What PageFly is
PageFly is a page builder for Shopify stores, described on its own site as "the AI page builder and CRO platform for Shopify." It is built for merchants who want landing pages, home pages, product pages and collection pages that look like their brand without waiting on a developer. The site speaks to three kinds of buyer: AI-first founders, scaling brands that run experiments, and enterprise teams that need regional landing pages and B2B portals. The company says more than 230,000 Shopify merchants trust it.
What you build and how
Everything PageFly makes lives inside a Shopify store, so the question is what kind of Shopify page you need. The site lists these page types: home pages ("make the first screen do the selling"), landing pages, product pages, collection pages and blog post pages. Beyond pages, it names a cart drawer that personalizes the cart to each shopper, an AEO Optimizer meant to get AI assistants to recommend your products, and Markets localization that adapts pages to every Shopify Market. An AI Translator is also on the feature list.
The editor is a drag-and-drop visual builder with full design control, and a library of pre-built templates sits next to it. The site says the templates are built from patterns tested to improve conversion rate and add-to-cart performance. A live editor and a demo can be opened from the homepage before you commit.
AI is a second way in. The AI Page Builder, marked New, lets you describe the page you want and have it built. A related feature lets you brief a page in chat and have Claude build it in PageFly. A third, Smart Page, generates full pages from a prompt and is labeled Early Access, so expect it to change. If you would rather start from the drag-and-drop editor, nothing forces the AI route.
What sets PageFly apart from a plain page builder is the optimization layer, which the site calls the CRO Center and describes as "the full CRO funnel" built into the page builder. It lists four parts. Built-in analytics report sessions, conversion rate and revenue per visitor. Click and scroll heatmaps are native to the app. Built-in A/B testing lets you "ship the winner." Page Checkup scans every page across SEO, copy, layout and conversion signals, scores its health, and prescribes prioritized fixes. The company's pitch is that you need no separate heatmap, A/B testing or analytics apps.
On speed and compatibility, the site says every page is mobile-first responsive, CRO-optimized and "100% native to Shopify themes and apps." It also states that the app meets Shopify's highest quality standards for speed, ease of use and merchant value. The company describes integrations as a way to connect PageFly with leading Shopify apps to improve personalization, engagement and add-to-cart rate across the customer journey, with a separate integrations page to explore them. A reviewer who has used it for about 3 years says it helps to be able to use PageFly sections in new Theme 2.0 sites.
Because the pages are native Shopify pages, the shopper never leaves your store and there is no separate site to host.
The same company also runs Paceloop, a free audit tool announced on the homepage. It reads your last 90 days of Shopify data and names the single constraint holding you back, whether traffic, conversion, order value, repeat rate or margin, and tells you what to stop doing. The site offers it with a 30-day free trial for first-time subscribers. It is a separate product from the page builder and is context here, not part of the entry.
Plans, reviews and support
The homepage states "Free plan forever. No credit card required." and offers a Start for free button, plus a Book demo option. A banner at the foot of the page says you can "Try all features in PageFly Free plan" with "No time limits!", and offers to open a Shopify store with a 14-day free trial for merchants who do not have one yet. Paid plans sit on a separate pricing page.
Scale claims on the homepage: a 4.9 rating, 5,600+ reviews, a heading that reads "5,000+ Verified Reviews from Merchants Scaling with PageFly," and "Trusted by 230,000+ Shopify merchants." The site also publishes a block headed "Real results from our users" with these figures: 400,000 monthly organic visits, 1,000+ new visitors daily, 150% visitors rises, 1200+ pages with PageFly, and 315% growth. They are presented without naming the merchants behind them, so treat them as marketing claims.
Named customer testimonials include Tobias from Volant, a home and decor business in Sweden, who says "PageFly helps us to grow our business...We have made more than 2 million USD in revenue." Craig Hume, Managing Director of Utopia Computers in the UK, thanks the team for support that helped Utopia "shine online and reach more customers." Amaury Abel-Smith, owner of Lock Feet Sports in the UK, says it "has given me all resources to craft a really beautiful website that drives more sales." These are the company's chosen quotes.
Support is a recurring theme in the review section. The site promises live support from dedicated specialists, 24/7, in any language, plus CRO feedback to help refine layouts. One reviewer writes that the team will even help with page edits "if you grant them collaborator rights." Another, from BATCH, says "Our business would not exist without Pagefly" and that it lowers the cost and time to develop pages. The footer links a bug bounty program and a compensation policy alongside the terms of service. The help center, video tutorials, an eCommerce blog, case studies and a template library round out the resources. A Refer and earn program gives lifetime discounts to people who refer friends who install the app.
Who it suits and who it does not
PageFly suits a Shopify merchant who wants branded pages and a testing loop in one app. A solo founder can start on the free plan and use the AI Page Builder to get a first page up. An agency or a scaling brand will care more about the heatmaps, A/B testing and Page Checkup, which keep experiments inside the same editor. The enterprise pitch is regional landing pages, B2B portals and high-volume campaign pages with "full structural control and CRO testing support," in the site's words, together with Markets localization and the AI Translator for stores that sell in several countries.
There are real caveats. PageFly only works inside Shopify, so it is not a general website builder; a business on another platform needs a different tool. A reviewer who has used it for almost 5 years sums up the other limit: on little details you will find some limitations, and "Make sure to know at least some coding basics." Expect a drag-and-drop editor with depth, not a tool that removes every need for CSS knowledge. Finally, Smart Page is still in early access, so a team planning around AI-generated full pages should treat it as a preview.
