What Growform is

Growform is a no-code builder for multi-step lead generation forms. The company's pitch is that "most form builders were built for everyone, from HR to surveys," while Growform is "the lead generation form builder, designed to help you qualify and convert more leads than any generalist tool." It is written for marketers, agencies, lead buyers and in-house teams who pay for traffic and want more of it to turn into qualified leads, without commissioning a developer to build a custom form journey.

Growform Ltd. is registered in England and Wales with its registered office in London. The founder, Harvey Carpenter, started it in 2020 "after years of building lead generation forms for agencies," according to the author note on the company's blog. The home page says thousands of companies have built their lead forms with it and that it serves 5M+ form loads every month. The site itself is available in English, French, Spanish, Italian and German.

What you build and how

Multi-step forms. The core product is the multi-step form. Instead of one long page, the visitor answers a question or two at a time, with progress bars, loading screens and small animations meant to keep people moving. Growform says multi-step forms "based on lead gen best practice, UX research and psychology capture up to 2x more leads than the single-step form you have today," and that compared with a typical form you can usually expect a 20 to 30% uplift. Those figures are the company's own claims. The call to action is blunt: "Rebuild your current form as a multi-step form in an afternoon."

The editor and templates. You start from a template built for your industry, or from a blank canvas. The home page says there are 250+ templates and that you can customize every pixel and embed anywhere with one snippet; the blog describes them as research-backed templates "spanning industries from solar to SaaS." Design control covers every color, border, radius and spacing value, Google Fonts and custom CSS for teams that want to go into code, and images and videos inside the form. Forms are built for mobile, "where most ad traffic lands," and no Growform branding appears on any paid plan. You can publish on your own domain or through the embed snippet, and the blog mentions 3 HTML embed methods. The footer links embed guides for Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages and HubSpot.

Conditional logic. Conditional logic is how a form asks "the right follow-up questions." The company's article explains it as if-then rules, available on every plan, that show or hide individual fields or whole steps based on what the visitor has said, and lists disqualification among the logic features. Its example is a lead who picks "Marketing" from an industry dropdown and then sees marketing questions instead of irrelevant ones about accounting or sales.

Validation and lead data. "Real-time phone and email validation stops junk before it reaches your CRM." The blog names the services behind it: phone numbers are validated with Twilio and email addresses with ZeroBounce. Hidden fields capture UTMs, click IDs such as the GCLID, keywords and referrers for every lead, Google address lookup fills in property addresses, and photo uploads let a tradesperson see a job before quoting. For regulated lead buying, the form can record a TrustedForm or Jornaya consent certificate with each submission.

Tracking. Growform says it makes it simple to fire server-side pixels, fires conversion pixels on any step with one-click setup for Meta, Google Ads and other ad networks, and can run your own Google Tag Manager container inside the form. It can also stop pixels firing on disqualified leads, which the company says improves ad performance further. The home page gives a 23% typical reduction in cost per lead with multi-step forms and server-side tracking.

Integrations and notifications. Every lead goes to your CRM, your lead distribution platform or your buyers. Email notifications are standard, with SMS and WhatsApp notifications also offered, and you can connect to 7,000+ apps through Zapier or webhooks. The integrations named on the home page are HighLevel, LeadProsper, LeadByte, Phonexa, Facebook Lead Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, ActiveCampaign, Slack and TrustedForm, and leads can also go to FLG.

Industry templates. The home page walks through live templates by industry. The life insurance form asks about coverage, health and stage before anything personal and can ask about a second applicant only when there is one. The law firm form changes its follow-up questions with the case type and sends eligible claimants to a booking calendar. The real estate form opens with address lookup and shows a "preparing your valuation" screen before asking for contact details. The solar form uses large picture buttons for roof, sun and electricity bill, and the roofing form routes each job type to the right team.

Plans, trial and customer results

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial on the most powerful plan, with no credit card required; you pick a plan at the end, and if it isn't for you, nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. There is no free plan, only the trial. The company's guide to conditional logic forms, updated in September 2026, lists 4 plans: Basic at $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly, for small businesses; Professional at $139 a month, or $109 billed yearly, for agencies; Scale at $249 a month, or $199 billed yearly, for teams scaling to thousands of leads; and Custom, built to the customer's needs, for agencies generating significant lead volume. The home page lists human support, and the footer links help docs, a service status page, an affiliate program and a privacy and GDPR page. Free marketing calculators for ROAS, cost per lead, lead value and Google Ads sit alongside the product.

The home page carries customer results, which are the company's selected testimonials:

  • Malcolm Haag, owner of Förnybarlead, under a "3x conversion rate" heading, says conversion rates on his landing pages "have increased significantly."
  • Victoria Ross of Nearly Real Florals says she "nearly doubled my conversion rate, which is worth an extra £1,200 per month to us."
  • Janet Shushan, CEO of JHS Group LLC, under a "20–30% better lead quality" heading, says her leads now come almost exclusively from Growform.
  • Baptiste Broch, VP Sales at mapappdigital, appears under "+15% conversion rate."
  • A user named basti says the team was able to "increase leads by 32% in a very short time."

Who it suits and who it does not

Growform suits an agency running lead generation for several clients, a lead buyer or call center that needs consent certificates and verified phone numbers, a marketer who owns a paid funnel and is unhappy with a single-step form, and a small business owner who wants a better quote form without a developer. The 250+ templates and the "afternoon" rebuild pitch favor people who want results quickly, and the validation and tracking features favor teams whose ad spend depends on clean, attributable leads.

It is a narrower tool than a general form builder. The company says outright that it built Growform for lead generation rather than for HR forms or surveys, so a team that needs those will find the feature set aimed elsewhere. The entry price of $79 a month is also high for someone who only wants a contact form.
