What Neo is
Neo describes itself as "a business growth suite that helps your business grow online with services such as a website, a domain name, and a business email address." Its website builder, Neo Sites, is an AI site generator for small business owners, freelancers and service providers: you describe the business, and the AI produces a complete site with a design, written content and contact sections in a few minutes. The company says no coding or design expertise is needed, and that domain, website and email are "all instantly connected", so a small business gets one coherent online presence from one vendor instead of three.
The builder page names four audiences directly: online service providers who want to show their work and capture leads, retail store owners who want a digital storefront that mirrors the physical shop, freelancers building a portfolio, and offline service providers who want to be discoverable online.
What you build and how
Generating the site. You start by sharing your business name and a description, answering a few quick questions about the business, its industry and its goals. The FAQ says the AI then "puts together a design, writes initial content, adds key sections (like contact forms), and gives you a complete website in just a few minutes." If the first result is not right, you can regenerate the design, the content or the entire website as many times as you like.
Editing it. After generation the site opens in an editor where you change copy, images, color themes, fonts and more. The builder page describes three main controls: change color and font to match a brand, update the template, and "Shuffle layout", which rearranges components "like Lego blocks" to redesign the page. Ready-made sections cover services, products and more, and the template gallery is organized by business type, with examples for a marketing agency, a fashion retail store, transport and logistics, a profile and bio page, a portfolio, a beauty salon and spa, and home and repair. The FAQ says all templates are optimized for all devices and screen sizes.
Content blocks. The plan table lists what a site can carry: an image gallery, a product listing, a service listing, embedded YouTube videos, customer testimonials, an email subscription form so visitors can sign up for updates, a WhatsApp contact option and clearly displayed business contact details. AI copy assist rewrites and improves site text, and stock images are included.
Leads and analytics. Contact forms send visitor inquiries straight to your inbox, which the company frames as "Find leads on your website and meet them in your Inbox!" Site analytics track visitor activity so you can see how the site performs.
Hosting and domains. The FAQ says Neo Sites includes hosting, so you do not manage anything technical. A domain is required to create a site. If you do not own one, Neo Sites provides one free of cost through the website's first billing cycle, and if you already own a domain elsewhere you can build the site on it. The domain service suggests names based on your business name.
The rest of the suite. Neo's main business is email, and the site product sits next to it. Business email uses your own domain, and you can have as many business email accounts as you need, for every employee, department and service. The suite also lists email marketing to send personalized emails to many recipients and track opens, appointment booking with personalized meeting pages, a signature designer, email tracking, AI smart write, email backup, webmail with mobile apps for Android and iOS, and a ChatGPT email integration. The email FAQ adds built-in migration tools for moving existing mail into Neo.
Plans, trial and evidence from the pages
The builder page shows three plans under "A Neo plan for everyone", each priced per mailbox per month and each marked "Save 20%": Business Basic at $2.49, Business Plus at $4.99 and Business Growth at $9.99. The plan table sets the site limits for the three tiers:
- Website storage of 1 GB, 10 GB and 50 GB.
- AI website generation 20 times, 500 times, and unlimited with the latest AI model on Business Growth; AI copy assist 50 times, 500 times and unlimited.
- Image galleries of 10 images, 500 images and unlimited; product listings of 10 products, 500 products and unlimited; service listings of 10 services, 500 services and unlimited.
- Stock images of 50 on Basic and unlimited above it, testimonials of 6 on Basic and unlimited above it, and contact form submissions of 1000 on Basic and unlimited above it.
- Standard fonts on the first two tiers and premium fonts on Business Growth, plus an option to remove Neo branding.
- Support 24x7 on the first two tiers and priority chat support 24x7 on Business Growth.
The trial is stated plainly: "enjoy Neo Sites features free for 15 days", with a 15-day free trial that lets you "Try a full website with domain name". The home page adds that Neo Mail also comes with a 15-day free trial, and that on the site product "you only need to pay when you wish to publish the website." You can cancel the subscription at any time and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. A banner advertises 40% off business email and the AI site as a limited sale.
The home page carries the line "200K CUSTOMERS TRUST NEO", while the builder page says "Trusted by 130000+ businesses". The company promises around-the-clock support and gives a support email address in its FAQ.
Who it suits and who it does not
Neo suits a solo founder, freelancer or small business owner launching a first online presence quickly without design skills or a developer. Domain, site and mailboxes come from one account, the AI produces a full first draft from a few answers, and the 15-day trial lets you see a real site on a real domain before paying. Service businesses get contact forms, WhatsApp, booking pages and lead capture in the inbox; small retailers get a product listing that can grow to 500 items on Business Plus.
It is a narrower tool for anyone who needs more than a small business site. The editor works with templates, sections, colors, fonts and layout shuffling rather than free-form design, so a brand with very specific visual requirements may find it confining. The pages describe no checkout or online payments, so a shop that needs to take orders should look at how far a product listing goes for them. And the plans are priced per mailbox, which suits a business that wants email anyway and makes less sense for someone who only wants a website.
