Instant is a page builder for Shopify stores that leans on AI agents. It is for merchants, store designers, agencies and ecommerce marketers who want landing pages, product pages, homepages and store sections without writing code. The home page headline is "Build converting Shopify pages with AI agents", and it says Instant powers 22,500+ brands on Shopify, with a 5/5 rating from 300+ reviews and a 7-day free trial. The company's blog lists the app on the Shopify App Store as Instant Section and Page Builder, and the site footer names the business as Instant Commerce.
What you build and how
The home page lets you pick what to generate: a landing page, home page, product page, listicle, navigation, cart, popup or collection page. You describe what you want and the AI builds it, and the company says the agents can browse the web for inspiration and carry out a prompt with pixel-perfect precision. The home page then sets out the main jobs.
Turn a design into a live store. This is the Figma path the company leads with. You copy your Figma files and the AI converts them into fully responsive Shopify layouts that the home page calls "Pixel-perfect, editable, and ready to publish." The PageFly alternatives article describes the same feature as a Figma to Shopify plugin: you copy any frame in Figma and paste it into the Instant page builder.
Build product pages. The company says it can generate optimized product pages with the right structure, content and components, "Anything from buy boxes to reviews." Product templates are a separate item in the feature menu.
Make a homepage. It says it creates homepages tailored to your brand in seconds, with AI building the layout and the content.
Create campaign pages. For the landing page reader, the company says you can launch landing pages for any campaign, with AI structuring the content, visuals and flow for clicks, engagement and sales. This is the part aimed at promotions and ad traffic into a Shopify store.
Generate images. The home page promises studio-quality product and lifestyle images made with AI, without photoshoots, built for ecommerce and consistent with your brand.
Underneath the AI there is a drag-and-drop editor with real-time preview and editing. The company's Shopify page builders article lists what you can design and publish with it: high-converting landing pages, home pages, product detail pages, sections, pop-ups and navigation, meaning the header and footer. The feature menu adds theme sections, blog posts, A/B testing, cart drawers and what the company calls Practical AI. The same article says the AI helps optimize design, content and SEO, and the PageFly article adds that Instant focuses on semantic HTML for search.
For the shopify-ecosystem reader, the important detail is how Instant fits into a theme. The company says Instant is designed to work with any Shopify theme, and that sections made in Instant can be converted into native Shopify Liquid code, so custom sections become part of the store rather than living only inside the app. A feature it calls App Island lets Instant pages work with Shopify app blocks, and its article says this works with any Shopify app block. The home page lists integrations with Shopify, Klaviyo, YouTube, Omnisend, Figma, Stamped, Recharge, Skio, Yotpo and Kaching, and links to 30+ integrations in total.
If you would rather not build it yourself, the home page has a section for handpicked experts who can migrate Figma designs to Shopify, build landing pages and handle conversion optimization with Instant. The site also links to an Academy, documentation, product updates, a public roadmap, a status page and an Enterprise page. The company's blog announces Instant 2.0 as the current version.
Plans, trial and company claims
The company's Shopify page builders article lists 3 paid plans: Starter at $39 per month, Pro at $99 per month and Business at $249 per month. It also describes a free plan with 1 page and 1 section, which it says gives access to professional templates, mobile optimization and the drag-and-drop editor, and the PageFly alternatives article says the free plan includes customer support. The home page, for its part, shows a 7-day free trial and a "Start for Free" button. So you can try the workflow on 1 page at no cost, and the paid tiers carry a trial period before billing.
The article names its intended users as design teams, agencies, Shopify Plus brands and anyone who uses Figma. It quotes Yarri Rosweide, founder of YAJU, saying they started with a product page and a home page and are now "even building our header and footer in Instant." The home page carries two short customer lines: "Our goal was to streamline workflows without relying on developers" and "We use Instant to ship faster and improve funnel performance."
The article also sets out the standard the company holds itself to. It says that "If you need a tutorial to drag and drop elements, the builder is too complex", that pages should be mobile-first rather than just mobile-compatible, and that slow pages do not convert. Read these as the company's own marketing priorities, not as independent test results.
Who it suits and who it doesn't
Instant suits a Shopify merchant who wants to ship a landing page, product page or campaign page quickly and would like AI to draft the structure. It suits a designer or an agency that already works in Figma, because the Figma-to-Shopify path is the feature the company leads with, and the Liquid conversion means the work ends up as native theme sections. A store that uses apps like Klaviyo, Yotpo or Recharge can bring their blocks onto Instant pages. A small store can start on the free plan's single page and move up to Starter when it needs more.
The limits are clear from the pages. Everything the company publishes is about Shopify, so it is not a tool for a store on another platform or for a non-commerce website. The free plan is 1 page and 1 section, enough to test the workflow but not to build a whole store. And AI-generated pages are a starting point: a store with complex product options should expect to edit the generated product pages before they go live.
