What it is

APPSeCONNECT is an ERP-first integration platform and iPaaS. Its homepage title is "ERP Integration Platform & AI-Powered iPaaS," and it describes itself as a platform that connects your ERP, POS or accounting system with ecommerce, CRM, marketplaces and shipping apps, then automates the workflows that run across them. It targets IT and operations teams who need an ERP such as SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite or Sage 300 to exchange data with the rest of the business. The company says an iPaaS sits "between your systems as the middleware that moves data where it needs to go." Its pitch is that "Most integration tools treat your ERP as just another app," while APPSeCONNECT is "ERP-first by design, keeping your ERP the system of record while integration and automation work around it." The site lists a US office in Plano, Texas and an India office in Kolkata.

What you build and how

You build integrations and automated business processes, not apps or sites. The homepage organizes the product into 4 verbs. Connect: "Link any app through pre-built Connectors and API integration." Sync: "Real-time, two-way data synchronization across ERP, store and CRM." Automate: "Run order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and other workflows, with AI to route exceptions." Control: "Dashboards, alerts and audit trails on every integration."

The editor is a "No-Code Visual Integration Designer." The homepage says you "Drag and drop connectors and logic blocks, with AI-assisted field mapping, to build integrations and automated workflows in minutes." The company's blog adds that the product includes a wizard-based ProcessFlow Designer that "ensures workflow automation is accessible to all," and that it is "tailored for both technical and non-technical users." The same post lists mapping that transforms data from one format into another or imports schemas, automated event-driven triggers, personalized rules and actions, and a Software Development Kit (SDK) for developers who want to build their own adapters and plugins.

Most customers will start from a package rather than a blank canvas. The homepage lists "1,000+ Pre-Built Integration Packages Ready to Deploy" covering ERP, CRM, ecommerce and marketplace apps, with "No custom project required," and says connector templates cut implementation from weeks to days. A blog post says the connectors are "pre-mapped, self-installing, and ready to run with no code," and its comparison table claims teams can "Go live in 30 minutes using 75+ ready connectors." Both counts are the company's own claims. A post on ERP-first integration describes the core scenario as "bi-directional sync of orders, inventory, customers, items, and pricing between ERPs" and ecommerce or CRM systems, backed by pre-built connectors and workflow templates.

The integration menu names the systems. On the ERP side: SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP S4 HANA, SAP ECC, Dynamics Business Central, Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, Sage 300 and NetSuite, with SAP Business ByDesign, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 F&O, Priority, Acumatica and Sage 100 in the marketplace. Ecommerce covers Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Prestashop, Shopware and others; marketplaces include Amazon, eBay and Walmart; CRM covers Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot and Dynamics CRM; POS covers Lightspeed, Shopify POS and Square; accounting covers QuickBooks and Zoho Books.

The solutions menu groups the work by system type: ERP, POS, accounting apps, CRM, ecommerce, marketplace and data integration. The homepage calls the product a Data Integration Platform that connects ERP, CRM, ecommerce, databases and analytics platforms, and a blog post says it spans data integration, application integration, API management, EDI and workflow automation services.

The AI layer is called appse ai, and the homepage says it "runs on the integrations you already have," with "No separate product to buy." It describes 3 modes. Point-to-Point Integration is "Structured, reliable automation," where you drive. AI-Enabled Automation offers "Decision-enhanced workflows with predictive intelligence that spot bottlenecks early," while your team stays in control. Autonomous Agents are "Outcome-driven digital operators that execute multi-step processes within defined guardrails." The blog names further AI features: IntelliFlow suggests optimized workflows, FlowInsight turns complex process flows into short summaries, SmartScript helps with data mapping, and AutoDetect is listed alongside them.

Workflow automation is the second half of the product. The use-case menu names quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, AP/AR, inventory management, invoice processing, lead-to-order, procure-to-pay, customer data sync and finance automation. The homepage says that when "your data is connected and clean, appse ai adds AI workflow automation and intelligent automation on top, at your pace."

Pricing, security and customers

Pricing is the clearest part. The homepage banner reads "Pre-built integration packages from $99/month," and the ERP section repeats "ERP Integration Packages from $99/Month," with the line "Simple, honest pricing. No big upfront project." The packages are "Pre-built, fully managed" and connect SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite or Sage 300 with ecommerce, CRM and shipping apps; each ERP family is shown paired with HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Zoho CRM, starting at $99 a month. The banner offers "Sign Up for free & Start Automating," the site carries "Start Free Trial" buttons, and a separate Pricing page sits in the menu.

Deployment and security: the features section offers "Flexible Cloud, On-Premise & Hybrid Deployment" and states "Role-based access, MFA, encryption and audit trails. GDPR, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant." The sync is event-driven, so records update when data changes rather than on a batch schedule.

Reputation: the homepage says APPSeCONNECT "holds 200+ reviews on G2 and Capterra and is featured in the G2 Grid for Embedded iPaaS and Business Process Management software." A blog heading calls it "Category leader in integration recognised by Gartner." Both are the company's statements.

Customers: the homepage quotes Hans Engstrom of Christiania Bikes, who says the platform "simply just works," Erika Weihmayer of PRANA Organics, whose ecommerce platform, SAP and third-party logistics are now connected so receiving and invoicing orders is automated, and Joe Bowers of Eastern Skateboard Supply, which syncs its ERP with several websites.

Support: the site lists a knowledge base, an academy, webinars, case studies, an ROI calculator, separate sales and support lines, and a partner program with a partner portal.

Who it suits and who it does not

APPSeCONNECT suits a company whose integration problem has an ERP at its center: a distributor keeping NetSuite aligned with a storefront, a retailer connecting Business Central to ecommerce and shipping, or a team that wants a fixed starting price rather than a project quote. The package approach and the $99 entry point make the first integration cheap to try, the on-premise and hybrid options suit companies with stricter infrastructure rules, and the two-way sync and audit trails suit an operations team that has to explain what moved where.

It is less suited to a founder or a freelancer who wants to build an app, a form or a store, since nothing here builds front ends. It is also a narrower choice for teams whose systems are mostly SaaS tools with no ERP; the company's own framing puts the ERP at the center of every integration.
