What it is
EventHex is an event management platform with a no-code website builder at its center. It is built for organizers who run conferences, expos, galas and virtual or hybrid events and want one system for the event site, the registration form, ticketing, check-in and the follow-up. The company describes it as "an all-in-one event management platform covering registration, ticketing, check-in, marketing, analytics, and more." The pages name no headquarters city and no founding year. They do list GST invoicing, Razorpay for India and Tap Payments for the Middle East among the features.
For a reader browsing no-code tools, the useful way to think of it is a builder for one kind of product: a branded event microsite plus the registration and scheduling machinery behind it, with an AI assistant layered on top.
What you build and how
The website builder. The company's glossary page says the builder "uses drag-and-drop blocks that connect directly to live data, mobile-responsive out of the box." In plain terms, an agenda, speaker bios and ticket availability on the site come from the same records the organizer manages in the dashboard, so the site does not need a second round of edits when a session moves. The home page says you can "publish a branded event website with AI in minutes" and that a custom domain is included. A dedicated event site, the glossary explains, covers a homepage, agenda, speaker profiles, sponsor showcase, venue map and registration flow. The home page also tags the site and form tooling "No-Code," "Live in minutes" and "100% Mobile responsive."
Forms. The AI Form Builder is listed as "drag-and-drop with AI suggestions." The home page adds that it covers the registration form and SEO metadata and that "voice-powered form filling" is included, plus a "Voice Forms" tag. This is the form feature to look at if you want to build a sign-up flow without a spreadsheet or a separate form product. Registration itself is described as "custom forms, attendee types, approvals, and waitlists," so you can set up different attendee categories, require organizer approval before someone is confirmed, and let people queue when an event is full. Another listed feature is a "Call for Papers" tool with a submission portal and peer review, which is a form-and-review workflow for speaker submissions.
Booking and scheduling. Two features cover this. Registration with approvals and waitlists is the first. The second is "Appointments & Meetings," described as B2B one-to-one scheduling and matchmaking, for attendees who want to book time with each other or with exhibitors. A multi-track session manager handles the agenda. The WhatsApp concierge also lets attendees "register via WhatsApp" and set their own reminders, so booking can happen inside a chat.
Tickets and payments. Ticketing is pitched as "multi-tier tickets, coupons, and QR delivery" with "0% platform fees." Payment processing runs through Stripe (global cards), Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking for India) and Tap Payments (mada, KNET and Apple Pay for the Middle East). There is also a feature for GST invoices, credit notes and reconciliation.
On the day. Check-in is by QR scanning with real-time attendance. A badge and certificate designer is a visual editor with on-site printing. Attendees can use a white-label mobile app, or a browser-based attendee web app where, the company says, nothing needs to be installed. A WhatsApp concierge lets attendees message the event's number to get agenda answers, session suggestions, their ticket and QR code, certificates and photos.
AI features. The company lists five. The Copilot is a dashboard assistant: the page gives examples such as asking "How many tickets sold today?", "Add a networking break at 4pm" and "Write the invite email." Smart-Connect does interest-based attendee matchmaking in the mobile app. AI Photo Gallery lets attendees upload a selfie and receive the photos they appear in, watermarked and sponsor-branded. Session Recap provides live transcription with translation, AI summaries and searchable recap pages sent to attendees. The page also says you can connect ChatGPT or Claude to EventHex to manage an event by instruction, for example asking it to create a two-day summit with three ticket tiers.
Integrations. Beyond payments, the page lists HubSpot with bidirectional CRM sync, WhatsApp, email through AWS SES on your domain, push notifications via Firebase, webhooks and Zapier ("connect to 5,000+ tools") and a WordPress embed for registration. It states that "all integrations are free with every plan."
Scale and team. One account can run unlimited events from a centralized dashboard with role-based access for a team. A white-label and franchise feature supports running branded organizations and resellers.
What the pages say about plans, limits and trust
The home page and glossary publish no prices or plan names. What they do say: "No credit card required to try it out," and plans can be upgraded, downgraded or canceled at any time with no long-term lock-in. Support by email and chat is included in every plan, and the page also mentions priority support and a dedicated success manager. The pages describe a no-card way to try it but name no free plan.
The company's numbers on the home page are 500+ events powered, 1M+ attendees checked in, 4M+ photos delivered by AI and 15+ countries. The glossary page's header instead shows 400+ events run and 50+ countries, so the two pages disagree and these should be read as marketing figures, not audited counts. The home page shows a G2 rating of 4.7/5 and testimonials from organizers of a business club and trade expos.
On security, the FAQ states data is "encrypted in transit and at rest, with granular permissions and audit logs." The pages name no SOC 2, ISO or GDPR certification.
Who it suits and who it does not
EventHex suits organizers who treat the event website, registration and on-site operations as one job: a conference team that wants approvals and waitlists, a regional expo running payments through Razorpay or Tap, an agency running branded events for several clients under the white-label feature. The AI form and Copilot features will appeal to a small team that wants help drafting forms and emails.
It suits less well anyone who wants a general-purpose site builder. The builder produces event microsites tied to EventHex's own event data, and the pages describe no code export, self-hosting or open API. Teams who want published pricing before a call will not find it, and anyone who needs a named compliance certification should ask the company, since the pages name none.
