What the product is
Quizify builds what it calls funnels: quizzes, surveys and forms that guide a visitor through a sequence of questions, collect an email or other details, and hand the result to the tools you already use. Its navigation lists a Quiz Maker, a Form Builder and a Survey Maker as separate entry points to one product, and it also has a Shopify app. The closing line on its pages describes it as a gateway to "effortless, intelligent, and high-performing funnel experiences to expand your global reach." The reader it speaks to is a creator, a marketer or an agency generating leads or gathering feedback on a website. The pages do not state where the company is based. The footer says the newsletter is read by a "Quizify Community of 7000+ Pros," which is the company's claim about its audience and not a customer count.
What you build and how
The question set is on the features page. A Single Choice Question covers multiple options. A Form Field collects user data "using over 15 predefined form fields, including email, name, address, and social media profile links." Text Input gives a single-line box, and Big Text gives a textarea "for a long form of answer to your quiz, survey and form." Number Input offers a numeric box with a range function. The Basic plan also lists File Upload Questions. A user-friendly Intro Screen opens a funnel, and a Username feature adds a personal touch.
The plan list names an AI Funnel Creator and Import Questions with AI. The pages do not explain in detail how either works, so judge them by trying them.
Logic is called Smart Conditional Logic. The homepage describes it as tailoring "each question based on user responses, guiding them through a personalized path for more relevant insights and deeper engagement," so you ask only relevant questions and boost completion rates.
Branding is partial on the lowest plan and wider above it. Basic lists Add Your Brand Logo, and the agency tier adds Custom Fonts. Basic also lists Block Fake & Disposable Emails, which keeps junk addresses out of a lead list, and Email Submission Alerts, which tell you when someone submits. The features page adds an email step: you can send email confirmations to users who interacted with your content and use variables to customize them. The agency tier adds "Send Follow-up Emails to Respondents."
Publishing is by embed. In the features page's words: "Easily display your Quizify funnels directly on your website! Use the embed code to place them anywhere, show them in a popup, or let users access them via a QR code." The page adds that no coding is needed. The FAQ confirms funnels can be embedded on various types of websites and online stores.
Integrations are split across the plans. The FAQ says Quizify integrates with MailChimp, Klaviyo, Omnisend and ActiveCampaign for lead capture and email marketing. Basic lists a Calendly and TidyCal integration. The agency tier lists "Advanced Integrations (Hubspot, Zapier, Make, GHL & Slack Integrations)" and Different Integrations per Funnel, so each funnel can send data to a different place. The footer also points to a Developer / API page, a Pabbly Connect page, documentation, a changelog and a tutorials page, which signals developer-facing material, though the pages do not describe the API itself.
Templates are listed by name. The templates page shows a Loan Application, a Dog Adoption Form, a Ticket Cancellation Form, a Customer Feedback Form, an Employee Engagement Survey, a Podcast Survey, a Painting Style Quiz and a Work From Home Form. The use-cases page adds a Lead Generation Quiz, a Learning Style Quiz, a Hotel Booking Form, Health Insurance Forms, a Client Onboarding Form, a Personality Test, a Net Promoter Survey, a Market Research Survey, an Occupational Aptitude Test and an Event Registration Form, among others. The FAQ says the templates suit industries "including retail, healthcare, education, and more," that using them is free, and that new ones are added regularly. After you pick one, you receive an embed code to put on your website, and the page says no technical expertise is required.
Evidence from the pages
The pricing page offers a Monthly or Yearly toggle, with "Yearly (Save 25%)." The Basic plan, "For solo creators," lists Single User, Unlimited Submissions, Unlimited Funnels & Questions, AI Funnel Creator, Import Questions with AI, Smart Conditional Logic, Email Submission Alerts, File Upload Questions, Add Your Brand Logo, Block Fake & Disposable Emails and Calendly & TidyCal Integration. A middle plan is called Growth, "For growing teams." The top plan, labeled Popular and "For agencies & power users," lists "Everything in Growth, plus" 5 Team Members, follow-up emails, advanced integrations, per-funnel integrations, custom fonts, an onboarding and training session, a Dedicated Customer Success Manager and Priority Support. The text on the cards shows "$0" and "Renews at $0 /month" rather than a usable price, so the pages do not state what the Growth or agency plans cost. The page invites you to "Start with our Free plan and switch to a paid plan whenever it suits you."
The "unlimited" label comes with qualifiers. The pricing page carries a fair usage policy: "If your usage consistently exceeds standard limits (e.g., very high monthly submissions or unusual traffic spikes), we may reach out to discuss a custom plan." And the FAQ says that "Quizify offers different response limits based on your subscription plan," and that the number of funnels depends on the plan too. Those lines do not agree neatly with the Basic list, so confirm the limits for your plan before building.
Account details come from the FAQ: email verification is required, you can cancel a subscription any time under account settings, and you can change the billing cycle from monthly to annual or back. The homepage lists a Student & NGO Discount in the footer. The pages carry no SOC 2, GDPR or HIPAA statement.
Who it suits and who it does not
Quizify suits a creator or small business that wants a lead-capture quiz or a feedback form on its own site within an afternoon. The embed-code, popup and QR options cover a website, a shop and a printed flyer. An agency can use the top tier's 5 team members and per-funnel integrations to keep client funnels separate. Email-list builders will find the named connections to MailChimp, Klaviyo, Omnisend and ActiveCampaign useful.
It is the weaker choice if you need published, comparable prices, because the cards do not show them, or hard numbers for response caps, because the FAQ defers to the plan and the fair usage policy leaves the ceiling open. It is a funnel and form builder, so it does not replace a database app or a full workflow tool. Regulated teams should ask for compliance details first.
