What Sendvise is

Sendvise is a WhatsApp Business API provider and omnichannel messaging platform from Nashik, Maharashtra, India, with a no-code AI chatbot builder at its center. The home page frames it as a way to automate marketing, sales and customer support with the WhatsApp Business API, AI chatbots and omnichannel communication. It is written for Indian small and mid-size brands: e-commerce stores, education businesses, clinics, real estate agents, travel and finance firms. The footer names the operating company as Sendvise Solutions Pvt Ltd and describes Sendvise as an Official Meta Business Partner.

What you build and how

The chatbot builder. The builder page promises to "resolve 80% of queries automatically" and describes a three-step path to launch.

  1. Sketch your flow visually. You drag and drop blocks for questions, conditions, API calls and handoffs. The page says no code and no flowchart software.
  2. Train the AI on your own knowledge base. You upload PDFs, paste FAQs or sync from Notion, and the page says the bot answers in your brand voice within 2 minutes.
  3. Deploy and iterate. You go live with one click, and a heatmap shows which questions trip up the bot so you can fix them in the editor.

Three capabilities sit inside that builder. AI-powered intent matching is described as understanding paraphrases and typos, with the example of a customer typing "do u ship to mumbi" and the bot resolving it as shipping to Mumbai. Smart human handoff detects frustration, complex queries or "talk to human" triggers and routes to the right agent. Multilingual replies cover English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil and 8 more languages, auto-detected from the customer's message.

WhatsApp access. The product is built on the WhatsApp Business API. The site advertises a free WhatsApp API activation, no setup fee, Blue Tick assistance and verification in 10 minutes, and 24x7 support.

Broadcasts and campaigns. Bulk broadcast campaigns send personalized offers to lakhs of contacts in one click, with delivery, open and click tracking. Click-to-WhatsApp ads let you run Facebook and Instagram ads that open a WhatsApp chat. Smart automation and triggers cover abandoned cart, order updates and payment reminders.

Inbox and CRM. A shared team inbox puts multiple agents on the same WhatsApp number, with smart routing by tag, language or campaign, and internal notes customers never see. The built-in CRM offers deals, pipelines, tasks, custom fields and contact segments, and the page says no separate CRM subscription is needed. Agent monitoring and reports show live response time, resolution rate, CSAT and agent leaderboards.

Commerce. WhatsApp Catalog & Payments lets you showcase products, accept orders and collect payments by UPI or card inside WhatsApp. The Commerce Suite adds COD orders, abandoned-cart recovery, reviews, a loyalty program and WhatsApp Pay for D2C and e-commerce brands.

Beyond WhatsApp. Email marketing with drip sequences and transactional email, cloud calling with click-to-call, call notes and call recording plus appointment booking, and an SMS failover that falls back to SMS when a WhatsApp message cannot be delivered.

Integrations. The navigation names Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay and CRMs. The home page adds a native Marg ERP connector, two-way sync with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce and Freshdesk, a visual workflow builder with webhooks, an API and Zapier. The Growth plan lists Shopify and WooCommerce integrations, and the Enterprise plan adds custom integrations and API access.

Industry playbooks. The navigation groups starting points by sector. E-commerce gets cart recovery and order updates, education gets lead capture and admissions, healthcare gets appointments and reminders, real estate gets lead nurture and site visits, travel gets bookings and itineraries, and finance and insurance gets KYC and policy reminders. The builder page repeats four of these (e-commerce, education, healthcare, and SaaS and startups) as the industries that benefit most from the chatbot. The integration strip on the home page also shows Intercom, Google Analytics and Gmail, each under its own category label.

What the pages state

Plans. The home page lists three monthly plans in rupees.

  • Starter, 699 rupees a month: free WhatsApp Business API activation, 1000 free service conversations a month, 1 agent login, basic broadcast up to 1000 contacts, email support.
  • Growth, 1,499 rupees a month: everything in Starter plus unlimited broadcasts, 5 agent logins, unlimited chatbot flows, the Click-to-WhatsApp Ads manager and the Shopify and WooCommerce integrations.
  • Enterprise, 5,999 rupees a month: everything in Growth plus unlimited agents, custom integrations and API access, a dedicated account manager, a white-label option and a custom SLA.

The page states "No setup fees, no lock-in contracts." Messaging charges are separate: the page lists Marketing at 98 paise and Utility and Authentication at 17 paise, with a link to the full WhatsApp conversation rates.

Claims about results. The home page says 1000+ brands, 50M+ messages delivered monthly, a 98% average open rate and 5x ROI on WhatsApp campaigns. These are the company's own figures. Testimonials on the page include a founder who says the chatbot handles 78% of customer queries before they reach a human. Case studies on the page describe an apparel brand that recovered 47% of abandoned carts and grew monthly revenue 3.2x, a tutoring platform that grew enrollments 4x, and an e-commerce brand that cut its COD return-to-origin rate from 18% to 6%.

Compliance and hosting. The pages name Official Meta Business Partner status and list a Data Processing Agreement and Refund Policy in the footer. They make no SOC 2, ISO or HIPAA claims and name no hosting region.

Support. The Starter plan lists email support, the home page lists 24x7 Support among its headline promises, and the Built for India menu entry mentions local support in Hindi.

Who it suits and who it does not

Sendvise suits an Indian D2C brand, school, clinic or agency that wants WhatsApp as its main sales and support channel and would rather pay a flat rupee plan than assemble a separate API provider, inbox, CRM and email tool. The Starter plan is priced for a single agent, and the Growth plan for a small team of 5 logins. The industry pages and Hindi support point at local playbooks, and the catalog supports UPI payments.

It is less obvious for a team outside India that needs pricing in other currencies or a regional presence: the pages are written around Indian rupees, lakhs and UPI. It is also a hosted platform, so there is no code export or self-hosting option on the pages. A team that wants to build general apps or workflows beyond messaging will find this a WhatsApp-centered tool, not a general builder.
