What it is
ElasticFunnels is a sales funnel builder that puts landing pages, checkout, CRM and attribution on one data layer. It is aimed at founders and marketing teams who buy paid traffic and want every step, from the ad click to the rebill, written to the same customer record. You can work in an AI page builder and visual editor, or in code through a CLI and an editor extension.
What you build and how
The page side starts with an AI builder. You describe the offer and get an editable page, or you paste a URL and the builder clones it into one. The company says it builds any page you describe, from VSLs and advertorials to quizzes and checkouts, and its Kartra comparison lists pages, funnels, quizzes and popups with reusable components. Pages can also be treated as code: the ef pull and ef push commands move a page into your editor, where you can version it in git and push it live again. Templates use a Blade-like syntax, and server-side scripts can run on any page.
Split testing is the feature the company leads with. Weighted variants sit under one live link, so the ad platforms keep seeing the same URL. Per its FAQ, Facebook, Google and TikTok keep optimizing against the same creative and URL pair while variants rotate server-side, which the company describes as no campaign resets and no learning loss. Its Kartra comparison puts the limit at up to 5 variants under one URL, on every page.
Checkout is built in the page builder, on your own domain. You get order bumps on the checkout, then one-click upsells and downsells that charge the saved card with no second form. Subscriptions and rebills live on the same customer record as the first order. The site lists Stripe, NMI and PayPal as payment processors. MID routing spreads transactions across your merchant accounts: weighted across your NMI MIDs, filtered by card brand, product and amount, with daily and monthly caps, plus a load balancing report of sales, revenue and refunds per MID. For stores that also sell through affiliate networks, the site says you can run your own affiliate program and take BuyGoods, ClickBank and Digistore24 orders by postback.
The CRM covers custom entities, fields, pipelines and stages rather than a plain contact list. Leads, orders, rebills and calls land in it, and the built-in call center works from the same record: agent queue, screen pop, dispositions, a do-not-call list and agent commissions, with recovery calls and phone orders attached to the customer. Order emails are built in. Email campaigns run through Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp and the other email integrations. Course and membership areas are included too.
Attribution ties every order to its ad, UTM and page variant, and dashboards can be built from 80+ analytics card types. Sales are posted back server-side to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and more.
For developers, the platform offers a REST API, the ef CLI, server-side scripts, a Cursor.ai and VS Code extension that syncs pages and components live, and an MCP server for AI agents. The company says Claude Code or Codex can build pages, launch split tests and read results through the CLI, and that ef mcp connects Claude Desktop. The AI tools read your real funnel data: the page cloner reads source URLs, reporting explains your metrics, and optimization flags anomalies in your sessions.
The evidence from the pages
The home page says "$97 per month to start" with a 14-day free trial. The Kartra and SamCart comparison pages publish the full ladder, metered on page views:
- Starter: $97 a month, 50,000 page views, 3 brands.
- Growth: $197 a month, 250,000 page views, 10 brands.
- Scale: $497 a month, 500,000 page views.
The FAQ says every feature is on every plan and that plans differ only by traffic, brands, domains and team members. What the $97 plan includes, in the company's words: "Pages and the AI builder, same-URL split testing, custom checkout with MID routing, subscriptions, CRM, automations, 50+ integrations and 80+ analytics card types, plus the call center, email and courses." Credits for the AI tools are included with every plan, so there are no API keys to wire up and no separate AI bill.
One fee sits outside the plan price. The site says a 0.5% fee applies only to revenue processed through ElasticFunnels-hosted checkout. Sales from BuyGoods, ClickBank, JVZoo, Digistore24 and other affiliate networks do not pass through it and are not charged, and Stripe and gateway fees are separate and stay with the gateway.
For context, the Kartra comparison lists Kartra at $59 a month on Essentials with a 5% transaction fee and 14 days free, against ElasticFunnels at $97. The SamCart comparison lists SamCart Core at $79 a month with a 7-day trial. Both pages are written by ElasticFunnels, and they say each competitor cell comes from that competitor's own public site, last checked on 25 September 2026.
On data ownership, the FAQ says you can export contacts, orders, sessions and CRM records as JSON or CSV at any time, with no proprietary lock-in formats. On migration, it says pages move by pasting the URL into the AI Page Cloner, checkout takes a few hours to wire your gateway and products, and a full migration with CRM history typically takes 1 to 2 weeks for established brands, with help from the team.
Who it suits
ElasticFunnels suits a team that runs paid traffic and wants one system to answer which ad, page variant and checkout produced a sale. Operators taking card payments across several merchant accounts get the most from MID routing, and teams that test pages under a live ad URL get the most from same-URL split testing. A founder who wants a stack for pages, checkout, upsells, rebills and a phone team without wiring separate tools will find all of it on every plan. Developers get a code path through the CLI and the editor extension, while non-developers can stay in the visual builder.
There are real trade-offs. Pricing is metered on page views and brands, so a high-traffic store moves up the ladder quickly, and the 0.5% fee on hosted checkout revenue is on top. The company's own comparison concedes that Kartra is the pick for email, SMS, courses and a helpdesk in one bundle, and ElasticFunnels leaves campaign email to integrations such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp. A site selling one product with no paid traffic and no need for a CRM or call center will not use most of what the platform provides.
