What Mopinion is

Mopinion is feedback collection and analysis software for digital teams. You build feedback forms, show them on your website, inside a native app or in an email campaign, and read the results in a dashboard with AI summaries on top. It is written for customer experience, user experience and conversion teams, as the customer testimonials show, and its price list starts at 279 euros a month, so it targets teams with a feedback budget rather than a side project. The pricing page calls Mopinion "a European company," prices are in euros, and the technology page promises "security built for EU standards".

What you build and how

The homepage organizes the product as 3 steps. The first is shaping your own surveys. You build customized forms for websites, apps and email campaigns by choosing from a large variety of question types and popular metrics, then tailor the design, smileys and image assets so the form reflects your brand. The second is collecting at the right time. You trigger a form from specific events or user behavior, and the page names high-impact spots such as the checkout, the FAQs and the account section. The third is gaining insights, where AI categorizes and visualizes qualitative and quantitative data to show trends in behavior and sentiment.

3 channel products carry the rest. Mopinion for Websites is for seeing how customers experience your site. Mopinion for Apps collects feedback from native apps with SDKs for iOS and Android, which the homepage calls flexible and easy to install. Mopinion for Email covers feedback tied to campaigns. A fourth product area is called Insights and Actions. That is what puts the product in the in-app survey group and in the forms group at once: the same builder produces a website pop-up, an in-app form and an email feedback survey.

The templates page is the clearest view of what a form can be. It lists Customer Effort Score, which measures how much effort it took customers to reach their goal, and Net Promoter Score, which scores whether customers would recommend you. It lists Conversational forms that feel like chat conversations, and Customer satisfaction, described as a way to "measure how satisfied customers are with a product, service, or experience using a simple and familiar survey format". It lists Goal completion, which finds out whether visitors reached their intended goal and where they hit friction. The remaining templates are Email feedback, Mobile app feedback, Website feedback, Newsletter feedback and Content satisfaction, which measures whether content answers visitor questions. Each has an example you can open.

The technology page describes the platform as cloud based, with "tons of connectors and agile cloud services for data integration, feedback management, and automation". It says the data is available anywhere, anytime, and that teams can view and work on feedback together. The challenge it names is volume, asking what to do with thousands of customer comments a day. Its answer is a scalable cloud solution built for fast load and response times.

AI analysis is called Smart Recaps and it is available to all customers. It categorizes open-ended responses into topics, writes concise summaries of the relevant feedback, and adds sentiment so priorities and urgent issues stand out. You reach it from the Mopinion feedback inbox, so no export into a separate tool is needed. The company says it is developed and hosted in its own cloud environment, with no third-party data processors, and stored and managed within the EU, which it calls GDPR compliant.

What the pages say about plans and limits

The pricing page shows 2 plans. Standard is from 279 euros per month, with a start-for-free option, no credit card needed and a 14-day full-access free trial. Enterprise is from 999 euros per month, with custom pricing, a "Book a demo" button and a promise to contact you within 48 hours. Billing toggles between monthly and discounted annual, and the currency between euro, USD and GBP. A plan calculator then prices the plan by channel and volume, starting from 349 euros for Standard and 1,199 euros for Enterprise per month. For websites you set the number of domains and monthly pageviews, starting at 1 domain and 500,000 pageviews; for email, the number of brands and monthly emails, starting at 1 brand and 50,000 emails; for apps, the number of apps and monthly app sessions, starting at 1 app and 100,000 sessions. Each of these goes up to unlimited. The USD and GBP prices are an indication, charged at the current euro exchange rate. Payment is by credit card for pre-authorized monthly or annual billing, with invoicing offered for annual plans and other methods such as wire transfer handled through sales.

Cancellation is spelled out. Monthly credit card customers can cancel any time, while refunds are not available on annual plans. The company also says it has partnerships with web and research agencies, so an agency can ask about a partner arrangement. Non-profits can ask sales about a discount. Prices exclude VAT: Dutch customers pay 21% VAT, the reverse-charge rule applies to other EU customers, and customers outside the EU are charged none. After a trial ends, the feedback inbox stays active but reports go offline until you upgrade. The Enterprise card says "Join thousands of users optimising the online experience."

The page lists what all plans and trials include: text analytics with AI summaries and trend identification, unlimited surveys and feedback, mobile-optimized forms, real-time analysis, automated alerts and tags based on scores and keywords, an API with webhooks and integrations, conversational feedback, unlimited users with access groups, and dedicated support. Enterprise options add white label, feedback translations, single sign-on, a custom data processing agreement, a dedicated domain, personal onboarding and bespoke training, and only Enterprise customers get an SLA, on request.

On security, the pricing FAQ says Mopinion is ISO 27001 certified, stores customer data within the EU by default, and aligns with frameworks such as the CCPA, and it names GDPR compliance and WCAG accessibility among the standards it helps customers meet. Standard customers get the standard DPA, and Enterprise clients a Master Service Agreement with an SLA and DPA. Installation is a JavaScript tag in the page body or a tag manager such as Google Tag Manager, plus the mobile SDK for native apps.

The customer page carries short testimonials from a lead conversion specialist, a head of user experience, a growth marketer and a design and content chapter lead. One says "We didn't know what our customers required from our website", which is the situation the product is aimed at. Another says Mopinion lets them ask targeted questions that show where to improve the journey, and a third credits the amount of customization options. A customer experience analyst says real-time dashboards make it easy to see which issues to fix.

Who it suits and who it does not

Mopinion suits a team that has traffic and wants feedback from website, app and email in one system, with event-based triggers, standard templates such as NPS and CES, and AI that sorts thousands of comments into topics. An organization that cares where AI processing happens will notice the EU hosting and no-third-party-processor claims for Smart Recaps.

The caveats are price and weight. At 279 euros a month for Standard, it is not a tool for a solo founder testing a first idea, and the Enterprise entry of 999 euros a month plus a demo-led sales process suits a larger organization. The forms are feedback forms rather than general-purpose application forms, so it will not replace a form builder for registrations or orders.
