What OneMobile is
OneMobile is a no-code mobile app builder for Shopify stores. Its home page headline reads "GROW A THRIVING BUSINESS WITH #1 SHOPIFY MOBILE APP BUILDER", which is the company's own ranking claim, and it adds that the company enables brands to build standout mobile apps and turn them into effective sales channels. The product carries a "Built for Shopify" badge, and the page says you can turn a Shopify store into a mobile app with a drag-and-drop builder and no code. It is aimed at brands that want an app as a sales channel and a way to bring shoppers back. The pages shown do not give the company's location or founding year.
What you build and how
The editor starts with a theme. The home page says to choose a tailor-made theme and then drag and drop 35+ components designed to drive sales, and the company's comparison page says its ScaleUp plan includes 7 customizable themes and 25 design blocks while BrandUp includes 35 design blocks. The home page names "industry-specific app themes", and one example, Pulse, appears by name. A Theme Library is listed in the navigation as a way to pick a ready-made app theme and start. Design control goes down to the screen, logo and brand colors, and the page says you can tell your brand story with text, images and videos. The comparison page describes an intuitive drag-and-drop editor for designing and modifying the app's layout.
The data layer is the Shopify store itself, since the product is built for Shopify. There is no separate database to design. What the pages describe around the store is a set of selling tools. A user acquisition toolkit is described as turning traffic into app installs. Engagement tools convert app users into loyal customers through smart push notifications and campaigns. The home page lists notifications about order status, new arrivals and exclusive deals, and in-app surveys and ratings so customers can give direct feedback. A Loyalty Plugin is listed to drive repeat sales with an in-app loyalty program, and the ScaleUp plan includes a wishlist feature.
Logic and automation sit mainly in push messaging. ScaleUp lists automated push notifications. BrandUp lists automated push notifications with an AI assistant, which is the only AI feature the pages shown name. BrandUp also lists shoppable video, and voice search appears in its feature list, though the text shown is cut off and does not explain either.
Integrations are handled in a way the company stresses. Its comparison page says OneMobile connects workflows such as email automation, multilingual content and review display to the mobile app. It also says that, unlike other app builders, OneMobile does not gatekeep integrations in higher plans, and that most integrations can be activated from the ScaleUp plan. The pages shown do not name individual integrations or give a count for OneMobile.
Managing the app after launch happens through the OneMobile Merchant Center. The home page says it lets you live preview your iOS and Android app in real time, check sales and order updates from your phone, create and send push notifications directly to app users, and track performance without sitting at a desktop. There is a download link for the Merchant Center. Publishing is described as part of the support offer: the comparison page says the company supports merchants through app building, publishing and growing, and that a OneMobile Technical Manager will automatically update your iOS and Android apps. The text shown cuts off before saying what the updates are for, and it does not describe the App Store or Google Play submission steps, custom domains or any code export.
For the shopper, the finished app is a branded storefront with push notifications about orders and offers, a wishlist on ScaleUp, and loyalty features through the plugin.
Collaboration, user roles and self-hosting are not described on the pages shown.
Plans, limits and claims
OneMobile says a free plan is available, and the home page also offers a 14 day free trial. The comparison page lists the plans.
- Free costs nothing and lets you customize and preview your mobile app.
- ScaleUp is $99 per month plus an infrastructure fee of 2.9% per order if app revenue exceeds $2,000 per month. It includes 7 customizable themes, 25 design blocks, automated push notifications and a wishlist feature.
- BrandUp is $299 per month plus an infrastructure fee of 1.9% per order if app revenue exceeds $10,000 per month. It includes tailored app design, 35 design blocks, automated push notifications with an AI assistant, shoppable video and voice search.
The same comparison page gives a price range of $0 to $990 per month for OneMobile, which implies a plan above BrandUp that the text shown does not detail. Support is by email and live chat across all plans, according to the page.
The company makes large claims. The home page says 5k+ world-class brands have transformed their mobile commerce, and promises up to 3x conversion and up to 2.5x customer lifetime value. A separate line says over 250,000+ merchants have trusted its "best-in-class Shopify eCommerce solutions", which reads as a claim about the company's wider product line rather than this builder alone. One testimonial, from Luis and Camilia Gonzalez of San Benedetto Collections, says "Since we started working with OneMobile, we've seen incredible growth." None of these numbers comes with a method or a source on the pages shown.
The comparison page is the company's own list of 11 builders, with OneMobile placed first and rated 4.9. Treat that as marketing from the vendor, not an independent score. The pages shown state no compliance certifications and no hosting region.
Who it suits and who it does not
OneMobile suits a Shopify brand that wants to try an app with no up-front fee. The free plan lets you design and preview, and the first paid step at $99 a month adds themes, blocks and automated push. The infrastructure fee only starts once app revenue passes a threshold, so a small app is not charged per order while it is small. Teams that care about repeat purchases will find the loyalty plugin, wishlist and push tools relevant, and the Merchant Center suits an owner who wants to check orders from a phone.
The fee model is the main caveat. Once a ScaleUp app passes $2,000 a month in app revenue, 2.9% of each order is added to the $99, and BrandUp still takes 1.9% beyond $10,000. A high-volume store should model that against a flat-fee builder. It does not suit stores outside Shopify, and anyone who needs a named compliance certificate, an AI feature beyond the BrandUp push assistant, or details on publishing steps should ask the company, because the pages shown do not cover them.
