What Botinx is

Botinx is a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform that the company describes as "AI-first" and built on the official WhatsApp Cloud APIs. It combines a no-code conversation builder with broadcast campaigns, in-chat forms, click tracking, a shared team inbox, AI agents and a contact CRM. The site is aimed at businesses selling or supporting customers on WhatsApp, with solution pages for 8 industries, and says it is "built for businesses globally." It labels itself the "#1 AI WhatsApp Marketing & Automation Platform", which is the company's own claim.

What you build and how

The automation builder. You build on a visual drag-and-drop canvas. The company says you connect triggers, messages, question nodes, conditional branches and delay timers with a few clicks. The page lists welcome journeys, lead qualification, FAQs, reminders, routing rules and operational alerts as typical builds, and says conditions, customer inputs, templates, integrations and human handover can work together in one flow. A sample flow on the page runs 3 steps: a trigger when the customer sends a message, a qualify step that asks what they need, and a route step that assigns the right team. Delays can be set in minutes, hours or days, which is how you space out follow-ups and reminders.

Interactive choices are part of the builder: multi-step lead qualification with button choices and rich media menus. An e-commerce flow type covers abandoned checkouts, cash-on-delivery verification and order alerts. A Human Handover node can sit anywhere in a flow and fire on a user's choice, a keyword such as "Talk to Agent" or specific qualification criteria; the chat then lands with an agent in the shared inbox with the transcript attached. Flows can also start from outside WhatsApp. The FAQ says automations can be triggered by webhooks from Shopify abandoned checkouts, WooCommerce new orders, Facebook Lead Ads or CRM status updates.

Forms and data collection. WhatsApp Forms collect lead, booking, feedback and qualification details inside a guided conversation.

Broadcast campaigns. The platform sends personalized bulk campaigns to opted-in customers. The company cites 98% open rates, which is its own marketing claim. Click tracking records unique link clicks per contact, so you can see which people showed buying intent and trigger a follow-up. A WhatsApp contact CRM holds the segments those campaigns use.

AI agents. AI agents are described as running on advanced language models trained on your business documents, FAQs and product catalogs. They answer questions around the clock, qualify leads with custom questions, guide shoppers toward checkout and escalate hard conversations to a person in the shared inbox. Because the training material is your own documents, the quality of what they say depends on what you feed them.

Shared inbox and context. The Shared Team Inbox offers multi-agent support with round-robin routing, assignment, tags and quick replies. The platform pulls customer profiles, message history, broadcast engagements, automation decisions and agent assignments into one view, so an agent sees the whole history beside every conversation.

WhatsApp Coexistence. This is the feature the site pushes hardest. You keep using the WhatsApp Business mobile app for one-to-one chats on your phone while Botinx runs broadcasts, AI agents and team routing on the same phone number. The site links an eligibility check for your existing number.

Integrations and API. The Integrations Hub names Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets and Zapier. A Developer REST API with documented webhooks and endpoints is listed as well, which gives a technical team a way to connect other systems.

Industries. Solution pages cover education and coaching, real estate and builders, automobile and dealerships, healthcare and clinics, finance and insurance, e-commerce and D2C, events and webinars, and IT services and SaaS. Examples on the pages include automatic 6-month vehicle maintenance reminders with calendar booking links for car owners, and a healthcare flow that collects symptoms, medical history and preferred consultation slots before front-desk staff confirm a booking.

The evidence from the pages

The site says plans start at $19 per month for growing businesses and that every plan includes core broadcast features, visual automation journeys, shared team inbox seats and WhatsApp Coexistence. The pricing section on the home page loads dynamically, so no tier names, seat counts or contact limits are visible beyond that opening price. There is a free trial, and the buttons offer "Try for Free" or "Book a Demo". The company also states that it adds no hidden markup to official Meta conversation tariffs, and unlike competitors, as it puts it, it does not mark up what Meta charges. A free WhatsApp Pricing Calculator estimates your monthly Meta messaging costs from your country and campaign volume, which is useful because those fees sit on top of the subscription.

The company says it helps eligible businesses through Meta's Green Tick verification, which shows a verified brand name instead of a phone number and which it says raises trust and open rates. It publishes 22 customer case studies, and one testimonial from The Solar Co. says its consulting engagements "run smoother because we automate preliminary requirement gathering before the first meeting." Three free tools need no sign-up or credit card: a WhatsApp Link Generator for wa.me links, a QR Code Generator and the pricing calculator. Contact is by demo booking or a contact email.

Who it suits and who it does not

Botinx suits owner-run businesses and small marketing or support teams that already live on WhatsApp: a clinic, a car dealership, a coaching institute or a Shopify store. Coexistence is the standout for a team where the owner or sales reps still want to answer on their phones while the platform handles volume. The $19 starting price is low for a tool that bundles automation, AI agents and an inbox. Non-developers can build the flows themselves, and the REST API and webhooks give a technical person a way to connect other systems.

There are limits. The product is built around WhatsApp, and the pages describe no SMS, voice, Instagram or other channels, so a team that wants one inbox across many channels will need another tool. The plan breakdown is not visible, so you cannot tell from the page which tier carries the AI agents or how many seats and contacts each plan allows; ask during the demo. Teams that need published security certifications, hosting regions or role-based governance should ask the company, since the pages state none. The headline figures, including 98% open rates and the "#1" label, are marketing claims from the vendor, so test with a small campaign before you build a business case around them.
