions in enterprises like Oracle, Converse, Intel and government ministries," and that the platform "processes millions of leads on a monthly basis" (the page gives no exact count). These are the company's own statements. It offers 7-day-a-week tech support, and the pages mention free support for trial users. The pages contain no SOC 2 or GDPR claim.

Who it suits and who it does not

Pagewiz suits a marketing team or agency that treats landing pages as a repeatable paid-campaign channel. The CRM and email integrations, webhooks per form, and A/B testing on every plan fit a team that already has a stack to feed. The free use of HTML, CSS and JavaScript gives a developer on the team an escape hatch when a template does not fit, and the overage policy that keeps pages live suits campaigns where a traffic spike must not take a page down.

The caveats are about scope. Pricing is built around unique visitors, 30,000 on Plus and 100,000 on Pro, so a high-traffic campaign needs to be sized against the tiers. Pagewiz is a landing page tool, not an ecommerce or app builder, and the pages we hold describe no checkout or database. A solo founder wanting a one-click AI generator will not find one described here, and the template examples shown skew toward app promotion.
