What it is
MilesWeb is a web hosting provider that has added an AI website builder to its hosting plans. It is aimed at freelancers, bloggers, startups and small companies who want a working site without design or coding skills. The company's FAQ says it was founded in 2012 and is an Indian-owned web hosting company headquartered in Nashik, Maharashtra, with data centers in six countries: India, the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia and Singapore. It runs country sites, including milesweb.in, priced in rupees, and milesweb.co.uk, priced in pounds.
The builder is the part that matters for this directory. The company's FAQ puts it this way: "Our AI website builder lets our clients build a fully functional website just by describing what their needs are." It adds that a beginner needs no design or coding skills: you share your business details and the AI builds the layout, content and structure in minutes.
What you build and how
You build a business website: a brochure site for a consultant, a freelancer's portfolio, a small company's service pages, a blogger's home. The starting point is not a blank canvas. The homepage says you describe your website in a few words and the AI builds it "with images, content, and multiple design options to choose from." The builder page lists "Build websites with AI" and "Edit websites using AI prompts" as plan features, so changes after the first draft can also be requested in plain language. A testimonial on that page says the builder could "understand my prompt this well" and that picking a theme was enough to get a consultancy site live, which tells you themes are part of the flow.
Every builder plan lists "Mobile-friendly designs", "SEO-friendly websites" and a "90+ PageSpeed score". Those are the company's claims about the output, so check the score on your own site once it is live.
The builder does not work in isolation. It publishes to MilesWeb hosting, and the homepage describes it as "perfect for launching fast on MilesWeb hosting." The builder plans include a free website subdomain and let you connect your own domain. The company also offers an AI-powered domain name generator, which helps if you have not picked a name yet, and standalone business email on your own domain with no website hosting required.
AI use is metered by credits. The builder page states "One-time AI credits included with every plan. Need more? Top up anytime." The 2 builder plans include 75 credits and 100 credits, and the Indian hosting plans each include the AI builder with 50 credits, which the plan table describes as "50 free credits to get started."
Hosting is the second half of the product, and the hosting plans carry more AI than the site builder alone. The Indian plan table lists Ved, an AI agent for managing and updating a WordPress site, an "AI WP speed boost" for one-click performance tuning, and on the higher plans an OpenClaw AI assistant for automating repetitive tasks and Node.js web apps, with React, Next.js, Vite and Vue named. Anyone who outgrows the AI builder can install WordPress, Laravel, PrestaShop and over 400 other applications with one click, and the WordPress tooling includes WP-CLI and SSH, built-in staging, multisite, object caching and WooCommerce readiness.
The UK site describes 4 hosting types:
- Shared hosting, where multiple websites share resources on a single server. The company calls it budget-friendly and suited to first-timers and small to medium-sized websites.
- VPS hosting, where one physical server hosts multiple virtual servers, each isolated from the others.
- Reseller hosting, which the company calls 100% white-labeled, so you can sell hosting under your own brand name.
- Dedicated hosting, the fourth type on the list.
On security and performance, the plans include free SSL, an instant malware cleanup tool that scans, quarantines and cleans infected files, LiteSpeed caching and the Cloudflare CDN, and the UK site lists two-factor authentication. Free website migration covers files, folders, databases and emails. On the UK site, a domain is not mandatory with a hosting package, and you can use one you already own by updating its name servers.
Plans and prices
The AI website builder page on the Indian site lists 2 plans with a limited-time discount:
- AI Pro, described as "Turn your idea into a website." The page shows ₹699 and ₹99 /mo with 3 months free and an "86% OFF" label. It includes 3 websites, a free domain for 1 year, 75 AI builder credits, a free SSL certificate, daily backups, a free website subdomain and 6 email accounts.
- AI Max, described as "Build and manage multiple websites." The page shows ₹799 and ₹199 /mo with 2 months free and a "75% OFF" label. It includes 5 websites, a free domain for 1 year and 100 AI builder credits.
The Indian homepage separately lists web hosting plans, with a duration selector of 1 month, 12 months and 36 months:
| Plan | Price shown | Websites | NVMe storage | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Starter | ₹399 and ₹69/mo | 1 | 10 GB | | Premium | ₹599 and ₹129/mo | 25 | 50 GB | | Business | ₹699 and ₹199/mo | 50 | 100 GB | | Cloud Startup | ₹1,499 and ₹399/mo | 100 | 150 GB |
Displayed rupee prices exclude 18% GST. The free domain covers the first year in .COM, .IN or .CO.IN, with renewal applying from year two, and backups are automatic and daily, kept for 7 days, with on-demand backups on the Business and Cloud Startup plans.
The UK site prices its shared plans in pounds with a free AI website builder in each: Single at £0.99 a month (shown against £4.99, renewing at £1.89 a month) for 1 website and 10 GB of NVMe storage, Smart at £1.89 a month (against £8.99, renewing at £3.69) for 25 websites and 50 GB, and Max at £2.49 a month (against £11.99, renewing at £4.79) for 50 websites and 100 GB.
Every hosting plan comes with a 99.9% uptime guarantee and a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Support runs 24/7 by live chat, email and tickets, in English or Hindi on the Indian site. The company says it is trusted by 1M+ websites and shows 4.6/5 based on 7,148 reviews.
Who it suits and who it does not
MilesWeb fits a solo founder, freelancer or small business owner who wants one bill for the site, the hosting, the domain and the email, and who would rather describe a business than drag blocks around. The first-year free domain and included email accounts mean the basics of an online presence arrive in one purchase, and the WordPress and Node.js options give room to grow on the same account. Agencies and web professionals have a separate angle in the white-labeled reseller hosting.
It suits teams less if they need an app builder with a database, workflow logic or fine design control: the AI builder is a website generator with prompt editing, not a visual canvas with custom components. The AI credit system is the other caveat. Each plan's credits are a one-time allowance, so a site that goes through many AI revisions will need top-ups. And the low monthly figures are introductory deals; the UK page prints the renewal rates, which is the number to budget on.
