What it is
SharaForms is a form builder for teams, creators and small businesses that collect a lot of responses and don't want a meter running on them. The company's homepage title calls it a free form builder with calculations and conditional logic, and the pitch is simple: unlimited forms, unlimited submissions, and an upgrade only when you want more control over branding and customization. It also carries a "Built for Teams & Enterprises" banner and an Enterprise page, so it is aimed beyond the solo creator too. The company's pages don't name a headquarters.
What you build and how
You build data-collection forms: contact forms, event registrations, job applications, order forms, inspection checklists, onboarding packets and similar. The company describes the result as "modern multi-step & single-page forms" that you can present in 3 modes. Spotlight mode is its signature, summed up as "See every question. Focus on one." Focused flows walk a respondent through the form step by step, and Classic pages show a conventional page of fields. All 3 modes are on the free plan, so you can pick the layout that suits the audience rather than the plan you pay for.
Logic and math are built in rather than bolted on. The homepage lists calculations, conditional logic, signatures, file uploads and PDF generation as standard features. The template gallery shows what that means in practice. An online order form takes line items and "totals calculated live". A catering order form quotes events with per-head pricing and headcount totals. An inspection form logs pass or fail results with conditional follow-up checks. The live demo on the homepage is a short form with prefilled answers, a rating, text fields and conditional logic, which is a fair picture of the editor's range.
Looks are adjustable. The company lists custom themes, brand colors and fonts, and removal of SharaForms branding on paid plans. Per its comparison table with 123FormBuilder, custom branding and custom domains for forms arrive on the Pro tier and above, custom CSS on Business and above. The homepage also mentions "AI help when you want it", without saying more about what the assistant does.
Where the data goes is handled through integrations and automation. The company's Formbricks comparison says you can sync submissions automatically to Email, Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, Telegram "and more via webhooks and automation platforms", and describes developer-friendly workflows with an API and webhook support. In the 123FormBuilder table, API access is marked as included, and integrations are described as "Basic included; advanced paid". An analytics dashboard is listed from the Pro tier up.
Getting forms in is covered too. SharaForms says it supports importing forms from common builders, and that content from a competing form can be moved into a native SharaForms form with its logic and styling. The 200 templates are sorted by category, with names such as Appointment, Contact, Voting, Wedding and Entertainment forms, plus industry templates and step-by-step guides in the footer. Every template is described as shipping with unlimited submissions, built-in calculations and conditional logic "ready to switch on".
On hosting, the Formbricks comparison has a section titled "Privacy-first and open by design". It says you can deploy SharaForms on-premise or use the managed service. It doesn't say which plans include that option or under what license.
What the end user sees depends on the mode you pick. In Spotlight, a person answers one question at a time. In Classic, they see the page at once. Prefilled answers, ratings and live totals on order forms are all things the demo and the templates show.
The evidence from the pages
The numbers the company publishes are clear on the free side. The FAQ says the Free plan is "free forever" and includes unlimited forms, unlimited submissions, all 3 presentation modes, and core features such as conditional logic and calculations. You never need a credit card to start. The copy repeats the point in several ways: no per-response charges, no hidden quotas, no surprise overages.
Paid plans are described as being for teams that want extras such as removing branding, premium integrations and priority support. The comparison pages state that paid plans start at $15 per month. The comparison tables name the tiers Pro+ and Business+, but they carry no full per-tier price list, so check the pricing page before budgeting.
SharaForms leans hard on side-by-side comparisons, and these are the company's own claims. Against 123FormBuilder it says that tool's free plan is limited to 100 submissions a month, 5 forms and 10 fields per form, while SharaForms is unlimited on all 3 counts. Its cost slider shows $0 for SharaForms against $25 for 123FormBuilder. Against Formbricks it says the Cloud Hobby tier covers 250 responses a month, and its slider shows $390 for Formbricks against $0. Treat those as marketing from an interested party, not independent pricing.
On trust, the homepage says "thousands of companies and creators" use SharaForms, and a customer testimonial on the Formbricks comparison page says conversion on signups rose 25% after moving a flow into Focused mode. Both are statements by the company on its own site. Both comparison tables carry a GDPR compliance row, but the comparison text doesn't explain what is covered, and no other certification such as SOC 2 or HIPAA is named. Support appears as priority support on paid plans and as enterprise support under the Enterprise page.
Who it suits and who it doesn't
SharaForms suits the person who has been burned by a response cap. A founder running a lead form, a school collecting registrations, or a small business taking orders can stay on the free plan and still use logic, calculations, file uploads and signatures. It also suits an operations team that wants forms to push data into Sheets, Slack or a Zapier flow through webhooks. The one-question-at-a-time mode makes sense for longer forms on a phone, where a wall of fields puts people off.
Agencies and brands should note where the line falls. Removing SharaForms branding, serving forms from your own domain and adding custom CSS all sit on paid tiers, so a white-labeled client form means budgeting from $15 per month.
There are caveats. The advanced integrations are paid, the compliance picture is thin (a GDPR row and nothing more specific), and the self-hosting claim comes without license or plan details. A regulated enterprise would want those answered in writing before committing. The pages also focus on forms alone. If you need an app, a database or a full workflow engine around the form, you'd pair SharaForms with other tools.
