What Builderall is
Builderall is an all-in-one platform for building a website, landing pages and sales funnels, then running email, bookings, courses, webinars and checkout from the same account, with AI tools layered on top. It is written for business owners, marketers and designers, and creators and educators, the 3 groups its homepage names, plus agencies managing client sites. The homepage is headed "Turn your idea into a business" and promises "Everything you need to build and run your business."
The company's numbers on that page are 2M+ users, 25+ tools and 50+ integrations. The site is available in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. The product sits under websites first and landing page builders second, because the same Website Builder is described as the place to "Build websites, landing pages and funnels."
What you build and how
AI-first building. The headline product is the AI Website Builder, which the homepage says can "Turn your business idea into a complete website with AI-generated structure, content and design." You start from a prompt, and the AI produces the structure, the copy and the look in one pass. Around it sit an AI Market Agent ("Talk to AI about your business, audience and goals to create strategies built around your brand"), an AI Email Builder that generates "broadcasts and complete email sequences", AI Website Hosting that publishes the AI-built site and connects it to tools to "capture leads, communicate and sell", and Magic Lab, "an AI-powered creative toolkit" for generating and transforming images.
The drag and drop builder. If you prefer to place sections yourself, the Website Builder makes "professional, mobile-responsive websites, landing pages, sales funnels, and secure member areas, all without coding." You can start from scratch or customize "hundreds of templates designed for different industries," and Magic Text AI writes copy inside the editor. Template examples on the homepage include workshop landing pages, roofing contractor websites, an online portfolio, a restaurant, an investment site and a marketing agency. A separate Funnel Builder creates "customer journeys designed to convert," and you can upload an existing website and then manage and edit it in Builderall. Builderall's blog also has a guide to hosting a static export of a site made in another AI builder on Builderall. Domain Registration, Professional Email for branded addresses on your domain, and a WordPress tool round out the publishing side.
Email and automation. MailingBoss is built in, "so every form, funnel, and checkout on your site feeds the same list. No third-party sending fees, no connectors to maintain." You design broadcasts in a drag and drop editor and trigger automations from "a signup, an abandoned cart, a finished lesson," with opens, clicks and revenue in one report. A blog post adds that MailingBoss "allows unlimited emails to be sent to an unlimited number of subscribers." A separate Automations tool connects actions across the platform.
Bookings. The Booking App publishes your availability, syncs to your calendar, blocks double bookings and adjusts to each visitor's time zone. You can take payment at the moment of booking and send automatic confirmations and reminders.
Selling, courses and webinars. Super Checkout sells "products, services and subscriptions." Elearning builds a curriculum in modules and lessons, hosts the video behind a secure member area with student logins and progress tracking, drips content on a schedule, adds quizzes and certificates, and sells one-off or subscription access. Webinar Builder runs live, recorded and evergreen webinars with the registration page, reminders, live chat, polls and timed offers, and sends attendees and no-shows down different follow-up sequences.
Chatbots and messaging. The Chatbot is built "in a visual flow" and publishes to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger at once. It qualifies leads, books appointments and adds contacts to email lists, then "hands off to a human whenever the conversation needs one." WhatsApp Central captures leads and handles conversations on WhatsApp.
The idea running through the homepage is that the pieces feed each other: "The page welcomes a visitor. A form starts a conversation. An email brings them back. A booking or a sale moves you forward." For a landing page reader, that is the useful part: the page, the form, the email sequence, the booking and the checkout live in one account, so a lead from a funnel never has to be exported into a separate mailing tool.
What the pages state about plans and limits
The homepage invites you to "Get started free" and says "Start free. Grow from there. Choose the plan and tools that fit your business," with a link to compare current plans on a separate Pricing page. Builderall's own blog, in a post on appointment scheduling software, says Builderall's pricing "starts at $19.90 per month" and that "they offer a free trial for new users to test out the platform." The same post is candid that the scheduling feature "may not have as many dedicated features as some other options," and calls it a good choice if you already use other Builderall tools.
On support, the FAQ says "Our support is available 24/7," backed by tutorials and training videos. The resources menu lists a help center, Builderall Academy, a Website Mastery Course, an Email Marketing Mastery course, a community, a system status page and an integrations directory. On security, the FAQ says the software "uses encryption and other security measures to protect your data." The homepage quotes customers such as an agency owner, Claribel: "Builderall keeps my sites, leads, and follow-ups in one place."
Who it suits and who it does not
Builderall fits a solo founder, coach, course creator or small agency that wants a site, a funnel, an email sequence, a booking page, a course and a chatbot under one login, and is willing to learn one broad platform instead of several narrow ones. The AI Website Builder shortens the first draft of a site, and because MailingBoss is built in, that draft can collect leads and send follow-ups straight away. Agencies get a dedicated solution for managing clients.
It is a weaker fit if you want a narrow tool that goes deep in one area; the company's own blog says its scheduling has fewer dedicated features than specialist tools. With 25+ tools in one account, there is also more to learn up front than in a single-purpose builder.
