What it is

Mumble is a web platform for running a business on WhatsApp, with a no-code chatbot builder as one of its main tools. Its home page describes it as a platform for managing customer interactions, automating sales processes, warming up leads and tracking customer journeys "all within a single, intuitive interface directly integrated with WhatsApp." The company's blog calls it an official WhatsApp API Business Solution Provider (BSP), and says it handles the API setup for you when you sign up. The site comes in English and Hebrew. It is aimed at marketing, sales and support teams who want WhatsApp automation without developers.

What you build and how

The product is organized into five solutions: Campaigns & Broadcast, Custom Messages, No Code Chatbot, Shared Team Inbox, and Tracking & Analytics. A reader arriving from the chatbot category should know the bot is one piece of that set rather than a standalone product.

The chatbot builder is a drag-and-drop editor. The company's blog article on building a bot without coding says "no technical expertise is required" and that you create conversational flows "with a few simple clicks." Its four-step process goes like this. Sign up and let Mumble handle the API setup. Design the bot's workflow in the builder, define its purpose, set up responses and add actions such as data collection or customer follow-ups. Connect your WhatsApp Business account. Then launch the bot and use the analytics tools to track and refine it.

The article names four automation features. Quick Replies handle frequently asked questions. Data Collection integrates customer information into your CRM. Human Escalation routes complex issues to live agents automatically. Follow-Up Messages nurture customers with timely updates. Custom workflows cover answering FAQs, gathering leads and routing queries to live agents when needed. The home page adds that the chatbot offers "swift engagement" through a 24/7 intelligent chatbot. A related article on the blog covers Dolores AI and its "Actions and Advanced Rules," described as getting an AI agent to do more than answer,, so there is an AI agent product in the lineup.

For the use cases, the blog lists e-commerce (order tracking and customer support), hospitality (bookings and real-time assistance), healthcare (scheduling appointments and sending reminders) and finance (sharing account updates or facilitating loan applications). Customer testimonials on the home page fill in what people actually run on it. A winery built custom chatbots to share information about wines and orders, host virtual workshops and manage thousands of records on WhatsApp. A caravan rental and sales business runs the sales process from first contact through chatbots to ongoing customer service and order tracking. A shop sends shipment updates and messages to customers who abandoned their carts. A financial services firm sends automatic reminders and updates and takes payments directly through the chat, and a consumer brand runs group conversations and surveys. A digital marketing agency says it builds custom chatbots and marketing automations for its clients and integrates with BI systems.

Outside the bot, the broadcast tool is the second major feature. One customer says the responses and engagement from WhatsApp broadcast messaging were unprecedented compared with the email and SMS marketing they had tried. The home page quotes Meta as saying "96% of messages are opened within the first 5 minutes from the moment of sending," which is a claim about WhatsApp messages in general rather than about Mumble.

A Multi Agent Chatbox and a Shared Team Inbox let a team handle conversations together. The home page describes a dynamic live chat with real-time responses and smart filtering, and a simple CRM where you add clients, sort them into groups and manage mailing lists. It frames the product for three departments: customer service teams manage agents, track interactions and keep the conversation history transparent; sales teams warm cold leads and convert them through personalized outreach and automation; marketing teams track customer journeys and analyze behavior. Advanced Customer Journeys and Tracking & Analytics cover reporting. The standout feature is a personal tracking code. The home page calls Mumble "The Only WhatsApp Messaging Platform With Tracking Code" and says you copy and paste the code into the header or footer of your site's HTML. Once active, you receive real-time data about visitors and their actions, so you can see what site visitors do before and after they message you.

The Tools menu has free utilities: a Messages Pricing Calculator, a Template Checker, a WhatsApp Opt-in Widget Creator, and generators for a WhatsApp widget, link and QR code. The Resources menu includes an Information Center, a blog and Mumble API Documentation, so there is a documented API for connecting your own systems.

The evidence from the pages

Plan names and prices live on a separate Pricing page, next to a Messages Pricing Calculator for WhatsApp message costs. The calls to action are "Try Now," "Start Now," "Try For Free" and "Register Now" under the heading "Try to mumble for free," with a Free Trial link in the footer.

The pages make few product claims that can be checked. The company says it is an official WhatsApp API BSP, and the blog says the bot "operates within Meta's compliance guidelines." The footer links an accessibility statement alongside the terms and privacy policy.

Most of the proof is customer testimonials, and the numbers are the customers' own. The home page shows figures such as 5X compared to email marketing and 950% growth in clients, 10X sales and 50X ROI, 10X increase in customer engagement and interaction, 3X improvement in customer satisfaction with 25X ROI, a 20% increase in repeat referrals with 40X ROI, and a 25% increase in conversion rate with 60X ROI. One customer who guides young investors buying a first home says it takes just 5 minutes from a deal landing on their desk to every client getting a personal WhatsApp message, and counts 30 projects sold. A customer describing wine sales says its sales through WhatsApp increased by about 50%. A caravan business says its WhatsApp sales rose by over 30% in the past year, and a finance customer says its collection rate went up 25%. Other figures shown include a 250% conversion rate and a 98% open rate. A customer who was overwhelmed with inquiries says that after automating conversations "we haven't missed a single customer inquiry." Several customers praise the team as supportive and "available around the clock." These are testimonials, so read the multiples as each customer's own account.

Who it suits and who it does not

Mumble fits a business that serves Hebrew-speaking customers and that wants broadcasts, a shared inbox and a chatbot in one WhatsApp tool. The tracking code is the feature the company stresses most, and it is useful for a marketing team that wants to connect website behavior to WhatsApp conversations. Small teams can set up a bot from the visual builder without engineering help, and the documented API gives a developer something to build on when the builder runs out.

The caveat is scope. The bot features described are quick replies, data collection, escalation and follow-ups, and the product is built for WhatsApp alone, so a team that wants deeply branched logic should use the free trial to test the builder on a real flow first.
