What SaveMyLeads is

SaveMyLeads is a no-code connector for Facebook Lead Ads. You link your Facebook advertising account, pick the services that should receive each new lead, and the service moves the data across without manual exports. The homepage headline reads "Facebook Lead Ads notifications to CRM, Email or SMS," and the pitch is to "Stop downloading CSV from Facebook again and again." A recurring line on the integration cards is "Automate your business without programmers in 5 minutes." A post on the company's blog calls the tool "a simple and affordable tool that anyone can use to set up integrations for Facebook," and says you register on the website and create the integration through the web interface. It fits small businesses, marketers, freelancers and agencies who run lead forms and want each response to land in a CRM, an inbox, a spreadsheet or a messaging app within moments. The site is offered in English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, Polish and Turkish.

What you build and how

You build lead-routing automations, one connection at a time. Each connection starts from a Facebook lead form and ends in an action in another service. The homepage is a catalog of those actions, and its wording shows how the product thinks about the job.

CRM and sales destinations

The cards describe creating contacts, deals or tickets in HubSpot, contacts or leads in Zoho CRM, and deals or contacts in Agile CRM, all from the data a prospect leaves in a lead form. Other cards create a deal, task or contact "immediately after the client fills in and submits the lead form on Facebook," create an item or a request, or add a row in a database. Intercom gets contacts from potential clients' details. Further down the list, destinations include Ecwid for orders and customers, Stripe for subscriptions and customers, Toggl for tasks, clients and projects, Adalo for records, Avaza for contacts, invoices and projects, and Bloobirds and Cliengo for prospects and customers.

Spreadsheets, email and SMS

A Google Sheets card adds a new row as soon as a lead arrives, with all the information from the form. Email marketing cards add subscribers to MailChimp, MailerLite, GetResponse, SendGrid, Constant Contact, Ontraport and MoonMail, and can carry extra fields such as the lead's name. Lemlist also appears as a destination.

Autoresponders are a main use. The homepage says that when you cannot respond to leads instantly, the next best thing is an automatic, personalized email or SMS that tells people their request was received or asks them for more information. SMS cards cover ClickSend and D7 Networks among others, and an "Add Contacts" card adds new emails and sends transactional SMS or emails automatically.

Notifications and webhooks

Slack notifications go to yourself or to a channel, and Telegram notifications go to you or a group. For anything not in the catalog, a "Receive Leads to Custom URL" card transfers lead data "to any system that supports the Webhook format." Other cards send event data to Google Analytics, create Pinterest pins and upload to Vimeo. A few actions are marked "Coming soon," among them a Google Calendar event.

The company claims "Over 120+ ready-made integrations available now." The catalog describes one source, Facebook Lead Ads, and many destinations. It reads as a straight pipe, lead in and action out, rather than a canvas for multi-step flows.

Notifications for agency clients

One section is aimed at marketers, agencies and freelancers who run lead ads for clients. The homepage says you can "Setup lead ad notifications for multiple clients in 1 click even if they don't have access to SaveMyLeads," so each client gets leads without manual forwarding. You can also personalize the address the notifications come from, so a client sees mail from your own name.

There is no end-user product to design, because the finished thing is not an app. The person who benefits is whoever follows up with the lead: a salesperson who gets a Slack ping, or a prospect who receives a message shortly after filling in a form. The homepage cites research by Professor James Oldroyd on responding to a lead within 5 minutes, which is the company's case for speed.

Plans, limits and support

The pricing section has a monthly and yearly toggle, and every plan carries a "Free 14 Day Trial." The annual prices it shows are:

  • Start: $15 a month, billed annually as $180 (USD), "Save $48." It includes 5 connections, 2,000 leads a month, real-time lead sync, unlimited ad accounts, unlimited ad forms and email support.
  • Basic (tagged "Popular"): $29 a month, billed annually as $348, "Save $120." It raises the limits to 25 connections and 5,000 leads a month, adds chat to email support and adds Auto Failure Resync.
  • Business: $79 a month, billed annually as $948, "Save $240." It has unlimited connections, 20,000 leads a month, priority email and chat support and Auto Failure Resync.
  • Agency: $399 a month, billed annually as $4788, "Save $1200." It has unlimited connections, 150,000 leads a month, priority support, Auto Failure Resync and a dedicated cloud server.

So the lead count is the main thing that scales with price, along with the number of connections on the two lower tiers. Unlimited ad accounts and forms are on every plan, which matters for an agency running several clients.

The company's blog claims you can "start saving up to 30% of the time" by testing the service, and lists "instant transfer of leads" and not having to spend money on developers or integrators among the benefits. Those are the company's own claims, not measured results. The navigation links to a help section and to video guides.

Who it suits and who it doesn't

SaveMyLeads suits advertisers and small teams whose main need is getting Facebook leads into other tools without waiting for a developer. A marketer who runs lead ads and wants an instant Slack alert, a CRM contact, a Google Sheets row and a follow-up email or SMS has a direct fit. An agency can use unlimited ad accounts and forms on every plan, client notifications that do not need a SaveMyLeads login, and the Agency plan's 150,000 leads a month and dedicated cloud server.

It is a narrow tool, and that is the caveat. Every connection starts from Facebook Lead Ads, so leads that arrive from a website form or another ad network are outside its job. It does not present itself as a place to store and edit lead data or to build multi-step logic, and teams that want to build apps, portals or internal tools should look at the builders elsewhere in this directory. On the lowest plan, 5 connections fill up quickly if one form feeds a CRM, an email tool and a chat alert. SaveMyLeads solves one handoff and does it with little setup.
