What the product is
Ovoform is an AI form builder. You describe the form you need in a sentence or two, and the product generates it. The homepage puts it this way: "Just describe what you need, and Ovoform instantly builds a fully structured form with smart questions, logic, and design." It targets teams without a developer who collect information regularly: marketers capturing leads, HR teams running hiring, onboarding and leave requests, and small businesses taking bookings, orders or feedback. The footer names VelocionTech Private Limited as the company behind it.
The homepage headline promises "high-converting forms, surveys, and quizzes in seconds", and adds that Ovoform builds "contact forms, registration forms, feedback surveys, and automated form workflows, all from a single prompt." Its solutions menu groups the uses into feedback and surveys, business and HR, data collection, events and registration, and sales and commerce.
What you build and how
Prompt first. The core flow is "Describe what you need and let AI create your form in seconds." The homepage claims "8s to a finished form" from a single prompt, which is the company's own timing. The AI generates the questions, the logic and the theme, and the page says you can customize any template with AI as well. Ovoform AI is billed in the menu as "Your AI co-thinker". After the draft you adjust the result in a drag-and-drop visual editor without code; the company blog says you can customize the questions, branding, layout and workflows before publishing. The FAQ describes an AI form builder as one that can "generate questions, structure, and logic based on your input, reducing manual effort and setup time."
ChatGPT and Claude. Ovoform also works from inside AI assistants. The platform menu lists "Ovoform for ChatGPT", which builds forms "through a custom MCP connection", "Ovoform for Claude", to "Build and analyse forms in Claude", and an MCP Connector page described as a technical reference for AI assistants. The feature list adds conversational follow-up questions, real-time response adaptation and deep qualitative insights, which point at forms that adjust as people answer.
Templates. If you would rather start from something ready-made, the homepage promises "Free Form Templates to Launch in Minutes" and names a contact form, registration form, customer feedback survey, job application form, event registration, RSVP form and order form. The company's blog lists more use cases the builder handles: lead generation forms, employee onboarding, leave requests, patient intake forms, appointment booking forms, market research surveys and internal business request forms. Another post covers 25+ free HR form templates for hiring, onboarding, leave management and performance reviews. The site also offers free tools, such as an ROI calculator.
Logic. Conditional logic is listed as a feature and is included in the AI generation, so branching comes in the first draft. A blog post mentions branded forms and secure file uploads among the features that make feedback forms easier to build.
Automation and contacts. This is where Ovoform tries to go beyond a form builder. A section marked "NEW: CONTACTS & AUTOMATIONS" says Ovoform "automatically triggers the next step based on responses". The homepage says: "Trigger emails, CRM updates, and notifications the moment a form is submitted", and the FAQ names "emails, lead routing, notifications, and CRM updates". The feature list calls it "Workflow automations & integrations". The integration strip reads Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, AirTable, Excel, Mailchimp, Stripe, PayPal and Zapier, with a "Browse Integrations" link to the rest.
Analytics. Real-time analytics shows completion and drop-off rates as responses arrive. The analytics section, headed "Answers you can act on" in the menu, is about understanding how users interact with your forms and optimizing for conversions.
Data protection. The page says "Every response is encrypted end to end, so sensitive data stays protected" and uses the phrase "Bank-grade encryption".
The end user's experience. A respondent opens a form the AI structured, with questions and theme chosen from your prompt, and may see follow-up questions that react to earlier answers. You get the answers in the product and in whichever connected tool the automation feeds.
Plans and trials
Ovoform's pricing story is simple and generous on paper. The homepage says "Unlimited responses" on every plan, "incl. free", with "30 days of Pro, free" and "No card required". Under "What you get with Pro" it adds "No hidden tiers on the essentials" and "every plan starts with the full toolkit." You can sign up with Google, Microsoft or email, and the page repeats "No credit card" and "Cancel anytime". The FAQ answers "Is Ovoform free to use?" with "Yes, you can get started for free with no credit card required."
The one price on the pages comes from the company's own blog, which lists Ovoform's starting price as "$19/month (Includes a 30-day free Pro trial with unlimited responses)", with a note that "Pricing and features may change over time." A Pricing page sits in the main menu, and a "See Plans" link follows the AI section.
On ease, the FAQ says "Ovoform is a no-code platform, so you can build forms, set up logic, and automate workflows without any technical knowledge." Help comes through a Help Center, guides and product updates on the blog, and the FAQ invites you to reach out if your question isn't answered. A homepage testimonial from Matt Schoolfield, a senior manager, says "Within months, our response rates doubled, and we finally had the insights to make confident decisions."
Who it suits and who it doesn't
Ovoform suits a marketer or operations lead who knows what form they want and would rather type it than assemble it field by field. A small team that needs a lead form wired to HubSpot or Mailchimp, a feedback survey that lands in Google Sheets, an order form taking Stripe or PayPal, or an onboarding checklist that notifies Slack can reach that quickly, and the free 30 days of Pro lets them test the automations before paying anything. A team that already works in ChatGPT or Claude can build forms from there through the MCP connection.
It is a lighter fit for an enterprise IT team choosing a governed platform for many builders, since the site's pitch centers on fast AI creation and automations for small teams. Design control comes through templates, the AI theme and a visual editor rather than a pixel-level canvas.
