What RapidoForm is

RapidoForm is an AI-powered online form builder for forms, surveys, quizzes, feedback and payments. You describe the form you need in plain language, the AI drafts the questions, and you edit the result into something you would publish. Its site is aimed at teams that collect answers from people: the interactive example on the home page asks a visitor whether they work in marketing, customer success, or product and research. The site does not state where the company is based.

The pitch is written in its own headline: "Create forms people finish. More conversation. Less filling out a form." That sets the tone for the whole product. It is a form tool with a conversational feel, not an app builder, and it is meant for people who want a polished form or survey live quickly without wiring up much by hand.

What you build and how

The workflow is laid out in 3 steps on the home page. First, "Describe what you need": start with a plain-language prompt, a template, or a blank form. Second, "Shape the experience": edit questions, add logic, apply your brand, and choose how people respond. Third, "Share and act": publish anywhere, collect responses or payments, and send results to your workflow.

The AI step is the signature feature. The site shows an example prompt, "Create a customer feedback survey. Ask about their experience, what they loved, and what we could do better," and the draft that comes back: a rating question asking how the overall experience was, a long-text question on what the person enjoyed most, and a long-text question on what could be better. The FAQ states the intent directly: "Describe the form you need and use the generated draft as your starting point." The same answer says you stay in control of every question, rule, and design choice, so the AI output is a first draft and not a locked result.

Forms here are meant to feel like a conversation. The home page example presents one question at a time ("Question 1 of 2") and uses the answer to set up the next one. Conditional logic and branching carry that idea further. According to the site, you can follow up on an answer, skip what does not apply, and give each person a path that makes sense. The example it offers is an in-person attendee and an online guest who each need different follow-up questions. For anyone who has abandoned a long, uniform form, that is the practical benefit: people only see the questions that concern them.

Response formats go beyond a text box. The home page lists short and long text, multiple choice, ratings, documents, and voice. The FAQ adds that richer response types such as files, audio, and video are supported. A rating, a document upload, or a voice answer lets the respondent choose the format that fits what they want to say.

Templates cover the common jobs. The home page names templates for customer feedback ("Find out what worked and what could be better"), event registration ("Make signing up the easiest part of the event"), and an introduction template ("Turn interest into a useful first conversation"). The use cases it lists are lead capture, customer feedback, event registration, applications, quizzes, and research surveys. Under lead capture it describes qualifying interest without making every visitor complete the same long form, which is where the branching logic earns its keep.

Design control is a stated focus. The site says "Your form is part of your brand" and promises to let you bring your colors, typography, and personality to every question, with controls for colors, backgrounds, and layout. A custom domain is available on a supported plan, so the form can sit on an address that looks like your business instead of the vendor's.

Publishing has 2 routes. You can send a link in a message, campaign, or social post, which gives people one place to respond. Or you can embed the form alongside your content on your own website so the experience stays connected from the first visit to the final answer. The FAQ confirms both: share a link or embed the form on your website.

Collection does not stop at questions. Payment collection is available on supported paid plans, which turns a registration or order form into something that takes money. After responses arrive, the site says you can review them and explore your form's results, so one place holds both the form and the answers.

Integrations are listed by name: Google Sheets ("Organize your responses"), Slack ("Keep your team in the loop"), HubSpot ("Connect your customer workflow"), Mailchimp ("Connect with your audience"), and Zapier ("Link the apps you work in"). Webhooks let you build your own connection, and the FAQ points to an integration directory for the full list. The stated goal is "Less copying between tabs. More time to act."

Teams are covered too. The site says form creation and response review can move into shared workspaces on supported plans, and tells visitors to find their team's plan.

Evidence from the pages

RapidoForm presents 4 tiers, in this order: Free, Starter, Professional, and Business. Each has a one-line description on the home page.

  • Free: "Create and share forms while you explore the core experience."
  • Starter: "For individuals who need more AI capacity and brand control."
  • Professional: "For growing workflows with payments, custom domains, and collaboration."
  • Business: "For teams that need more control, capacity, and shared workspaces."

The home page publishes no prices and no numeric limits. It says "Features and usage limits vary by plan" and sends visitors to a pricing page to compare current prices and what is included. We do not state a monthly cost or a response cap, because the home page gives neither.

The offer to start without paying is clear. The home page says "Free to start" and "No credit card required," and the FAQ answers the credit card question with "Yes," adding that you can create a Free account and start building before choosing a paid plan. A free plan here is a real plan and not just a trial. The site recommends it for evaluating the product and says to compare plan limits when you are ready to grow.

Plan-dependent items are marked as such: payment collection, custom domains, some branding options, and shared workspaces all depend on the plan. The FAQ says "Custom domains and some branding options depend on your plan."

The FAQ answers "Can RapidoForm create a form with AI?" with "Yes." The company also publishes guides on its site. Titles on the home page include one on building a contact form that starts a conversation, one on creating surveys that people want to answer, and one that explores RapidoForm as a Typeform alternative. A separate blog post on the site is titled as a guide to 10 alternatives to Carrd. The site gives no customer counts, review scores, security certifications, or founding year.

Who it suits and who it does not

RapidoForm fits a marketer, customer success lead, or researcher who wants a presentable form or survey in minutes and likes the idea of an AI draft to start from. The listed use cases, lead capture, feedback, event sign-ups, applications, and quizzes, all share one shape: ask people something, branch on the answer, and pass the result to a tool you already use. The integrations with Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Zapier, plus webhooks, serve that shape well.

It also suits someone who wants to try before paying. The free plan and the no-card start remove the cost of testing whether the AI drafts match your voice.

There are limits to plan around. The home page publishes no prices or numeric caps, so you cannot budget from it; you have to open the pricing page and compare plans yourself. Payments, custom domains, and shared workspaces all sit behind supported paid plans, so a team that needs them from day one should check which tier includes them. RapidoForm is a form and survey product: the integrations send data outward to other tools, and nothing on the site describes building a full app or running internal workflows inside it. The site does not mention self-hosting or code export.
