What it is

EventTitans is an all-in-one white-labeled event management platform designed for organizers running in-person, virtual, and hybrid conferences, expos, trade shows, galas, and corporate events. The platform combines a no-code website builder, event registration and ticketing, fast on-site check-in with QR and face recognition, on-the-spot badge printing, a white-label mobile app, exhibitor and sponsor management, lead capture, built-in CRM, and real-time analytics. The company says the site carries no "Powered by" mark. It positions itself as self-serve and in-person-first, with virtual and hybrid included.

What you build and how

EventTitans' website builder is drag-and-drop and requires no coding. You choose a single-page or 2D layout built for conferences, expos, or corporate events, drop in your branding, and publish. The builder supports multiple sections on your event site: agenda with session details and speaker profiles auto-synced from your dashboard, registration forms with multiple ticket types and instant payment processing, sponsor and booth showcases with logos, videos, and interactive booth maps, and complete contact information and FAQ sections to answer attendee questions.

The website is fully white-labeled: your own custom domain with SSL, your favicon, custom email sender (yourdomain.com rather than EventTitans), branded WhatsApp and SMS confirmations, and no visible EventTitans branding anywhere attendees see. The builder includes SEO optimization with search and social metadata already in place, plus OpenGraph tags for link previews, so your event is shareable and indexable from day one.

Registration is integrated and flexible. Every website comes with a built-in registration and payment module supporting multiple ticket types, early-bird offers, and group check-ins. The home page describes registration as "easy to set up with custom registration forms." The FAQ lists coupon codes and promo offers, paid and free registrations, multi-currency support, and payment by UPI, card, Razorpay and Stripe, with a QR code issued the moment payment completes. A "Walk-in Onsite Sync" item covers attendees who register at the venue.

On event day, check-in is by "mobile or kiosk scanning via app," and the home page says you can "scan a card or QR for instant entry and print custom badges on the spot." The comparison page adds that QR and face check-in plus badge printing happen in under 5 seconds as a 3-in-1 step, and calls badge printing and floor plans "native, not add-ons." Attendance is tracked live.

The Ultimate plan includes a white-labeled attendee mobile app. The platform also lists attendee networking with AI matchmaking and digital cards, so people can connect and swap details.

For sponsors and exhibitors, the platform provides booth booking and booth management with a live dashboard for traffic and leads. The website builder gives sponsors tiered placements with logos, videos and offers they upload themselves, and exhibitors get an interactive booth map; exhibitor floor plans are drag-and-drop for in-person and virtual use. Lead capture uses "NFC card transfers and fast badge scanning," so exhibitors can "collect, qualify, export."

The platform includes a built-in CRM for collecting and managing leads, with SMS, WhatsApp and email marketing. The nonprofit pitch on the home page mentions accepting payments in one dashboard, promoting a cause by email, SMS and WhatsApp, and automating donor and volunteer sign-ups while tracking every donation. Real-time dashboards are offered for organizers, sponsors and agencies, with live insights, sales data and event reports. Gamification is listed as included.

Plans, pricing, and limits

EventTitans offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. There is also a free plan available with specific limits. The pricing section has USA, India and Other tabs. The USA and Other tabs show identical dollar figures.

In the United States:

  • Free plan: Unlimited events, 100 attendees per event, basic event analytics, 2.5% plus $1 per ticket fee
  • Premium plan: $99 per month or $999 per year, 2,000 attendees per event, fully white-labeled event website, 1.5% plus $1 per ticket fee
  • Ultimate plan: $999 per month or $9,999 per year, 10,000 attendees per event, white-labeled attendee mobile app, on-spot badge printing

In India:

  • Free plan: Unlimited events, 100 attendees per event, basic event analytics, 4.99% plus GST per ticket
  • Premium plan: ₹7,999 per month or ₹79,999 per year, 2,000 attendees per event, fully white-labeled event website, 2.99% plus GST per ticket
  • Ultimate plan: ₹15,999 per month or ₹1,59,999 per year, 10,000 attendees per event, white-labeled attendee mobile app, on-spot badge printing

The company says full plan limits and ticket fees are listed on its pricing page. Anyone with more than 5000 attendees is directed to talk to sales about a custom plan. All plans include "bank-level security," mobile-ready design and 24/7 support, and the home page lists "Cancel anytime" next to the trial and free plan. The ticket fee falls as the plan rises, from 2.5% + $1 on Free to 1.5% + $1 on Premium in the US tab; the Ultimate card shows no ticket fee.

The company states it is used and loved by 2,000+ organizations, though no named customers or case studies are provided in the pages.

Who it suits and who it doesn't

EventTitans is built for organizers running in-person or hybrid conferences, expos and trade shows where branding control, on-site operations and self-service matter. The company contrasts itself with services-led vendors and says teams are live in days without a managed-services contract. The drag-and-drop builder and templates mean an organizer without technical skills can build the site alone, and sponsors and exhibitors get their own dashboards for traffic and leads.

The free plan and the 30-day trial make it easy for a first-time organizer or a nonprofit to test it. The built-in CRM with SMS, WhatsApp and email marketing makes sense if you want attendee and donor follow-up in one place.

The white-label approach suits agencies running events for clients, since the site carries the client's domain, favicon, email sender and WhatsApp and SMS confirmations, with no "Powered by" mark. Teams already taking payments through Stripe, Razorpay or UPI will find those named in the registration module.

EventTitans is a poorer fit for a team that wants a general website builder, because the builder is for event sites tied to its own registration and dashboard data. The free plan caps events at 100 attendees, and the white-labeled event website starts on Premium. The pages describe no code export and no public API, so a team that needs proprietary integrations or heavy custom code should ask before committing. And it is self-serve, with "done-with-you setup for your first event" offered at demo rather than a fully managed service.
