What it is

Interakt is a no-code chatbot builder for WhatsApp, run on the WhatsApp Business API. Its chatbot page describes the job plainly: qualify leads, drive sales and offer instant support, with AI-generated workflows and AI-based intent detection layered on top. It is written for business teams rather than developers. The page says "From marketers to support agents, anyone can build this no-code Chatbot for WhatsApp."

The chatbot builder is one part of a wider WhatsApp platform that also covers campaigns, a support inbox and a sales CRM. The chatbot page says 50,000+ businesses trust it, while the home page puts the figure at 100,000+ businesses "across the globe." The footer credits Jio Haptik Technologies Limited and lists India, Singapore, Indonesia, Brazil, the UAE, the Philippines and Africa as its regions.

What you build and how

You build conversation flows on a drag-and-drop canvas. The company's five-step guide goes like this: sign up and connect your WhatsApp Business number, pick a template or start from a blank flow, drag in elements such as messages, buttons, forms and conditions, test the flow on WhatsApp before going live, then publish. The page calls the last step "Publish your bot and start engaging customers instantly."

Templates matter here. The page lists pre-built workflows ("personalized, ready-to-use workflow templates for quick turnaround") and dynamic flows that change responses and branches based on customer behavior. Its FAQ says a basic chatbot can be built in hours using templates, and that advanced bots take longer depending on features and pricing. So the realistic first project is a support or FAQ bot from a template, which you then reshape on the canvas.

The AI layer is the part that separates this from a plain keyword bot. Two claims are specific. First, the AI can create ready-to-use workflows from your website content, which is meant to get you live faster. Second, intent detection means the bot "understands intent, responds more naturally" instead of following keyword commands, so a customer reaches the right journey "even if they don't type the exact keyword." The home page repeats this as intent-based automation: workflows triggered by what the customer means, not by a fixed word.

The same page lists other AI features across the platform. An AI Copilot helps write, launch and optimize campaign content. AI-generated forms capture lead details inside a workflow. AI-written WhatsApp message templates are ready to send in seconds. These sit next to the chatbot rather than inside it, but they matter if the bot is one piece of a larger WhatsApp program.

On the support side, the chatbot page names agent handoff: chats move to a live agent when the bot cannot finish the job. The page says the bot handles routine questions, order updates and lead qualification, and "AI routes only complex queries to human agents." The home page claims you can automate up to 80% of queries with the drag-and-drop, no-code builder and cut response time by 60%. Real-time insights let you track chatbot performance and adjust flows.

Because the same platform includes WhatsApp forms, click-to-WhatsApp ads, a chat widget for websites, a WhatsApp CRM and WhatsApp commerce, the bot can sit at the front of several channels. The navigation names these solutions: WhatsApp Forms, Click to WhatsApp Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, WhatsApp Automation, WhatsApp CRM, WhatsApp Commerce, WhatsApp Chat Widget and a WhatsApp Notification Library. The channel list also includes Instagram, RCS and Voice, and a WhatsApp Voice Calling product is marked new. On Instagram the home page promises instant replies to DMs, comments and "Price Please" queries around the clock, plus rewards for follows, and an Omnichannel Inbox brings WhatsApp and Instagram queries into one place for the team. RCS works as a fallback: when a WhatsApp message fails, the platform can switch to RCS automatically so the message still gets delivered.

Newer products sit alongside the builder. SOLO is pitched as "Your AI Business Team" for people running a business alone. AI Agents are described as conversational AI for WhatsApp, deployed to answer queries, qualify leads and recommend products. MyCallGenie is named as an AI call receptionist. The Marketing Hub, Support Hub and Sales CRM round out the product list. These are separate products from the no-code builder, so treat them as context for where a bot project can grow.

The home page also says Interakt works with 60+ plug-and-play integrations, with "no heavy setup" and "no complex migrations." The ones it names are commerce tools: a store catalog syncs from Shopify, WooCommerce or Excel so customers can browse and buy inside WhatsApp and pay through WhatsApp Pay, and the Sales CRM pulls leads in from WhatsApp, workflows, an API, Shopify or manual entry, assigning owners and statuses automatically. The chatbot page adds that AI-generated workflows plus commerce integrations deliver contextual conversations about products, orders and support, and that the bot can handle thousands of chats at once. Outside the bot, the Marketing Hub broadcasts WhatsApp messages to thousands of customers in one click, and campaign and team analytics track performance in real time.

The evidence from the pages

The home page offers a "14 day free trial | No credit card required" next to "Start Free Trial" and "Book a Demo," and the chatbot page repeats the invitation as "Try Interakt for Free." Plan names and prices sit on a separate pricing page that the home and chatbot pages do not reproduce.

On proof, the pages offer these claims:

  • 50,000+ businesses on the chatbot page and "Trusted by 100,000+ businesses across the globe" on the home page.
  • The home page lists 89% higher average CSAT, 133% higher agent efficiency, 60% faster response times and 75% boost in customer engagement as the impact of using Interakt. These are the company's own figures, and the page does not say how they were measured.
  • One chatbot-page testimonial says Interakt "helped us recover 30% more abandoned carts," and that WhatsApp "has become our top revenue channel."
  • A second customer quote says setup took minutes, order tracking runs through WhatsApp and support response time "has dropped by 70%." The results band shows 70% of customer communication automated and 1.5 lakh rupees in revenue generated.
  • Case study headlines include Eatoes, a food and beverage business, and Paushtikk Switch, which the title credits with scaling subscription renewals by 30% and tripling festive sales.

On trust, the pages say Interakt is a Meta Business Partner and is "Powered by Official WhatsApp Business API."

The home page also lists industries it builds for, including Banking & Finance, Travel & Tourism, Beauty & Cosmetics, Education, Spas & Salons, Marketing Agencies, Automotive, Real Estate, and Freelancers & Consultants, each with a use case: 24/7 automated FAQs for travel bookings, scheduling, payments and catalogs for salons, automated appointment bookings for health and wellness brands. The footer also links Interakt Academy, a resource center, case studies and a notifications library, so there is training material beyond the product itself.

The FAQ answers three practical questions. You can build a WhatsApp chatbot without coding on a no-code platform. A bot replies instantly, reduces wait time and handles FAQs, which suits support and lead generation. And on languages, the FAQ answers that most WhatsApp chatbots for business support multiple languages using AI, which it pitches at brands serving diverse customers.

Who it suits and who it does not

Interakt fits a small or mid-sized business, an online store or a support team that already talks to customers on WhatsApp and wants to automate the repetitive part of it. Marketers and support agents can build in the canvas without a developer, and the template library plus AI-generated workflows shorten the first build. If order tracking, abandoned carts, renewals or lead qualification are the main jobs, the case studies are close to your situation. Marketing agencies get their own industry page, which makes sense for people running several client accounts.

It is narrower than a general chatbot platform. The product is built around WhatsApp, with Instagram, RCS and voice as the other named channels, so the bot is at its strongest where the conversation already happens on WhatsApp. The trial is the quickest way to judge the canvas before committing to a plan.
