What Converiqo AI is
Converiqo AI is an enterprise AI workflow automation platform, made by Mobiloitte, that business teams configure themselves. The company's FAQ says it is "a no-code workflow automation platform, enabling business teams to configure workflows directly without engineering involvement for standard use cases." It is written for operations, service, HR and compliance teams at larger organizations who want automations that carry owners, approvals and an audit trail, and for IT teams who need to govern many workflows from one place. The contact address on the site is in New Delhi, India, and the pages are offered in English and Arabic.
The homepage frames the product as "a governed enterprise automation platform, not a conversational interface." That wording matters for how you read the rest of the entry: the unit of work here is a process with an owner, not a chat window.
What you build and how
Modules and workflows. Converiqo AI is organized as modules, each aimed at one operational area. The homepage lists AI automations for call center work, community, customer self-service, employee self-service, field force, hiring and talent acquisition, lead handling and marketing, and it describes marketing automation as "AI-driven campaign orchestration, personalized messaging, and automated customer journey optimization." The hiring module is described as "AI-powered recruitment, resume parsing, candidate scoring, and interview automation." The company's advice is to "start small": choose the workflow causing the most friction, such as inbound lead qualification, customer service ticket routing or employee request intake, roll out that module, validate its data mapping and approval logic, then expand.
The four building layers. The homepage describes a unified workflow engine ("one platform managing every automation module, channel, and governance layer with centralized control"), a unified governance layer (a control plane to "monitor, audit, and secure AI-driven workflows"), an adaptive integration mesh and AI-powered intelligence. The integration mesh connects "securely to CBS, CRM, ERP, and custom APIs" with "real-time, event-driven orchestration across data silos." The FAQ says integrations cover CRM systems, helpdesks, HR software, ERP platforms and custom internal APIs, so workflows can read context, create and update records and trigger actions across platforms without re-entry. For a proprietary or legacy system it uses "secure API configurations." The site names no individual connectors, so you will need to confirm your own systems during a demo.
Approvals and process control. This is where the BPM side shows. The company says work in Converiqo AI "becomes owned tasks and multi-step processes, and an approver sees the exact proposed action and its evidence before deciding." A process "shows every task that still needs to finish." Business users own workflow logic and outcomes, while technical teams manage security governance and data pipelines. Scaling across departments relies on "defined workflow ownership, role-based permissions, change controls, and comprehensive execution auditing."
AI features. The AI agents are described as governed: they "understand context, retrieve approved information, and make intelligent routing decisions within defined workflows." Knowledge is gated by people. A Knowledge Editor submits content and "a different authorised reviewer approves it," and only then can the assistant use it and cite it. The product also includes a voice test console for interruption, silence, handoff and action-confirmation scenarios before launch, and a built-in live-agent console with queues and routing for customer service.
Beyond service. The company's comparison page says the platform also covers lead capture and qualification, employee and customer self-service, procurement "from purchase request to purchase order," field dispatch with proof of service, and vendor support. Employee and customer self-service come with verified requester groups and service targets.
Publishing and channels. The go-live step of its rollout is "Deploy on your preferred channels": web forms, chat, email, social media and internal portals, so the same automation behaves the same way for customers and employees.
Operations after launch. A system-health view covers installation health, integration readiness, provider health and delivery events for every channel. An audit log can be filtered by actor and action, queue monitoring and agent reporting track waits and handoffs, and changes to vertical packs show an impact preview and keep a rollback path. The final rollout step is to "track ROI" and add workflows.
Industry packs. The homepage links solutions for professional services, media and entertainment, and logistics-style operations such as fleet management and supply chain visibility, and it offers custom workflows for specialized verticals.
What the pages say about plans, security and support
Pricing. The site publishes no prices. The FAQ says pricing "is structured around the automation modules deployed and operational scale required," points to a Pricing page to "compare package tiers," and offers custom enterprise scope, dedicated instances and enterprise SLAs through the sales team. A banner reads "Free trial available - explore core workflows before upgrading." Live demos, structured pilots and proof-of-concept deployments are offered for enterprise evaluations, and the company advertises a 30-minute AI Workflow Audit call.
Time to go live. A lightweight pilot "deploys in days when the workflow is well-defined and integrations are straightforward." Larger rollouts across several departments follow a plan covering field mapping, permissions and validation, and the company advises going live in phases: pilot one workflow, stabilize, then expand module by module.
Security and compliance. The company says Converiqo AI "operates on SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified cloud infrastructure, with application controls aligned to enterprise standards." Controls named on the page include custom least-privilege roles and MFA, records masked by default and opened only through a time-limited reveal with a recorded reason shown in an operator-access log, and consent recorded by channel and purpose. It says the product is designed to support obligations under India's DPDP Act, the EU GDPR and the UAE PDPL. Deployment can be cloud, private cloud or on-premises. Note that the certifications are stated for the cloud infrastructure, not as a certificate held by the application itself.
Support. Implementation experts handle setup, and "for complex custom integrations or advanced API mapping, dedicated technical support" assists with setup and authentication. The site lists a phone number and email for contact. No response-time commitments appear in the text.
Who it suits and who it does not
Converiqo AI suits an operations or service organization that already knows which workflow hurts most and wants it owned, approved and logged: ticket routing, request intake, procurement, field dispatch, hiring steps. The company says that for many mid-size and large service operations it covers voice and messaging agents, a live-agent console, queues, tickets and the operational workflows behind them, and that organizations already invested in other contact-center stacks often keep them and add Converiqo AI for field, procurement and HR work. A compliance-minded IT team will like the single control plane, role-based permissions and audit log.
It is a weaker fit for a solo founder or a small team that wants to wire two apps together this afternoon. The pricing model is quoted by module and scale, there is no published entry price to budget against, and the enterprise framing (demos, pilots, implementation experts) assumes a purchasing process. Complex integrations and API mapping also come with technical support rather than being fully self-serve, so "no-code" applies most cleanly to standard use cases. Finally, because the connector list is not published, check that your CRM, ERP or HR system is supported before you plan a rollout.
