What it is
LeadCapture.io is a lead funnel builder for people who buy traffic and sell or deliver the leads that come back: performance marketers, lead generation agencies and the small businesses that live off inbound inquiries. It sits between a landing page builder and a multi-step form tool, and the site describes the result as "a unified lead funnel that combines the landing page and multi-step form into a single experience." The company's homepage sums up the workflow in one line: "Build it with AI, capture and qualify, verify and deliver. One platform, one lead record." The pages do not say where the company is based.
What you build and how
The thing you build is a funnel, not a page with a form pasted into it. The editor shown on the company's homepage is a visual builder with an "Add block" menu (Headline, Text Block, Badge, Social Proof, Icon List, FAQ and a Form block) and a switch between Desktop and Mobile previews. The form is a sequence of steps. The sample funnel on the homepage runs through accident type, when it happened, whether the person was injured, contact details and a thank-you step, all inside the same branded page. You can start by describing the funnel to the AI builder, and the company says the same builder is reachable from outside: its MCP server lets you "connect Claude, Codex, or Cursor to LeadCapture and build, fix, and audit funnels in plain language," and the site says this is included on every plan.
Because multi-step forms are the center of the product, the forms side is deep. The company says multi-step forms are "a native, first-class feature - not a workaround," with conditional logic, branching quiz paths and industry-specific field types such as zip code validation, property address lookups and insurance coverage selectors. A comparison page also claims purpose-built quiz funnels. If you reached this entry from the forms category, this is the part to weigh: it is a form builder whose forms are also the page, and the homepage insists it is "Not a generic form builder. A form builder collects an answer. This posts a verified, enriched, scored lead into the system that pays you for it."
The sample funnels on the homepage show the verticals the product is aimed at: personal injury intake, roof inspections, home value estimates, online degree matching, solar, final expense insurance, debt relief, home remodeling, auto and home insurance, mortgage refinancing and cash home offers. These are demonstration pages, not a customer list, but they make the intended use plain.
What happens after a visitor submits is where the platform spends its effort. The company says it includes lead verification (email verification, phone validation and one-time-password checks), contact scoring and data enrichment natively, with free verification credits on every plan, where a landing page builder would send you to separate tools. The founder's note on the homepage describes the problem that started the company: nothing verified a phone before the visitor left, and nothing posted cleanly into the platforms he delivered into. Delivery is handled through integrations. The homepage headline for that section is "Post leads into the stack you already run," and the logos listed are LeadProsper, LeadByte, Leadspedia, Boberdoo, Phonexa, Everflow, Juiced, ActiveProspect, TrustedForm, Jornaya, HighLevel and Zapier, followed by "and many more." Webhooks are also listed as included.
The company's comparison with Unbounce adds that its AI "builds the funnel, optimizes the content, configures the integrations, and proactively tells you what to improve," and that A/B testing is included. The same page lists a plan with 5 custom domains and 250 verification credits. The comparison page has a section on mobile-first page architecture, in line with the homepage's description of "the mobile-first, AI-powered way."
The evidence from the pages
Pricing appears on the company's comparison page, written as a contrast with Unbounce. LeadCapture.io Starter is $199 a month with "everything included." The Growth plan is $399 a month and "adds 10,000 leads, 1,000 verification credits, and AI Insights." The page says LeadCapture.io "includes all of this for $199-399/month." The company's pages mention no free plan and no free trial.
The company's claims about itself are specific. It says that "across our user base" the unified approach "has driven a 34% average conversion lift and over 3 million leads captured," and that customers "maintain 2+ year average retention." It says John Porrini, Founder and CEO, started LeadCapture in 2019. These are the company's own figures and the pages show no outside audit of them.
The comparison pages are the company's view of a competitor, and the competitor figures belong to the company's page, not to us. According to that page, Unbounce Build starts at $99 a month, a separate multi-step form tool adds $100 or more a month, email and phone verification adds $50 to $200 a month, and enrichment adds $100 to $300 a month, which the company totals at $400 to $900 or more a month across 4 to 5 tools. It also says Unbounce's form capabilities are "basic" and that its multi-step forms "require workarounds and lack integrations." Check those claims against Unbounce's own pricing before you rely on them. What is useful to a buyer is the framing: the product wants to replace a stack of tools with one subscription and one lead record.
On compliance and security, the company's pages make no claims about certifications, hosting regions or data retention, so a regulated buyer would need to ask. The homepage lists TrustedForm and Jornaya among its integrations, but the pages do not describe how those connections work.
Who it suits and who it does not
LeadCapture.io suits a media buyer or lead generation agency that already sends paid traffic to a funnel and loses money to fake leads, slow follow-up and tool sprawl. If your leads end up in a distribution platform such as LeadProsper, Boberdoo or Phonexa, the integration list matches that workflow, and the verification credits mean you do not pay per check on top of the subscription. A small business owner who wants a quote request or case intake funnel can describe it to the AI builder, though the pricing is set for lead volume, not for a hobby site.
It is a poor fit for someone validating an idea on no budget: the lowest price the pages show is $199 a month. It is also not a website builder. The company describes funnels, forms and lead handling, and none of its pages mention blog, store or multi-page site tooling, so a company that needs a full marketing site will still need another tool. And because the approach is one integrated funnel, you give up the freedom to pair any landing page designer with any form product. For teams that want that mix, this is a deliberate trade, and the company is upfront about making it.
