What is systeme.io
systeme.io is an all-in-one platform for people starting or running an online business: sales funnels, a website builder, email marketing, online courses, affiliate management and physical product sales sit under one login. The home page says it is "Powering 500,000+ entrepreneurs," and the why-systeme page says it "was built by Aurelien Amacker in 2018 with a clear goal: give every entrepreneur access to professional business tools without expensive subscriptions or technical complexity." The same page says the product was designed for non-technical users: the page editor, funnel builder, course platform and workflow builder all use drag and drop, with no coding and no hosting to configure. The reader it is written for is a solo founder, a coach, a course creator or a small service business that wants to replace a set of separate tools with one account, one contact database and one support team.
What you build and how
Sales funnels. The features page sums up funnels as "Create funnels easily based on proven templates." The funnel builder and email marketing are integrated: when someone opts into a funnel, they are added to your email list and tagged automatically. That single link between page and list is the center of the product, and it is why the platform sits in the landing page category. The plan comparison table lists funnel steps, deadline funnels, evergreen webinars, A/B tests, 1-click upsells and order bumps as funnel features, so a funnel can run from an opt-in page through a sales page to a checkout with an upsell.
Website builder. The features page says you can "Easily set up your website in under 10 minutes." A company blog post describes a drag and drop web page editor with website templates, and blogs are part of the same builder: the free plan includes 1 blog with unlimited posts. The plan table also counts websites and languages per website, so a site can be published in more than one language. Templates come from the template library, and the footer offers free DNS setup for connecting a custom domain.
Email marketing and automation. The features page promises unlimited emails and email campaigns, and the plan table lists newsletters, tags, automation rules and workflows. Business automation is its own feature ("Save time and energy by automating your business"), and the home navigation adds marketing automation, CRM pipelines and SMS marketing. The company's blog says emails, pages and templates are mobile responsive.
Online courses and communities. "Build your online course, manage your students." The pricing page says every plan includes "Unlimited students" and lists student activity history. A community builder is a separate feature for running a members' space next to a course.
Physical products and ecommerce. The features page says "Become a dropshipper or sell your own products." The plan table covers physical product variants, shipping management, inventory management, coupon codes and cash on delivery. Payment processors listed are Stripe, Apple Pay, PayPal, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago and Xendit, and the pricing page says all plans have "No transaction fees." The creator store is "a single-page storefront you can link from your social media bio," where visitors buy digital products, courses and downloads. That puts systeme.io in the no-code ecommerce category for a seller who also needs funnels and email, rather than a large catalog store.
Affiliates. "Create an affiliate program, automate affiliate payouts." Running your own affiliate program is included on every plan.
Webinars, bookings and agencies. Evergreen webinars let attendees register through a funnel and receive reminder emails. A booking calendar handles events and bookings. For agencies, the pricing page says "every plan allows you to create unlimited sub-accounts," each "a fully fledged systeme.io account with its own full set of limits" matching the main plan. White label runs "the platform on your custom domain" with clients managed "inside a fully rebranded experience," and agencies are told to contact the team for white-label pricing.
Integrations and API. The plan table lists Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid and Twilio SMS, plus API requests per minute; the footer links to a public API.
Moving in. The compare page says free migration is available. The team moves your funnels, pages, email sequences, products and contacts, and the process typically takes 2 to 5 business days for a standard-size business. You can also migrate manually with CSV imports for contacts and by rebuilding pages in the editor.
What the pages state about plans and proof
The pricing FAQ says systeme.io has 4 plans "based primarily on contact limits," with monthly or annual billing and "2 months free" on annual.
- Free. 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 blog, 1 course, 1 affiliate program and 1 custom domain, with unlimited emails and file storage. It "never expires and does not require a credit card."
- Startup, $17 a month: 5,000 contacts, unlimited funnels and 5 courses.
- Webinar, $47 a month: 10,000 contacts, "unlimited everything plus automated webinar feature."
- Unlimited, $97 a month: unlimited contacts, all features, sub-accounts and the free migration service.
The features page says "All features are available on every plan, including the permanently free tier," and that paid plans raise the number of contacts, funnels and courses. The FAQ's own sizing advice: under 2,000 contacts stay free, 2,000 to 5,000 take Startup, 5,000 to 10,000 take Webinar, and over 10,000 or managing clients take Unlimited.
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you cancel, your data stays on the free plan while your list is within 2,000 contacts; above that, the account reverts to free and the extra contacts are archived rather than deleted and come back when you reactivate a paid plan.
Support is 24/7 by e-mail, and the pricing page says the team answers "7 days a week" with "an average response time of under 2 hours." The plan table also lists a 1-on-1 kickstart coaching session, assistant accounts and early access to new features.
The home page quotes 2 users. Doris S, a corporate trainer, says "I love how systeme.io combines email marketing, sales funnels, and course creation all in one platform." Darina K, a professional photographer, says the range of tools "has allowed me to cancel several other apps and have a single space for my business."
Who it suits and who it does not
systeme.io suits a solo founder, coach or small service business that wants one tool for the whole funnel: capture an email, run follow-up, sell a product or course, and pay affiliates. The free plan is generous enough to validate an offer, and because every feature is on every plan, the upgrade decision depends on contacts, funnels and courses, not on feature access. Agencies get unlimited sub-accounts and white label, and migrating from another funnel tool comes with help.
The cost of the all-in-one approach is depth. The pages emphasize breadth and price: the editor, courses and ecommerce are each one part of a larger product, so a designer who wants pixel-level control or a retailer with a large catalog and complex inventory will find it lighter than a dedicated tool. It is a hosted platform, so you build and publish inside systeme.io. On the free plan, the 3 funnels and 1 course are the limits most people reach first, and Startup at $17 a month lifts the funnel cap.
