What it is
Quizell is a quiz, form and funnel builder for online stores and the marketers and agencies who work on them. Its home page pitches "AI-Powered Product Recommendation Quizzes, Funnels & Forms" and says that, with no coding required, you can create smart quizzes, forms and funnels that guide shoppers to the right products. It is built for ecommerce teams first: the page calls it "Shopify-native. Not Shopify-only." The pages do not say where the company is based.
What you build and how
The product family on the site is a list of tools: Product Quizzes, a Form Builder, a Funnel Builder, Trivia Quizzes, Service Quizzes, a Survey Maker, Email Automation and Fitting Quizzes, plus an AI Sales Agent. In practice you build a guided experience that asks a visitor questions, builds a profile from the answers and ends on a result page that recommends something. The company describes this as three steps. "Ask" means meeting shoppers with the right question at the right moment, in whatever format fits: quiz, form, funnel or AI assistant. "Learn" means every answer builds a profile of preferences, constraints, budget and intent, "declared, not guessed". "Convert" means recommending the right product and personalizing every message that follows.
The editor is drag and drop, according to the company's comparison page, and it goes further than a template picker. That page says you can design each step, control layouts, add animations and use your brand's fonts, colors and spacing. It also says Quizell supports full HTML blocks, JavaScript injections and style overrides, which gives a developer an escape hatch when the visual editor does not reach. Its feature table lists custom CSS and JavaScript support and custom domain or CNAME hosting.
The AI builder is the speed feature. The company says it "helps generate quiz questions, scoring logic, result pages, and even translations", starting from a few inputs and then customized as needed. Logic is part of the model: the comparison page describes conditional product recommendation logic, logic paths and scoring, and says lead generation teams use scoring to show dynamic results, tag leads by profile and push them into different automations. For international stores it lists multi-language versions with AI translation and right-to-left layout for Arabic or Hebrew audiences. The language picker at the foot of the page offers English (US), French and Hebrew.
For ecommerce, the comparison page lists what a store gets. Result pages can recommend products, and on Shopify a shopper can add to cart straight from the results. Shopify products and inventory sync into the quiz, post-quiz product recommendation emails can be added, and customer records are created in Shopify automatically. The home page says the Shopify build goes deep: Plus, metafields, theme app extensions and Shop Mini. It also says Quizell runs on WooCommerce, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, BigCommerce and any custom website. A Wix blurb describes embedding quizzes into Wix sites to personalize the shopping experience.
That covers the forms side too. A quiz that ends in a lead form is a form with branching, and the comparison page describes collecting verified emails, using OTP verification to reduce fake submissions, and segmenting by score or interest. For landing pages, the company says its funnels "live as standalone experiences or embed within pages", so you can publish a quiz as its own page or place it inside one you already have. It positions that against pop-up and call-to-action tools: "ConvertFlow helps marketers build calls-to-action and pop-ups. Quizell helps teams build scalable funnels."
Integrations are broad on paper. The home page claims "35+ native integrations, 8,000+ via Zapier", and names Klaviyo and Shopify in its case-study tags. The comparison page names HubSpot and Klaviyo as places where campaigns run, with CRM and email integrations in the feature table. A paid-acquisition section says every completion, lead and purchase flows back to your ad platforms in real time so Smart Bidding and Advantage+ optimize on outcomes. The navigation also links API Documentation.
Analytics and teamwork round it out. The comparison page says the analytics view shows where people drop off, what they select, how long they engage and how results differ by channel or device, and lets you track completion by traffic source and A/B test variants. For agencies and brand teams, it says a workspace setup lets you share with teammates, assign edit roles and separate brands from one account.
The evidence from the pages
Pricing is not published on the pages we hold. The home page links a Pricing page and offers "Get started free", and the comparison table marks a free tier as "Yes" for Quizell and "No" for ConvertFlow. A case study is tagged Enterprise Plan, and the home page has an Enterprise section: "A personalization team, without the headcount. We design the flows, wire up your stack, and keep improving them month after month." No plan names, prices or usage limits appear.
Scale claims are the company's own. It says "Join 25,000+ businesses" and cites "125M+ shopper profiles and $500M+ in influenced revenue across 25,000+ stores". It lists ratings of 4.8 of 5 on G2, 5.0 of 5 on Capterra, 5.0 of 5 on Shopify and 4.9 of 5 on Wix, and promises you can sell "up to 3x more". Treat those as marketing figures.
Case studies give more concrete numbers, all attributed to Quizell. It says AS Colour reduced bounce rate by 27% with a fit finder. Healthybud turned a Shopify meal-plan finder into a personalized experience that greets every dog by name, with a 78% quiz completion rate and 3x higher conversion for quiz takers. A phone repair chain, Mister Mobile, which the page calls Singapore's largest, turned 11,739 repair products into an 8-tap quote across 215+ quiz pages. LaVie Labs reports 800+ leads and a 2.8x higher engagement rate.
Security claims appear under "Quizell is secure, reliable, and built to scale": ISO 27001:2022, GDPR Compliant and CCPA badges, plus "GDPR & CCPA-ready privacy controls" and a Trust Center. The comparison page adds data region selection (EU/US) as a feature Quizell has and ConvertFlow lacks. Support and onboarding resources include a Help Center, Videos & Webinars, an interactive demo described as "Two minutes, no signup", and a Schedule a Call option.
Who it suits and who it does not
Quizell suits store owners and ecommerce marketers who want a product finder, a fit finder or a lead quiz that ends in a recommendation, especially on Shopify, where the add-to-cart and customer-record features apply. It also suits agencies running several brands, given the workspace roles, and teams selling in several languages. Developers get HTML, JavaScript and CSS hooks.
It is a heavier tool than a plain form builder. If you need a one-off contact form or a survey, a quiz and recommendation engine is more than the job needs. The comparison table labels add-to-cart from results and customer-record creation as Shopify features, so stores on other platforms should check what carries over. The pages publish no pricing, no usage limits, no self-hosting or code export, so anyone who needs those will have to ask the company.
