What the product is
ConvertFlow is a funnel builder for marketers, ecommerce teams and agencies. The company's site describes it as a way to build funnels "using landing pages, forms, embeds, popups, quizzes and more", and the builder list covers a landing page builder, a website form builder, a popup maker, a sticky bar builder, quiz funnels and a website survey tool. Pages carry a badge reading 4.9/5 and "Top Rated Funnel Builder". The pages do not state where the company is based or when it was founded.
The product sits on top of a site you already run, whether that is a Shopify store or another website with a tracking script, and also hosts landing pages of its own. That split is why the same entry serves three kinds of reader: someone building landing pages, someone building forms and surveys, and a Shopify merchant looking for conversion tools.
What you build and how
The editor is drag and drop. A reviewer quoted on the site says it "allows someone with little design experience to quickly build" campaigns, and the pages list 400+ templates to start from. The AI agent is part of the sign-up flow: "Sign up for free. AI builds your first funnel." The pricing page also names a Remix AI Agent, which remixes templates.
Landing pages are the part this category cares about. The features page says hosted pages can use custom domains, so you "display your personalized landing page funnels on your own domain name". You can style text with any Google Font or your website's own fonts, embed custom code, calendar widgets and other apps, and use merge tags to personalize content with contact data.
Forms are the second pillar, and the forms page is a full page of its own. The features page says you can add freeform, dropdown, radio, checkbox, numerical, paragraph and hidden custom fields. The forms page describes conditional routing that sends enterprise inquiries to sales while self-serve signups go to a nurture sequence. Surveys and quiz funnels extend the same builder: the site pitches surveys as a way to "collect feedback to uncover shopper needs and personalize campaigns", and a Shopify reviewer on the home page says they use ConvertFlow for quizzes and surveys to collect zero-party data. Popups and sticky bars, which "make announcements, showcase offers and nudge visitors into action", cover the on-site side of a campaign.
The Shopify route is its own page. The company's Shopify integration page offers "Publish to Shopify", and a quoted Shopify merchant, Nik Friedman-Tebockhorst of McGaw.io, says a popup built on day one has been "a consistent 35% add to cart boost". The navigation also lists upsells and cross-sells, an interactive quiz for ecommerce, website A/B testing and website personalization.
Integrations are broad. The features page says ConvertFlow connects to 2,000+ apps, syncing form submissions, populating contact segments, automating workflows and sending lead alerts. The integrations page lists ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, GetResponse, Ontraport, Brevo, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Drip, Cordial and GoHighLevel, each with contact field sync and segmentation. Attentive can create SMS subscribers and trigger campaigns. Zapier sends contact fields and survey responses to 1,000+ apps. For developers, the site streams campaign events to custom dataLayers and Segment.com, exposes JavaScript APIs and events, and the navigation lists API and MCP. There is also a Security page and a data compliance entry in the plan menu, though the site text gives no details.
The evidence from the pages
The plan menu names a Free plan ("Get a taste for free. No time limit."), Website Plans and a Custom Plan with "custom pricing. Funnel services & volume rates". The pricing page says "Free plan websites are limited to free plan features" and the free plan lets you build for free and upgrade to launch. Pricing is tied to traffic: a slider asks how much traffic your funnel campaigns get per month.
The Personal plan is $29 /m+ and includes up to 10k monthly funnel views, unlimited funnel previews, the Remix AI Agent, 400+ templates, landing page funnels, lead form funnels, funnel analytics and quiz funnels, with hosting on your custom domain. The forms page fills in the rest of the ladder in prose. Paid plans start at $29/month for scaling analytics and connecting newsletter platforms, CRM integrations like HubSpot and Klaviyo are tied to the $99/month Prime plan, and advanced personalization is on the Pro plan at $299/m "with a 1 month free trial and white-glove onboarding". The forms page also says you can build and launch forms on the free plan with no credit card and no time limit.
The pricing page explains the website model. Each website has its own campaigns, tracking script, integrations, contacts and pricing plan, and websites exist to separate different brands or clients. Each paid account plan includes 1 website on that plan, and additional websites are billed. Visitor tracking is limited by root domain.
Social proof is mostly quoted reviews. Beyond the McGaw.io figure, one reviewer calls the Klaviyo integration "top-notch", and another says custom logic is "extremely flexible" and thanks a named support contact for quick replies. These are customer quotes the company chose to display.
The partner program deserves a mention for agencies. The solutions menu describes it as a way to "grow your agency by partnering with ConvertFlow to launch funnels for clients", and a separate Managed services entry says the company builds funnels for you, with the Custom Plan covering "funnel services and volume rates". That gives an agency two routes: build client funnels itself on separate website plans, or hand the work over.
Who it suits and who it does not
ConvertFlow suits a Shopify store or marketing team that wants landing pages, forms, popups and quizzes from one builder and already uses a CRM or email platform on the integrations list. An agency can use the partner program and the one-website-per-plan model to keep each client separate. Someone starting out can try the free plan, since it has no time limit.
It is less suited to a reader who wants only a standalone landing page with no tracking script, because the product is built around funnels on an existing site. Because each website carries its own plan and a visitor-based price, costs rise with traffic and with every extra client site. Several useful integrations, including HubSpot and Klaviyo, sit on the $99/month tier, and personalization depth sits on the $299/m tier. The pages mention no code export or self-hosting option.
