What the product is
Ceros is an interactive content creation platform for marketing and design teams. Its main product, Flex, which the menu calls "An unrivaled design studio with limitless creative control," is a canvas editor where designers and marketers build landing pages, campaign microsites, interactive reports, sales demos, RFPs and thought leadership pieces without writing code. The company says Ceros is built for designers and marketers rather than developers, and its blog positions Flex as "a mid-market and enterprise platform." Industry pages cover consulting, IT, construction, financial services, healthcare, agencies, insurance, media and publishing, professional services, real estate and technology. The footer carries a Ceros Inc. copyright notice for 2026.
Ceros is explicit that it is not a conventional website builder. A company article says it does not try to host an entire site: it produces content experiences that sit within or alongside a main site. Another describes Flex as a content production platform "for campaigns, launches, and demand generation programs" rather than infrastructure for a persistent website.
What you build and how
The editor is a visual canvas. According to the company, "Complex animations, interactive journeys, and multi-step experiences are built directly on the canvas without writing a line of code." Interactivity is native: "States, triggers, sequences, and microinteractions built directly into the canvas. No code, no handoff." The company also lists scroll-triggered animations, parallax effects, clickable hotspots, animated infographics, digital brochures and product launches as content the canvas handles, and says designers and marketers build these "without any CSS or JavaScript."
Flex AI is a design assistant built into the editor. The homepage says it "understands your canvas, your content, and your brand," and that it works through 4 modes covering each stage of a project: Inspire, Plan, Build and Review. The company describes it as a "two-way creative dialogue," and a blog article says Flex AI "generates complete interactive experiences from a text prompt" that a team can then edit and publish. The Review mode audits accessibility automatically, so content is checked against WCAG 2.2 before it publishes. A company page says Flex AI has been generally available since April 2026 and that 66% of beta users reached Live Publish. For regulated industries, the AI is described as "opt-in and disableable."
Around the editor sit several supporting pieces.
- Templates and Components that give a team a starting point instead of a blank canvas.
- Imports from Figma, Photoshop or Sketch, so an existing design can be brought in and made interactive.
- An Integrations area of "Tools and integrations you can embed in Flex, ready to use." A company article says the platform integrates with marketing stacks including HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce.
- MarkUp, "The easiest way to give and receive feedback on PDFs, websites & videos."
- Built-in analytics that the company says track engagement at the interaction level, "to prove the impact" of the content.
Publishing. Finished experiences publish "via embed or direct URL," and the company says they can be embedded or linked anywhere: "your existing site, email, social." Its comparison of capabilities describes the output as HTML-first, with "Lighthouse 95+, schema.org, WCAG 2.2," so content can rank in traditional search and be cited in AI-generated answers.
On the landing-page side, the homepage names landing pages as one of the things a team can build, repurpose and remix with AI help. A company comparison page widens the list to "interactive reports, sales demos, RFPs, product experiences, event content, and landing pages," all "embedded into your existing stack."
Brand control is part of the pitch for larger teams. The company says Ceros is built to "govern brand across unlimited teams," with Brand Kit enforcement keeping teams on brand at scale.
Support is framed as software plus people. The homepage promises "expert humans in your corner" alongside the AI assistant, and its FAQ includes the question whether Ceros offers content creation services or just software. The navigation points to courses, video lessons, webinars and trainings, a help center, a template library, a component library, an inspiration gallery of work made in Ceros, and a "Before & after Ceros" section. The footer links a Developer Hub, technical FAQs, a Trust Center and a Ceros Status page.
The evidence from the pages
Pricing. The pages carry no price list. The company's blog says "Pricing is based on team size, usage, and contract terms" and that buyers should contact the Ceros sales team for current pricing; another article mentions "new, flexible pricing to suit any sized team." The header offers "Start for free" and "Talk to sales," and comparison pages add "Try free," "Start free trial" and "Get a demo."
Compliance and performance. A company comparison page lists "SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, SSO, audit logs, WCAG 2.2, and Lighthouse 95+" as "not add-ons, not future roadmap items," and says Ceros is "built to pass your IT team's review." These are the company's claims; the footer links a Trust Center for detail.
Customers and results. The homepage says Ceros is "Trusted by designers and marketers at leading brands." A comparison page gives company figures of "2x" engagement with interactive experiences, "$250K" saved over two years against agency outsourcing and a "300%" reduction in production time at a leading digital media company. It quotes Jeff Holmes, Senior Director, Client Services & Planning, TheSkimm: "Working with Ceros has cut our production time in half." Colton Pond, VP, Head of Marketing at Truv, says "We've shortened our deal cycles by 10 to 20%." Genevieve Gillespie, Media Design Manager at McCarthy Building Companies, says the company now uses Ceros "for event sites, charity events, and client parties, and still rely on it for interactive proposals." Meredith Burall, Creative Services Director at BDO, is quoted as well. Each figure is a single customer's or the company's own account.
Who it suits and who it does not
Ceros suits a marketing department or agency that produces campaign content and wants it to perform better than a PDF or a static page, and that has designers who can work on a canvas without developer help. It fits an enterprise team that must answer questions from IT and brand governance across many business units, given the compliance claims, the opt-in AI and the unlimited-teams positioning. Teams that already spend time on interactive reports, sales demos, RFPs and launch pages are the clearest match, and the HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce connections suit a team running campaigns through those tools.
It is a poor match for a solo founder or small business that wants a cheap, simple site. The company quotes pricing through sales and positions the platform for mid-market and enterprise buyers. And because Ceros produces experiences that are embedded in or linked from another site, a team that needs a whole website with a CMS will still need a separate site platform alongside it.
