What AttractWell is

AttractWell is an all-in-one business platform for coaches, course creators, authors, speakers and influencers. Its site and course builder is the front door, and behind it sit email, booking, payments, a CRM, texting, memberships and a mobile app, all under one login and one bill. The company's pitch is that you say what you want and AttractWell builds the pages, copy, emails, booking and checkout, then you edit by talking to it. The reader it serves is a solo expert or small service business that would otherwise stitch together 15+ separate tools. The pages do not say where the company is based or how many customers it has.

What you build and how

The starting point is a feature called Project Studio. You pick a project type, with funnels, websites, courses and coaching among the choices, or start from a project you already built or a blank canvas. You can also just describe it, such as a lead-magnet funnel, and AttractWell asks a couple of questions and builds it. The company says it writes the pages, emails, booking link and checkout, and its headline claim is that you can "stand up a whole site in about 10 minutes, and let AttractWell draft your courses and campaigns in your own voice". A 10-minute launch is the framing, with a line promising a live offer taking payments in under a day.

For editing, there are 2 routes. "Talk to edit" lets you describe a change and watch it happen in the editor. If you would rather work directly, the company says you can "use the page builder" instead, and the comparison page describes a website, blog and funnels builder where you use your voice, create a site with AI in 10 minutes, "or go deep with the builder. No code needed." A link-in-bio page for social traffic is part of the set.

The courses side covers the "Courses, Communities & Memberships" area. The AI Course Creator, Writer and Website Builder is described as creating courses, content and a website in minutes, not hours. A quizzes and assessments tool works as an AI teaching assistant that lives inside your course: it quizzes students, grades their answers, even essays, and opens the next lesson when they pass. Students and clients get a client portal showing their courses, memberships, communities, upcoming calls and session packages. Videos, audios, PDFs and images are all content you can deliver, and the company claims video hosting with unlimited video size and bandwidth.

For landing pages and funnels, the same builder produces them, alongside digital downloads that grow your list with free or paid files and follow up by email or text. Events can be free or paid, online or in person, with optional QR code check-in at the door. A chatbot, offered as chatbots and custom GPTs, engages website visitors, collects their details and routes them where they need to go. Contracts and forms let clients sign contracts, fill in intake forms and schedule a call in one flow, with document signing for agreements.

Selling is built in. The payments feature handles one-time payments, payment plans and recurring payments, with Afterpay, Clearpay, Klarna and Affirm named, and the comparison page lists a 0% transaction fee. A store and shopping cart calculate taxes and shipping for products and services, and the checkout page notes that payments are processed by Braintree, a PayPal company. Calendar bookings, free or paid, serve sales calls and consulting, and session packages track how many sessions each client has left, optionally with recurring payments.

Running the relationship is covered by a CRM that shows notes, purchase history, signed contracts, completed forms and appointment history, with to-dos and reminders. Email marketing and newsletters come with automatic email list cleaning. Text marketing lets you send broadcasts or text clients one on one from your own phone number. Zoom meetings are included free, with no extra Zoom account and meetings up to 30 hours. Canva is integrated for graphics and lead magnets. An app serves both you and your clients, and live help calls run multiple times per week.

What the pages say about price and terms

The home page shows a $1 first month, 50% off the next 2 months, then $99 USD a month, with cancel anytime. Its other wording gives $1 today, $49.50 a month for months 2 and 3, and $99 a month after that. The home page also says AttractWell "starts at $69 a month, one bill", so the entry price is stated 2 ways, and a buyer should confirm which plan the $69 refers to. A 30-Day Launch Guarantee says that if you use Project Studio and your site is not live in 30 days, the company will build it with you on a call and your next month is free. It adds that more than 4 out of 5 customers stay past their first month and that it is BBB-accredited at an A+ rating.

New monthly customers are offered 10 extra Zoom attendees per meeting and 200 extra marketing credits per month. New annual customers get 1000 extra marketing credits per month, a free domain or email worth $24, and a 1:1 60-minute tech consult on annual Premium or higher. Plan names mentioned include Premium, Pro and Diamond, but the pages give no feature-by-plan table.

The company compares itself with Kartra on its own page, so treat the numbers as its claims. It says AttractWell starts at $69 a month against $119 for Kartra, lists Zoom Pro meetings and unlimited video size as differences, and carries the disclaimer that prices and features are subject to change. It also says the platform replaces a stack of 15+ tools it estimates at $500 a month, naming products such as Kajabi, Calendly, Shopify, WordPress, Mailchimp and Zapier.

Who it suits and who it does not

AttractWell suits a coach, consultant, course creator or speaker who wants one place for a site, a booking link, a course and payments, and who values being asked a few questions instead of dragging blocks. It also helps that the company offers live help calls and a guarantee on launching. Teams that run a membership or a session-package business get the most from having booking, CRM and courses together.

It is a poor fit for someone who wants fine control of a design on a canvas, for a store with a large catalog, or for a team that only needs one tool such as email. The pages do not mention code export, an API or self-hosting, so a developer wanting an escape hatch is outside what they describe. The pricing is stated 2 ways and discounted for the first 3 months, so budget from the $99 figure. And since the platform covers so much, a team should expect to learn several modules rather than one.
