Sprig is an enterprise survey and research platform whose pages describe it as "Enterprise surveys. Powered by agents." It is built for research, product and insights teams that run studies at scale, and it covers in-app surveys on web and mobile as one delivery channel among several. The company says it "transforms manual survey workflows with a system powered by research agents, enabling enterprise teams to move from question to defensible insight without compromising rigor."

What you build and how

What you build in Sprig is a study: a set of questions, logic and delivery rules that goes out to participants and comes back as analysis. The site argues that traditional survey platforms rely on manual configuration, static forms and after-the-fact reporting. Its answer is a set of specialized agents that handle study design, deployment, fielding and synthesis, with the research standards left in place.

The Design agent starts the work, under the heading "Stop programming. Start directing." The page says to skip manual survey building: you upload your questions, or describe your objective, and the agent builds the logic, branching and question flow. It says the agent configures complex skip logic and flags broken flows, audits questions for bias, corrects leading ones, keeps phrasing neutral and trims question selection to reduce participant fatigue.

The Field agent runs the study. Sprig calls the result "Adaptive studies, not static forms" and adds that "Static surveys collect answers. Adaptive studies uncover meaning." The survey adapts to how participants respond and who they are. It is delivered through a chat-based interface meant to feel natural and easy to complete. The agent can generate personalized questions from a goal or adapt with real-time follow-ups, and attribute piping inserts metadata into the flow so each participant sees questions relevant to their own journey.

The Deploy side is where the in-app and form questions get answered. Sprig lists 4 channels from one platform: email, panels, websites and web apps, and mobile apps. Email is described as reaching external audiences with native deliverability. Panels let you recruit from 300K+ verified participants. For websites and web apps you embed studies in the web experience, and for mobile apps you run studies in iOS and Android apps through native SDK integrations that deploy surveys directly inside your web, iOS and Android apps. Distribution can also mean sharing links, triggering lifecycle campaigns or recruiting targeted cohorts. So a reader looking for a form that collects answers by link and a reader looking for an in-product survey both land here.

The Synthesize agent finishes the loop. It turns structured and open-ended results into presentation-ready narratives aligned to your research objectives. The page lists instant narratives you can edit and share with stakeholders, evidence-based reporting that detects patterns across segments and surfaces non-obvious themes grounded in data, and human-in-the-loop control to refine findings, adjust evidence and verify conclusions before sharing. An Analyze agent is listed too, described as statistical analysis you can trust. An MCP Connector links Sprig to your AI tools so you can work with your data without exports or manual setup.

The solutions menu shows the kinds of work it targets: experience measurement, where agents track sentiment and KPIs with AI-driven gap analysis and explain the causality behind score changes; strategic and foundational discovery, which looks for market whitespace and product-market fit; journey and behavioral research, which connects user actions to motivations and finds friction and drop-off across product flows; market and consumer insights; and concept and prototype testing, which gets rapid feedback on designs and prototypes.

The labels on each agent's section show what the platform handles for you. The Design agent offers objective-to-study building, validation guardrails and built-in best practices. The Field agent offers a chat-based interface, AI-generated questions and personalized context. The Synthesize agent offers instant narratives, evidence-based reporting and human-in-the-loop control. A banner at the top of the page announces that "Sprig Surveys just got a major upgrade," and the site also has pages for integrations, customer stories and a comparison section.

The closing pitch sums up the division of labor: Sprig "combines research craft with agents that handle the operational layer, so your team can focus on interpretation, strategy, and impact." The deploy section makes the same case for reach, saying enterprise research "requires omnichannel reach" and that Sprig distributes across email, panels, websites and mobile apps "from a unified research platform."

For larger organizations the page says Sprig lets you "Manage multiple teams, control access, and ensure PII compliance within an interface built for the modern research organization." It also has a community events program that the company describes as gatherings for leaders who care about preserving rigor and balancing research craft with AI, plus a blog with insights on integrating AI into research craft and guides it calls playbooks for enterprise survey research.

What the pages state

Pricing: the home page shows no prices; it points to a separate Pricing page and a Book a demo button.

Scale: the only count is the 300K+ verified participants in the panels.

Security and compliance: the page shows a row of badges labeled Data Privacy Framework, California Consumer Privacy Act, General Data Protection Regulation, HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II, above the "Enterprise-ready by design" heading.

Customers: 3 people are quoted. Rie McGwier, UX Research Lead, says Sprig "enables us to get a wealth of feedback from our users and understand how we can help them better use the tool." Jewel Seperson, Head of Research, says it has been "extremely useful in scaling the research team's impact by providing highly relevant insights." James Villacci, Chief Insights Officer, says "By studying customers with Sprig, we're able to remove the risk around business decisions and new features." The section heading calls Sprig "the choice for the leading research teams defining the future."

Company links: the site lists a service agreement, a privacy policy, a data addendum, a system status page, an About page and Careers.

Who it suits and who it does not

Sprig suits an enterprise research or insights team that wants one platform to design, field and report on studies across email, panels, websites and apps, and that is comfortable with agents doing the operational work while people review the findings. Teams that need to prove rigor to stakeholders, or that manage several research groups under access controls, are the audience the page describes.

It is less obviously a fit for a small team that wants a quick pop-up question on one page and a published monthly price. The home page is framed around enterprise research and a demo-led sale, and its agent-led workflow is a different way of working from a classic survey builder: you direct agents and review their output rather than placing every question by hand.
