What Bullet is
Bullet is a website builder that sits on top of Notion. You write and organize content in Notion, paste the page link into Bullet, and it publishes a site with hosting, speed and security handled for you. It is written for people who already work in Notion and want a real website out of it: creators, coaches, communities, bloggers, startups and small businesses. The homepage says it is trusted by 10000+ Notion users, describes the AI styling as "The Tool 3,000+ People Use to Make Notion Sites Look Pro," and calls Bullet "The Only Notion Website Builder with AI."
For a reader browsing the Notion tools category, Bullet is the publishing end of that workflow. Notion stays the place where content and databases live, and Bullet is the layer that turns them into pages visitors see, including whole sites generated from a Notion database.
What you build and how
The homepage lays out the workflow as 3 steps: "Start with any Bullet template inside Notion and make it yours in seconds," let Bullet AI design the look, then "Paste your Notion link into Bullet, hit publish, and your site is live." The company says the finished site does not look like a Notion page: you choose a theme from a gallery, and the result is meant to look as professional as a coded website, with calls to action, a navigation bar, images, forms and animations added without code. The gallery holds "20+ Customizable templates to reflect your brand," which you duplicate into your Notion workspace and then customize.
AI styling. "Upload a design or describe your style," the homepage says, and Bullet AI "turns plain Notion doc into a beautiful website automatically." It applies layout, fonts, colors and spacing "in one prompt," and you can change a design by describing it, for example "make it more modern" or "switch to dark mode," instead of digging through menus. After AI styling you keep full control: the FAQ says you can tweak fonts, colors, spacing and layout "anytime in Design Mode or directly via CSS if you want advanced customization." Bullet AI is for Pro users only.
Block editor. Beyond the prompt, a block editor lets you "edit and customize every block on your website" and rearrange content "without disrupting the rest of the page." Rollback to a previous version and a deployment history are listed, so a bad change can be undone. Manual publishing means a change goes live only when you push it.
Membership and gating. Bullet has a built-in membership feature. You can "Add members, gate content, and run lead-gen funnels with email capture and password protection." The company says membership levels let you manage user access, personalize the experience per level and monetize the content, and points the feature at creators, coaches and communities.
SEO. The company promises "fast load times, smart metadata, and automatic social sharing cards," and says its templates are SEO optimized. Subdirectory hosting lets a blog or docs section live on a path of your main domain, such as /blog or /docs, which the company says is "available without requiring an expensive enterprise plan." Ads.txt support is listed too, for sites that run ads.
Programmatic SEO. Bullet supports Liquid syntax. You place Notion database properties inside the page body or add custom HTML, and one template can publish 100+ pages at once. This is where the Notion database becomes a site generator: one row per page, one layout for all of them.
Integrations and extras. Bullet lists API Connect, to "Connect Bullet with your custom backend API," and a Zapier integration that the company says connects "more than 6000+ apps." It supports Notion 2.0 formulas, team member invites and multilingual sites, with content in several languages on a single site.
Content stays in Notion. A point the company repeats is that page settings such as the meta title and description are managed in Notion itself, "no more switching back and forth between Notion and Bullet dashboard."
Use cases. The menu names an SEO-friendly blog ("Effortlessly publish your notion content to an SEO-friendly blog") and a knowledge base ("Create a detailed and categorized help center from your notion docs in minutes"). Other uses on the pages include gallery views, landing pages, memberships and "your own plugins". The footer line sums it up as the "Best place to run content-heavy websites."
What the pages state about plans and limits
Bullet publishes its entry price. The homepage pricing row lists Bullet at $9/month. The company's comparison page frames the annual option as "$89/year": "In our $89/year plan, you can build a professional website, support from Bullet, and all future upgrades. All the necessary features required for everyone are in our basic plan itself." Calls to action across the pages read "Try Bullet for free," "Signup for Free" and "Get started for free," and the menu offers a "Hire an Expert" service for people who want help building their site.
AI styling is the one feature the FAQ places on Pro. The other published claims are the 10000+ Notion users and the feature list above: block editor, rollback and deployment history, membership, password protection, team invites, multilingual sites, Notion 2.0 formula support, subdirectory hosting, Ads.txt, API Connect and the Zapier integration. The site also links to customer stories.
Who it suits and who it does not
The company says Bullet serves "all categories of users, from creators and influencers to startups and enterprises," and that it suits a project from an MVP launch "or even years after that."
Bullet suits a solo creator, a coach or a small team that already lives in Notion and wants a fast, search-friendly site without rebuilding content in a second tool. The programmatic SEO feature makes it worth a look for anyone who publishes many similar pages from a database, such as directories or listings. Membership and password protection give a community or a course creator a way to gate content without adding another product, and the knowledge base use case covers a startup's help center.
It is a weaker fit if you do not want Notion as your content system, since the whole product assumes it. As a caveat, the AI styling sits on the Pro plan, and the deeper design work beyond themes and blocks happens in CSS.
