What 10Web is

10Web is an AI website builder that produces WordPress sites and hosts them on its own managed WordPress infrastructure. Its pages describe one editor where you build "via natural language prompts, point and edit precision, or custom code". The reader it serves is a small business or founder who wants a site generated from a description, an agency that builds many client sites, or a software or hosting company that wants to resell or embed the builder under its own brand. The company says it is trusted by 2M+ creators. Its About page says that in 2026 the product "evolved into the Agentic Website Builder" and gave every builder a team of AI agents for every role. The About page says 10Web was founded in 2017 as a managed hosting company, brought AI into WordPress in 2021, launched white-label distribution in 2025, and now has 70+ staff; it counts 2M+ websites created on the platform.

What you build and how

You can start from several places. The home page offers a prompt box with options to paste a URL, import a Figma file, attach an image or use voice chat, and a row of agents: an AI Website Builder Agent, an AI Editor Agent and an Ecommerce Agent, with an SEO Agent and a Hosting Agent marked as coming soon. There is also a "Migrate your website" path and a plain blank-site start. If you prefer to begin from structure, the template gallery is built around 3 steps: select an industry-specific template, "vibe code" your design by regenerating sections and adjusting content with prompts, then go live in one click. Sample template names on the pages include DevProfile, JurisLaw, VoyageTravel, TutorEdge, SmileDent and LuxeStay.

The editing model mixes 3 ways of working. The company's words for the front end are "Vibe Coding frontend": describe an idea and get layouts, animations and interactions, then edit and fine-tune through chat. The same editor lets you point at an element and change it directly, or drop into custom code. The builder page also mentions advanced widgets and exclusive features for design flexibility. Designers can bring their own work: the Figma import converts a design into "a fully functional, responsive WordPress site". Other agents handle existing sites. Per the pricing page, a Redesign agent turns an outdated page into a modern one, a Cloning agent recreates any page from a URL, and a Figma agent converts Figma files into production-ready pages.

The data and logic layer is WordPress itself. The home page describes the backend as "a production-ready WordPress site built on the world's most battle-tested CMS, with 60K + plugins", powering 43% of the web, according to the company. On top of that, a dynamic content engine adds practical features such as contact forms, reservations, calendar bookings "and more". The templates page says contact forms, calls to action and lead capture elements come built in. Because the output is a standard WordPress install, the templates page says it supports thousands of plugins, from contact forms and analytics to social feeds and payment gateways. The company also sells a separate bundle: its plugins page promises 50+ premium plugins, framed as $1000 worth of WordPress plugins for $100, with form extensions for Stripe payments, PDF creation, calculated fields, saved form progress and webhooks, and integrations with services such as PayPal, Stripe and Mailchimp.

Publishing and hosting are included rather than bolted on. The company lists SSL, backups, staging, CDN and growth tools on its hosting, with 99.99% uptime, isolated containers for each website and secure SFTP and SSH access. Sites launch "fully optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile", and the pricing page cites a 90+ PageSpeed score. A free custom domain is part of the paid plans: you can connect your own or claim one from 10Web.

For online stores, the nav lists an Ecommerce AI Builder and the home page an Ecommerce Agent. The home page says stores come with WooCommerce pre-configured, so you manage products, inventory, billing and checkout from day one, and the builder FAQ says the AI generator sets up product pages, a shopping cart and secure checkout. The pricing page's ecommerce dashboard covers product and order management, 10Web Payments, ecommerce analytics, a conversion-optimized checkout, automated tax setup and an advanced product filter, and its FAQ adds Google Cloud partner ecommerce hosting, product page creation with AI and Stripe integration for payments.

For WordPress users specifically, 10Web positions a "WordPress AI Builder" in its menu, and a self-hosted option for WordPress hosts: install the company's license plugin, provision through the cPanel or Plesk WordPress Toolkit, and an AI Builder menu appears in WP Admin.

The reseller side is a large part of the pitch. A white-label reseller dashboard lets you "launch your own branded AI website SaaS platform", resell 10Web and your own services, create custom plans, and manage and bill clients automatically. A Website Builder API lets a SaaS product generate sites from its own user data and bundle or upsell them. The pages name 3 audiences for this: SaaS platforms, hosting providers that want to add full WordPress sites to every hosting package, and MSPs and agencies adding AI-built websites to their service. On the pricing page, white-label partners get a branded dashboard, WP Admin and client site URLs, branded invoices and email notifications, custom pricing tiers, trials and upgrades, and billing through Stripe or PayPal. Support is a 24/7 live chat team.

What the pages say about plans and limits

The company says generating a website is "completely free", followed by a free trial with full access to all features, which the FAQ says lasts 1 week. That is a trial, not a free plan. After it, the FAQ says plans start at $10/month and include all AI builder features, hosting and a free custom domain.

The pricing page lists plans by what they meter. Business plans come first. AI Starter is $10/mo, or $120 for 12 months against a regular $240, and covers 1 website, 100 AI credits a month, 10GB of SSD storage and 10K monthly visitors, with extra sites at $10 each. AI Premium is $15/mo, or $180 for 12 months against a regular $360, with 2 websites, 200 AI credits a month, 15GB of storage and 20K monthly visitors; additional sites cost $7.5 each. AI Ultimate, flagged "best value", is $22.5/mo, or $270 for 12 months against a regular $540, with 4 websites, 300 AI credits a month, 25GB of storage and 50K monthly visitors; additional sites are $5.6 each. An additional website on any tier comes with 10K visits and 5GB of SSD storage.

Every plan card promises a first custom domain free, with up to $30 included and any excess applied as a discount, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee that applies until you claim the domain. The feature lists include the Redesign, Cloning and Figma agents, an ecommerce dashboard, mobile optimization, 10Web Premium Hosting, full WordPress CMS and 24/7 chat support. AI Premium adds 24/7 priority support, and AI Ultimate adds Google Cloud hosting and Cloudflare CDN for 1 website.

Agency plans are priced too. Agency Starter is $42.5/mo, or $510 for 12 months against a regular $1020, for 10 websites, 400 AI credits a month, 80K monthly visitors and 50GB of storage, with isolated resources per site and unlimited automated migrations. Agency Core is $80/mo, or $960 for 12 months against a regular $1920, for 20 websites, 600 AI credits, 120K visitors and 120GB, and adds the branded dashboard and website builder, billing through Stripe or PayPal, and a 7% 10Web billing transaction fee. Agency Pro is custom, quoted by sales from 50+ websites at as low as $2.5 per website with a transaction fee as low as 0%. Every plan includes a free SSL certificate, user and team management, automated daily backups, WordPress and plugin updates, a staging environment, bot and DDoS protection and multisite support.

The Website Builder API and the self-hosted option for WordPress hosts are sold through a demo request or the sales team.

Who it suits and who it does not

10Web fits an agency or freelancer who wants to produce many WordPress sites quickly and keep hosting in one place, and a hosting company or SaaS vendor that wants to resell AI site creation under its own name. It also suits a founder who already knows WordPress and wants AI to do the first draft. The Figma import is a real bridge for teams where a designer hands over mockups.

The trade-offs are concrete. Plans meter by visitors, storage, AI credits and site count, so cost grows with traffic and with each client site. The lowest plan carries 100 AI credits a month, which sets a ceiling on how many prompt-driven revisions you can run. 2 of the 5 agents are still marked soon. A team that wants to avoid WordPress, or needs a visual database and app logic rather than a content site, is looking at the wrong kind of product.
