What it is

Zoomforth is a no-code microsite builder for enterprise sales, marketing, recruiting and customer success teams. The company's site describes it as a cloud-based design platform for creating interactive, trackable, secure microsites, and says you need no website development or design experience to use it. Its home page headline is "Enterprise microsite builder for sales, marketing and HR teams," and it lists the use cases as proposals, ABM campaigns, client portals, recruiting and internal communications. The home page says it is trusted by the BIG FOUR accountancy firms, and its comparison page says it is built for beginners and experienced designers at startups, mid-tier and enterprise companies.

What you build and how

The core product is a microsite, which the company defines as an individual web page or a small collection of pages, typically on its own subdomain or unique URL, separate from your main website. It contrasts microsites with landing pages, which tend to be limited to a single page, and says microsites can have multiple pages and an independent URL if you prefer.

The home page names three things to build. Sales proposal microsites replace static proposals and pitch decks with trackable buyer experiences that a sales team personalizes for each deal. ABM campaign microsites are account-specific destinations for target buyers and strategic accounts. Client onboarding portals give customer success teams one branded place for onboarding, QBRs, renewals and customer education. Recruiting and internal communications are named in the same list. So the same editor serves the website use case, a microsite on its own address, and the portal use case, a branded, trackable space for one client or account.

The editor is drag and drop. The company says the site editor lets you drag and drop in your content, and the text editor is a WYSIWYG one that will already be familiar. A comparison page on its site lists the content you can include: text, images, video, tables, custom forms, links, HTML packages and traditional documents such as Word or PDF files. An embed tool adds Google docs, social feeds, graphs and charts, maps, podcasts, calendars, chatbots or articles to a site. If you do know HTML or CSS, you can add your own code and use more advanced features. For work at scale, the comparison page mentions flexible copy and pasting of content, pages or entire sites, so a proposal built for one deal can become the starting point for the next. Sites are responsive, with built-in features so they look right at any device size.

Branding is handled through themes and a style guide. The comparison page says Zoomforth creates a theme for your brand with fonts, design elements and colors, and that you can create unlimited themes for other brand styles. When you update the brand theme, all your sites update automatically. New customers receive a custom Style Guide, a library of reusable components such as links, buttons, tables, team bios and page layouts. Fonts come from Google Fonts, which the page puts at "1500+" families, and you can upload your own. The platform has customizable, pre-built templates for a range of use cases, and you can create an unlimited number of your own reusable templates.

Hosting is managed for you. By default sites sit on Amazon Web Services in the United States, and the company handles the arrangements. If you prefer, you can export the site code and host it on your own servers. The company says there is no limit to the number of sites in your account.

Analytics are part of what makes a microsite a sales tool. The home page promises measurement after every proposal, campaign or portal visit, with engagement and buyer intent signals. The comparison page lists real-time analytics and notifications at 3 levels. Individual data covers location, time accessed, duration, device used, link accessed, page version viewed, and a breakdown of clicks, downloads, time spent watching videos and slides reviewed. Site analytics cover visits and visitors by date, top content, visits by device, top referrals and top subpages. Account analytics cover sites created or edited, documents uploaded, newly identified visitors and team usage. The company's pitch is that a seller can see when a prospect opened a proposal, which sections they read and whether they forwarded it to a colleague. The home page also names collaboration tools, accessibility features and translation support for launching across teams and regions.

Pricing, security and support

The site publishes no prices; the home page offers "Request a demo," and the company's comparison page says it includes a free 14-day trial with full access and a complimentary onboarding session. The home page FAQ describes that trial as a secure sandbox account with unlimited users, unlimited sites, dummy materials to play with and training support.

Security claims are specific. The comparison page lists 5 site-access options: public, password, email authentication, MFA and SSO/SAML, with per-site access controls as standard. The home page says "Zoomforth is SOC 2 Type II certified and fully GDPR and CCPA Compliant." The comparison page adds that Zoomforth is externally audited annually under the SOC 2 Type II regime, submits to the Cloud Security Alliance CAIQ process, makes copies of those reports available on request and uses secure TLS connections for all user sessions. It says the platform complies with GDPR, CCPA and e-Privacy cookie-consent guidelines without additional setup, and with WCAG 2.1 to an AA standard.

Onboarding and support are laid out in detail. The home page describes a 30-day onboarding program with account setup, a kick-off call about your goals, training and design support. Accounts with 3 users or more get 2 live training sessions with the Client Experience team over Zoom, plus a video library, Help Center access and advanced support. Accounts with fewer than 3 users get the video library, Help Center and advanced support, and can buy live sessions. Weekly live drop-in refresher sessions are open to users. The comparison page says every plan includes free onboarding and setup, a dedicated customer success team, 18/5 live chat support, a help center with text articles, Zoomforth Academy, weekly drop-in training and quarterly skill workshops. It adds that customers can suggest and vote on features in the Product Portal. One testimonial on the home page comes from Tim Walther, founder of Grand Dynamics, Intl.

Who it suits and who it does not

Zoomforth suits enterprise teams that need polished, trackable pages for specific deals, accounts and hires without waiting on a web team. A sales team replacing proposal PDFs, a marketing team running account-based campaigns and a customer success team that wants one branded onboarding or renewal space for each client all match what the company describes. Regulated or security-conscious buyers will note the SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA statements and the option to export code.

It is a poor fit if you want a general-purpose site or a store, since the pages describe microsites for proposals, campaigns, portals and recruiting. Pricing comes through a demo rather than a public price list, so budget-minded buyers start with the free trial. A solo founder with one product page may find the onboarding program and enterprise focus more than needed.
