What it is

Mark360.ai is a no-code chatbot and messaging platform built around WhatsApp, with Instagram as its second channel. Its home page opens with "Connect with customers. Respond faster. Close more deals." and describes WhatsApp AI agents that engage customers, qualify leads and turn conversations into bookings and sales on the WhatsApp Business API. The company calls itself an official Meta Business Partner. The chatbot page lists the businesses it is made for as D2C, B2B, education and healthcare, "and more."

What you build and how

The core tool is a drag-and-drop flow builder. The chatbot page calls it "zero coding needed" and says you can "build complex conversation flows visually without writing a single line of code." The company's three-step setup runs like this. First you pick from pre-built chatbot templates made for different industries, which it says can be set up "in 2 minutes." Next you design conversation paths with the drag-and-drop builder, using conditional logic, branching and smart response suggestions. Then you configure the bot with your brand voice, CRM integrations and automated workflows. The page puts the total at under 20 minutes from signup to a live chatbot, and its FAQ says a basic bot takes 10 to 15 minutes while more complex bots with multiple flows take 1 to 2 hours. A "5min Setup" badge on the same page is more optimistic still, so read these as the company's own marketing figures.

The home page's feature overview shows what the canvas is made of. Message blocks send text, images, video, voice notes, files, catalogs, products, templates, location pins, payment links and WhatsApp forms. Input blocks collect a phone number, an email, a date and time, a number or a URL, and quick buttons and list options give the customer something to tap. Logic blocks include conditions, a switch, set variable, jump to, delay, office hours and wait for order, and an API Call block and a Run Script block are there for the cases the visual blocks cannot cover.

The AI side comes in two forms. Smart auto-responses are described as AI-powered replies that understand context and intent and learn from conversations over time. The home page goes further with WhatsApp AI agents, a six-step model of understand, answer, qualify, act, route and convert. The "understand" step draws on customer intent, the current conversation, tags and notes, and previous interactions. The page promises agents that "take action and hand conversations to your team when needed."

Lead capture covers most of the ways a customer reaches a WhatsApp number. The product menu lists click-to-WhatsApp ads that turn Meta clicks into leads, WhatsApp QR codes, a WhatsApp link generator and a WhatsApp chat widget that adds a chat button to your site. Flows can be triggered from ads, QR codes and links. For qualification there are WhatsApp chatbots, WhatsApp Flows that collect user information using forms, and a shared inbox with live agent handoff for the conversations a bot should not finish alone.

The home page lays out a five-stage customer journey that the platform tries to cover: capture, qualify, nurture, convert and retain. Nurture means smart follow-ups, broadcast campaigns and agent fallback. Convert includes appointment booking, payment collection and smart team handoff, so a customer can book, buy, pay or confirm inside the conversation. Retain is customer segmentation and re-engagement, AI-powered support and "complete customer context." The product list also has WhatsApp marketing software with campaign builders and a WhatsApp Business API pricing calculator.

Instagram gets its own coverage. The menu lists Instagram Chatbots ("Automate Instagram DMs with smart bots"), Instagram Leads (capturing leads from influencers and creators) and an Instagram marketing pricing calculator that compares automation costs with competitors. The chatbot page's FAQ refers to a "Free Forever Instagram automation plan," and the home page FAQ says one unified team inbox can hold several WhatsApp Business accounts and Instagram profiles, with chats assigned to team members and internal notes left on them. So the Instagram DM automation piece sits in the same workspace as the WhatsApp bots.

Integrations named on the home page are Google Sheets for syncing customer data, Razorpay for accepting payments through WhatsApp, Zoho CRM, Klaviyo for syncing email marketing with WhatsApp campaigns, and HubSpot, and the feature overview adds Shopify Sync, a Shopify Bot, Stripe, Twilio SMS and Shiprocket as building blocks. The home page also mentions abandoned carts and COD confirmations as ways to boost D2C revenue with WhatsApp. For campaigns, the FAQ says you can send bulk WhatsApp messages to thousands of opted-in contacts, schedule broadcasts, segment the audience and track open rates and replies in real time, and drip marketing appears in the feature list.

The evidence from the pages

The site's structured data names a Starter Plan at 29.00 USD and says "Paid plans start at $29/month. A free trial is available." The navigation has a full Pricing page and two pricing calculators, and the calls to action include "Start Free Trial," "Book Demo," "Schedule Call" for expert setup and "Explore all features free." The home page says "No credit card required" and "Free forever plan available," and its FAQ adds that a personalized demo can be requested alongside the trial. The chatbot page's FAQ asks "What happens if I exceed my message limit?", so plans carry a message limit; the tiers above Starter and their limits are on the pricing page rather than these two.

The proof the company offers is a set of marketing figures that disagree with each other, so read them as claims. The chatbot page says "Join 1,500+ growing businesses" and shows 1,500+ customers, 2.5M+ conversations automated monthly, a 67% average conversion boost and 4.9/5 based on 1,200+ reviews. It also says "Trusted by 10,000+ businesses worldwide." The home page says "Loved by 1000+ Growing Businesses." Other dashboard-style numbers on the chatbot page include 4 to 6 hours saved daily, 80% of responses automated, +150% agent productivity, a 60% cut in customer service costs and a 95% customer satisfaction rate.

Testimonials follow the same pattern. A chatbot-page quote says the bot "handles 85% of customer inquiries automatically," with satisfaction up 40%, and lists 67% conversion, 60% cost reduction and an 85% automation rate. A home-page quote reports a 300% increase in response rates and a 50% boost in conversions in the first month, and says AI handles 80% of inquiries. The company does not say how any of these were measured.

On security, the chatbot page shows a "SOC 2 Compliant" badge next to "99.9% Uptime." The FAQ headings include "Is my customer data secure?" and "Are WhatsApp chatbots compliant with WhatsApp's policies?", but the answers are not on the page. The home page FAQ also says its bulk campaigns are compliant with Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform policies, and that the AI bots answer around the clock, nights, weekends and holidays included.

Who it suits and who it does not

Mark360.ai suits a D2C store, a clinic, a school or a lead-driven sales team that wants WhatsApp, and sometimes Instagram, as its main conversation channel. The mix of ad triggers, QR codes, links, forms and a shared inbox lines up with the way those businesses actually collect leads. Marketing and support staff can build in the visual canvas. The free plan and no-card trial make it easy to try one flow before committing.

The caveats are practical. Only the $29 entry price is spelled out on these pages, and the success figures conflict with one another, so testing the bot on your own conversations during the trial matters more than the headline numbers. The product is built around two channels, WhatsApp and Instagram, which suits businesses whose customers already message there.
