What it is
NOTYFY PLUS is an omnichannel messaging and marketing automation platform whose no-code chatbot builder sits next to broadcasts, live chat and lead nurturing. Its home page describes automation across 3 channels from one dashboard: WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. The site says it is built on the official WhatsApp Business API and calls itself a "trusted WhatsApp Business API Provider in India." It is written for marketing and sales teams, and the site says directly that it is "built specifically for sales and marketing automation tools" while "other tools focus on customer support." The home page says 500+ businesses trust it.
What you build and how
The chatbot builder gets its own page, titled "No-Code WhatsApp Chatbot Builder for Business." The company's pitch is that you design a working bot with drag-and-drop flows instead of writing code or hiring a developer, and that "a marketing or support team member can launch a working bot without engineering involvement." The page lists six features: a Visual Bot Builder, Natural Language Processing, Multi-Step Flows, Rich Media Support, Human Handoff and Bot Analytics.
In practice, that means you drag blocks into a flow with branching conditions, send images, videos and interactive buttons, and let the bot understand free-text messages rather than force every customer through a menu. The page says the NLP layer understands "the intent behind a message, not just exact keyword matches," so a customer can phrase a question naturally and still be routed correctly. The builder is described as handling both "simple FAQ bots and complex qualification flows," and the page lists support, lead qualification and order tracking as uses. When a conversation needs a person, the bot hands off to a human agent. Bot Analytics tracks performance and completion rates, so you can see where flows finish and where they stall.
A separate Flow Builder, listed on the home page, is for designing "complex conversation flows with conditions, delays, and actions" and building personalized customer journeys. AI Agents are a third piece: the home page says they "understand context, handle complex queries, and provide human-like responses 24/7." So the lineup has a flow-based bot, a visual flow designer with delays, and AI agents, and a team should decide which fits each job. The pages do not draw the line between the Chatbot Builder and the Flow Builder, so test both.
Around the bot, the platform adds the sales tools. WhatsApp Bulk Messaging sends promotional campaigns to thousands of contacts at once, with analytics that track delivery, reads, clicks and conversions in real time. Lead nurturing is described as drip campaigns, smart follow-up sequences and personalized nurturing workflows. Multi-Agent Live Chat lets several team members handle conversations on one WhatsApp number with smart routing and assignment. For CRM, you can connect your existing one or use the built-in lead management. The WhatsApp side also lists catalog sales, Click-to-WhatsApp ad tracking and WhatsApp Calling.
The other two channels get their own automation. Instagram DM & Comment Automation turns Reels, posts and story mentions into conversations with automated comment-to-DM triggers, and it also automates DMs and story replies. Facebook Messenger chatbots cover 24/7 support, Click-to-Messenger ad qualification and broadcast campaigns. So the Instagram DM automation is a full feature here rather than an afterthought, and a reader arriving from that category will find it on the home page.
The integrations menu names Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay, Google Sheets and Google Calendar. The pages list industries it targets: Real Estate, E-commerce, Education, Healthcare, Restaurants, Clothing & Fashion, Jobs & Recruitment, Food & Beverage, Fitness & Gyms, and Finance & Insurance. A Referral Program and an Agency Solution are listed under partners, which matters for agencies running accounts for clients.
The evidence from the pages
No plan names or prices appear on these pages. The home page says "Start free and scale as you grow" with "no hidden fees" and "transparent conversation-based pricing," and its FAQ says you can get started by choosing a plan and upgrade to a paid plan anytime. The chatbot page's FAQ says "our platform subscription provides access to all tools and features." Whether the free start is a plan or a trial is not spelled out, and the pages state no message or seat limits.
Meta's own charges are covered openly. The chatbot page says Meta charges standard conversation fees based on destination country and conversation type: marketing, utility, service and authentication. The home page says Meta charges per conversation in a 24-hour window and that NOTYFY PLUS adds "no markup on Meta's conversation charges." Those fees sit on top of the subscription.
Onboarding details are specific. You can use your existing mobile number or a new virtual business number, and the team assists with registration and Meta verification. On the home page, a number must be any valid phone number not already registered on WhatsApp, and the company recommends a dedicated business number. Setup uses a guided onboarding that connects your Facebook Business Manager. The home page says you can "go live in under 5 minutes," and support is available over WhatsApp, email and call with onboarding assistance included.
On reliability and trust, the home page lists end-to-end encryption and "GDPR compliant." It claims a 98% open rate for WhatsApp messages and says they have 5x higher open rates than email, a claim about WhatsApp generally. It says the platform helps drive "10x more ROI" and that its automation can "3x your conversion rate," both marketing claims without a stated method. The pages mention no SOC 2 certification, no hosting region, no code export, no self-hosting and no open-source license.
Who it suits and who it does not
NOTYFY PLUS fits a store, agency or service business that sees WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger as sales channels and wants broadcasts, drip follow-ups, comment-to-DM triggers and a bot in one dashboard. A marketing person can build and edit flows visually, and the stated onboarding help with Meta verification removes one of the more awkward first steps. Agencies get a referral program and an agency solution. Teams using Shopify, WooCommerce or Razorpay will find those names on the integrations list.
The caveats are about emphasis. The company says it specializes in lead generation, nurturing and conversion rather than customer support, so a support-heavy team should test the handoff and inbox first. The pages publish no prices or limits, so plan on a conversation or a trial before budgeting. And developers wanting to export flows or host the bot themselves will not find that option described.
