What ChatPlace is

ChatPlace is a chatbot and DM automation platform for social media, with an AI agent at its center. Its own blog describes it as "an AI-powered growth platform that combines content creation, DM automation, sales funnels, and audience engagement in one dashboard." The blog names who it is for: "bloggers, creators, coaches, e-commerce brands, and businesses that offer services based on their expertise and want to turn followers into paying customers." In practice that means people who get customers through Instagram, TikTok and Telegram and want replies, lead capture and selling to run without a developer. The site carries a "© 2026. ChatPlace®" notice, and the blog states that the platform is "officially approved by Meta."

What you build and how

The core of the product is the AI Agent. The company says you connect your Instagram account and the agent "instantly learns your voice, style, products, pricing, and content." It then responds to DMs, comments and story mentions around the clock, and the page says there is "no manual prompt writing required." The pitch is that you do not script every conversation by hand: the agent picks up the account's tone and catalog and answers in that voice.

Alongside the agent are the classic chatbot parts. The free plan, as described in the blog, includes "chatbot features, comment triggers with follow verification, and access to AI tools," and the blog adds that it does not add third-party branding to your messages. The blog walks through how a comment trigger with follow check works. You publish a Reel and ask viewers to comment a keyword such as "GUIDE" to get a free resource. When someone comments that word, the bot checks whether they follow your account. If they do, it sends the lead magnet, which the blog lists as a PDF, checklist, video link or discount code, straight to their DMs. If they do not follow yet, the bot asks them to follow first and sends the resource once they do. That loop turns a post into both a follower gain and a lead.

The blog's own article list shows the same use from several angles. A guide titled "Как сделать бота в Instagram с проверкой подписки" (how to make an Instagram bot that checks for a follow) covers the follow-gated lead magnet. Other articles cover a Telegram store chatbot with catalog and orders ("Чат-бот для интернет-магазина в Telegram: каталог и заказы"), an AI sales assistant that takes a customer from the price question to the purchase, AI answers inside a Telegram group chat, sales funnels and lead magnets, broadcasts in messengers and how to build a list without running into restrictions, and a bot that decides what to send after someone subscribes in Telegram. Further posts address social media managers who run several clients from one automated service, and coaches in the wellness business.

The channels are Instagram, TikTok and Telegram, plus WhatsApp, which the company says is "rolling out in 2026." The navigation gives each its own product page, and it adds separate pages for gamification in Instagram and in Telegram.

Gamification is the part the company calls distinctive. The blog lists "Gamification and referral systems" and says "Points, leaderboards, and contests drive engagement and viral growth," adding that the feature is "unique among chatbot platforms." That claim is the vendor's own. For a creator, it means followers can earn points for actions, compete on a leaderboard or enter a contest inside the chat, and invite others through referrals.

A second product line is Virale, a content tool. The blog says it generates "Reels scripts, carousels, and content ideas trained on your account" and "learns your positioning, audience language, and style within minutes." Recent articles show what it is used for: content ideas from a neural network for a given niche, a breakdown of Reels across 6 parameters, running Instagram with AI, AI avatars made from your own photo, restoring old photos, and a guide on generating images and video through MCP directly inside Claude.

Setup is aimed at phones. The company says it is "Mobile-first setup. Build and launch everything from your phone in under 10 minutes. No code, no developers." Its comparison table lists the setup as "Mobile-first, 10 min."

For the end customer, the experience is a fast DM reply in the creator's voice after a comment, story mention or message, a resource delivered once they follow, and in Telegram a bot that can show a catalog and take orders.

Plans, pricing and support

Pricing is the clearest part. The blog says "Basic Pro plan starts at $16/month with unlimited contacts and broadcasts. No fees for each message and no hidden charges." It lists "Free plan available. Pro from $16/month" and offers a "14-day Free Trial." The same article says "You can have as many contacts as you want with ChatPlace, which starts at $16 a month," so the entry price does not climb with the size of the audience. The site navigation links a pricing page ("Цены") and a "Try for free" button ("Попробовать бесплатно").

The site is multilingual. The blog is offered in Russian, Portuguese, English, Uzbek, Spanish and Turkish, and its article index runs to 22 pages, with posts dated through September 2026 and sorted under Telegram, Instagram, case studies, ideas and how-to tags. The navigation also lists a knowledge base, a mini-course, a "Club", a "Growth context" resource and a partner program with an affiliate offer, so learning material sits next to the product. The footer's legal documents include a privacy policy, a user agreement and consents for advertising and for personal data processing, and a legal note says Meta Platforms Inc. and Instagram are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation, which matters to a Russian-speaking audience.

Who it suits and who it does not

ChatPlace suits a solo creator, coach or small shop that sells through Instagram, TikTok or Telegram and prefers an assistant that learns from the account to hand-built flows. The flat entry price with unlimited contacts suits an audience that is growing, because the cost does not step up with every contact tier. The follow-gated lead magnet is a ready-made growth loop for a creator who posts Reels, and Telegram sellers get a bot with a catalog and orders. Social media managers can run several client accounts, as one of the blog's posts describes.

The caveats are about scope. WhatsApp is still rolling out, per the company, so a brand that sells mainly there will wait for it or pair ChatPlace with another tool for now. And the product is built around social channels and the AI agent, so a team that wants a general visual app builder or a website chatbot trained on its documents is shopping in a different category.
