What Reallyo is
Reallyo is a website builder made for real estate agents, with a wider listing-marketing platform behind it. Its builder page opens with "The real estate website builder that's actually free," and describes a professional, branded site "with a page for every listing and lead capture built in," made in minutes with no code and no designer.
The reader it targets is an agent, a rental or leasing agent, or a team or brokerage. The home page adds property managers, saying the product is "Built for rental agents, leasing brokers and property managers." The company says it has been marketing real estate listings for 15 years, that thousands of rental agents and property managers have used it, and that it has delivered more than 1M rental leads to agents and property managers.
What you build and how
The build flow on the builder page is 4 steps. You add your details (name, brand, contact and areas served, plus your listings, "once"). Reallyo then builds the site, a branded real estate website with a page for every listing and lead capture wired in. You make it yours by adjusting copy, colors and sections and connecting your own domain if you have one. Then you publish and share the link in an email signature, on social, on business cards or as a QR code. The FAQ says you can "tweak the copy and colors without touching code," and that Reallyo keeps the site updated from your details.
Branding is a selling point. The page promises "Your name, logo, photo and colors" so the site looks like you, "not a generic theme everyone else is using." Every listing you add gets its own single-property website automatically, with a gallery, map, details and its own link, connected to your main site.
Lead capture is built in. Contact and inquiry forms "send every lead straight to you, not to a portal that resells it." The page also says the site looks sharp and loads fast on phones, and that its pages use clean, fast structure that search engines and AI assistants can read so buyers and sellers can find you. On the rental side, every inquiry from portals, pages and posts lands in a Leads CRM where you track, route and follow up.
A custom domain is supported. The page says you can point your own domain, such as yourname.com, at your Reallyo site "rather than living on someone else's brand." IDX home search is available too, and the FAQ explains how it works. IDX runs on SimplyRETS: you set up your own SimplyRETS account, which is a separate subscription for the MLS data, and connect your MLS feed. You keep your MLS membership and IDX authorization, SimplyRETS turns that feed into an API, and Reallyo displays your live MLS listings on your site so buyers search on your brand and become leads while they browse. The company puts it plainly: "You handle the MLS/SimplyRETS side once; we handle showing the listings."
The website is one piece of a larger system. The builder page says Reallyo turns each listing into a single-property site, an AI listing video, social posts and portal syndication from the same account. The home page, aimed at rentals, details that campaign. You add a rental once with photos, rent, beds, location and amenities, and the company says it takes about 2 minutes to go from a new unit to a full campaign. Reallyo generates a narrated video tour, a listing page, a description, social posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X, a renter email, print-ready flyers and branded QR codes. Every rental comes with a month of ready-to-post content, shown as 30 posts in a launch plan. The AI writing also covers renter-specific rewrites for students, families or luxury renters, video narration scripts, neighborhood copy and landlord pitch material. You review and edit anything, and regenerate a fresh angle, tone or batch of posts for a unit still on the market.
An AI chatbot on your site answers renters 24/7 from your real listings, qualifies and captures leads, and books showings to your calendar. A unit tracker follows each rental through coming soon, for rent and leased, with search by address, city or owner, and listing analytics show which units and links pull views and inquiries. You can review and publish everything from your phone. The product menu also lists a White Label offer.
Syndication goes through a partner network of 18 rental sites, according to the home page, which names Apartments.com, Rent.com, Zumper, PadMapper, Apartment List and Homes.com "and more." It notes that this is for US listings only, that acceptance depends on partner rules, listing quality, location and account status, and that some partners may require identity verification or additional fees. The company's point is reach you control: every rental also gets its own page, social, email, print and AI-readable presence. The home page lists the search engines (Google and Bing), AI search (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity), organic social channels, paid channels (Google Ads and Meta Ads) and email and direct mail as places a unit should appear, and says it markets rentals to "over 100M renters," the company's own figure.
What the pages state about plans
Reallyo has a free plan and paid plans, published on the home page. Plans are priced by how many active listings you market at once, "from 89¢ per listing, per month," and an annual toggle saves 20%. Active listings are the units you are marketing now, not a lifetime cap: you can change which listings are active at any time, and when a unit leases you can archive it with its campaign kept.
The plans are Free at $0 with 1 active listing; Growth at $39 a month with 10 active listings, adding the Leads CRM, rental portal syndication and analytics, and priority generation; Pro at $49 a month with 25 active listings, adding team lead routing and your own branded website; Premium at $69 a month with 50 active listings; and Ultimate at $89 a month with 100 active listings. The full AI marketing suite is included in every plan, and the Free plan needs no credit card. On the builder page, the FAQ adds that paid plans bring more capacity and team features.
For social proof, the home page quotes Charles P. Munroe, a licensed real estate salesperson at Metropolitan Property Group in NYC: "Reallyo has become one of the main tools I use to market my NYC rental listings. It saves me a significant amount of time." Help comes through an Academy, a glossary, free tools, a blog and a Get in touch page.
Who it suits and who it does not
Reallyo suits an agent who wants a branded site and listing pages without paying a monthly website bill, and a rental agent or property manager who wants one upload to become a video, listing page, social posts and portal listings. The builder page names real estate agents, rental and leasing agents, and teams and brokerages as the audience, and says a brokerage can give every agent a consistent, branded website automatically.
It is a specialist tool. Someone building a store, a services site or any non-real-estate project needs a general builder, since every template and feature here is about listings. 2 practical limits are worth noting. IDX search needs your own SimplyRETS account and MLS feed, so that part is not turnkey. Rental portal syndication covers US listings only, starts on the Growth plan and depends on each partner accepting the listing.
