What Ping is
Ping by Blutec is a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform built on the official WhatsApp Business API, aimed at businesses that sell, book and support customers over WhatsApp without writing code. It combines a no-code chatbot builder with bulk broadcast campaigns, lead scoring and a shared inbox for several agents. The company is based in Ahmedabad, India, and calls itself an official WhatsApp Business API partner. The site's own summary is "Broadcast at scale, answer with AI, and hand sales the leads worth calling."
What you build and how
Ping is built around one idea: a campaign goes out, the replies come back, and a bot or a person answers them. The site's tagline is "Broadcast to thousands. Answer every one."
Chatbots and automation. The chatbot builder uses drag-and-drop flows with AI responses. The company describes its AI chatbots as "built with prompts", so the AI side is configured by writing instructions rather than wiring a decision tree. The Automation page lists triggers, workflows and smart routing. A sample exchange on the home page shows the AI answering a question about delivery to Kochi (5 to 7 working days) from a shipping FAQ, tagging the intent as "Delivery + location", and marking the handoff to a person as not needed because the question was resolved. When a conversation does need a person, a handoff passes it on. The FAQ says the chatbots handle customer queries around the clock, qualify leads and book appointments.
Broadcasts. You import your contacts, personalize messages with variables and schedule the send. The home page mock-up shows a promotional template with 3 buttons (Shop now, Talk to us, Stop promos), an audience of 10,482 split into 3 segments (repeat buyers 62%, cart abandoners 28%, new this month 10%) and a scheduled send for Tue 12 Nov at 10:30 IST. It also shows the status line "Template approved. Opt-in list verified." The site says rate limits and delivery are handled for you, and the Bulk message sender page promises to broadcast to 10,000+ contacts, compliantly.
Analytics. Campaign analytics covers delivery, reads, clicks, replies and conversions in real time. You can compare campaigns and export a report for the team. The demo figure is 10,231 of 10,482 delivered and 8,944 read.
Lead scoring. Prospects are ranked by how they engage. In the demo a conversation shows a lead score of "Qualified 92" and is routed to a sales rep, which is the behavior behind the line "Only qualified leads reach your team."
Team inbox. Many agents work from one WhatsApp Business number. The page lists assignment, internal notes, labels and response times.
Catalog and CRM. The WhatsApp catalog feature lets customers browse, ask and buy inside the chat. CRM integration syncs contacts with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and more, and the Integrations page is described as covering CRM, e-commerce, payments and more.
Industries. The company publishes 20 industry playbooks. The ones listed are e-commerce (abandoned cart recovery), real estate (property listing broadcasts), restaurants (menu sharing), healthcare (appointment booking), education (admission inquiries), retail (product launches), financial services (lead qualification), travel (booking confirmations), insurance (policy renewals) and fitness. Each comes with a sample WhatsApp conversation. In the real estate one, a buyer asks about a 3BHK on Baner Road and the bot offers Saturday site visit slots. In the education one, a student asks which documents a BSc admission needs and gets a checklist offer. A second section covers 15 markets and their rules.
Done-for-you setup. Ping is sold with a service process as well as software. The home page lays out 6 steps: a consultation about your goals and audience, a strategy that maps the customer journey into broadcast schedules, chatbot flows, AI responses and scoring rules, implementation of campaigns, chatbots and the CRM connection, monitoring and tuning while campaigns run, reporting on performance, lead scores and ROI, and continual improvement. For a team moving from another provider, the site offers migration support: you export your contacts and the team helps import them into Ping.

The home page reports results from deployments across 6 sectors, with customers not named. It says an e-commerce chatbot cut response time by 60%, a real estate broadcast reached over 10,000 potential buyers with a 45% increase in property inquiries, a healthcare booking bot automated 80% of scheduling tasks and reduced no-shows by 30%, lead scoring in financial services improved sales team efficiency by 50%, an education deployment handled more than 5,000 student queries a day with a 90% resolution rate, and retail broadcasts increased repeat purchases by 40%. These are the company's own figures, each for one unnamed deployment. The mock-ups also show a median reply of 8 seconds.
Support is reached at info@blutec.ai or by phone, with English and Hindi listed as languages, and the site invites you to "Ask us on WhatsApp" where "a person answers." The company gives an office address in Ahmedabad.
Who it suits and who it does not
Ping fits a business that wants to run WhatsApp campaigns and a first chatbot without a developer, and that would like help setting them up. A retailer recovering abandoned carts, a clinic booking appointments, a school answering admission questions or a property agency sending listings can start from a playbook for its own sector. A sales team gets an inbox, lead scores and a CRM sync in the same place. The annual Basic plan, at ₹12,499 + GST for 12 months, is a low commitment for a first number, and the month-long trial lets you send a real campaign before committing to a longer term.
It is a WhatsApp product, and the plans are priced in rupees plus GST. The Basic plan includes 1 flow and 2 WhatsApp numbers, a tight limit for a team with several departments, and AI credits and API support only appear on the two upper plans, so a team that wants many AI replies or a developer connection should budget for Advanced or Premium.
For everyone else, the offer is simple to judge. You can read the prices, see the sample campaign and conversation flows, and test with a real send inside the first month.
