What Risefy is

Risefy is an AI builder for adaptive forms and quizzes, and its tagline is "Adaptive forms and quizzes that think with your users, built from a single prompt." You type what you want, and the product produces the questions, the scoring, the follow-ups, and the design. It covers 6 experience types from one prompt box: forms, surveys, quizzes, calculators, recommenders, and NPS and CSAT questionnaires. It is aimed at teams that want lead-gen flows, customer pulse surveys, and quizzes that recommend a plan or product, and at anyone who has used a form builder and disliked wiring the logic by hand. The site does not state where the company is based.

What you build and how

The home page draws a line between Risefy and what it calls a typical builder. In a typical builder, it says, AI drafts your question wording and you still choose a template, style it, and wire up the flow. In Risefy, "one sentence produces the questions, the scoring, the follow-ups and the design, ready to publish." That claim is the center of the product, and the rest of the page is a list of ways it plays out.

Adaptive questioning is the first. The site says each response shapes the next question, and that Risefy "reads intent live and serves the path most likely to convert each visitor." The comparison it draws is with a branching tree you build by hand and maintain every time the form changes: in Risefy "there is no rule tree to keep in sync." Questions arrive one at a time, not as a wall of fields, because the company argues that conversational interfaces reduce friction so people finish what they start.

Outcomes are generated too. Instead of mapping score ranges to paragraphs you write, the site says the result "is written from that person's actual answers," giving the outcome and the reasoning behind it. Everyone who lands in a band does not read the same paragraph.

Design is generated as well. The site lists 9 design shells and says the AI produces an on-brand look automatically, with 9 distinct layouts themed to your brand and styled per screen. The claim is that every form should not end up looking like the tool that made it.

The use cases on the home page fall into 3 groups. Forms cover lead-gen and contact flows: score, qualify, and sync to your CRM when someone submits, with examples such as a demo request, a waitlist signup, a job application, and a contact form. Surveys cover NPS, CSAT, and employee pulse, where the AI summarizes themes and surfaces the responses worth your time, with examples including a quarterly NPS, a customer CSAT, an employee pulse, and event feedback. Quizzes and recommenders turn discovery into conversion: quizzes branch by answer and then recommend the right plan, product, or path, such as an ROI calculator, a fitness assessment, a product finder, or a plan recommender.

The calculator builder has its own page. You describe what the calculator should do, and Risefy "ships the formula, inputs, and result page." The listed types are ROI, pricing, mortgage, savings, cost, sizing, eligibility, quote, and fitness. Formulas can be multi-variable, with tiered logic and conditional outputs, and the page frames this as real math without managing a spreadsheet behind the scenes. You can write the formula yourself or let the AI translate your description into one. Lead capture is built in: you can gate the result behind an email and push qualified leads to your CRM or automations.

Embedding is a single-line snippet for WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, Wix, and any custom site. The calculator FAQ says it can run inline, in a popup, or as a slide-in, and that every calculator is mobile-first, with touch-friendly inputs and no horizontal scroll on small screens.

Integrations are shown as "One builder, 300+ destinations for every answer." Responses can go to Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Sheets, a warehouse, or any webhook. The logo strip shows names such as GitHub, Zapier, Stripe, Mailchimp, Notion, Zoom, Discord, Shopify, Asana, Airtable, Linear, Microsoft Teams, ActiveCampaign, Figma, Jira, Trello, Dropbox, GitLab, Calendly, Webflow, and OpenAI. The calculator page adds that submissions can go to HubSpot or Google Sheets natively, to 300+ apps through the Connect tab, or to any endpoint through a webhook.

Risefy also runs as an MCP connector, so you can ask for a quiz in ChatGPT or Claude and get a live one back. The site says Claude works on every plan, including free, while ChatGPT needs Developer Mode on its paid plans.

Custom domain and A/B testing are tagged "Coming soon" on the plan cards. About 1 AI credit is used per response, and credits are spent both on generating experiences and on collecting responses. Credit packs top up any plan and never expire: $5 for 500 credits, $20 for 2,200, $50 for 6,000, and $200 for 26,000. Subscriptions start when you pay and you can cancel anytime.

On privacy, the site states that account and response data are stored in the EU (Ireland) and encrypted at rest, with "no data selling." It names no compliance certification.

Who it suits and who it does not

Risefy fits a founder, marketer, or ops lead who wants a quiz, a calculator, or a lead-gen form live on a site in an afternoon and is comfortable letting AI draft the structure. Teams that embed on Webflow, Framer, Shopify, or WordPress and route answers into HubSpot or Google Sheets match the way it is described. The Free plan and the 14-day Pro trial make it easy to test.

The credit model is the main thing to plan around, because responses consume credits and each plan caps experiences, seats, and Connect workflows. Custom domains and A/B testing are not yet available. The one-question-at-a-time approach suits short interactions more than a long structured data-entry form, and the site describes building for lead capture and feedback, not for internal approval workflows or self-hosting.
