What involve.me is

involve.me is a no-code platform for building interactive lead and engagement funnels: forms, surveys, quizzes and calculators, with email automation and a contact database in the same subscription. The company's own line is "Funnel builder, email automation & CRM in one tool." It is aimed at marketers, agencies and small business owners who want a visitor's answers to turn into a scored, segmented contact and a follow-up email, without stitching several tools together. According to the company's own description, involve.me is a Vienna-based platform launched in 2019 and operated by stereosense GmbH, and it says it serves over 4,500 businesses worldwide, in industries that include real estate, insurance, finance, software, ecommerce and professional services.

What you build and how

Forms, surveys and quizzes. The entry point is an AI Agent. The home page says to "chat with the AI Agent to build and optimize complete funnels in seconds": tell it what to collect and it builds the form, with step flow, fields, conditional logic, copy and design, and you refine any part with a follow-up prompt. The survey builder page describes the same thing for surveys, covering question flow, content elements, copy, conditional logic and design. You can also work in the drag-and-drop editor, which the home page says offers 50+ elements. Surveys can be broken into steps and personalized with logic jumps and answer piping. The company says you can also collect responses anonymously.

Quizzes are a first-class use. The home page describes scored quizzes, product recommendation quizzes and assessments, and says you can describe what you need and the AI builder creates the whole quiz funnel, "including questions, scoring logic, and outcome pages." Over 300 templates are offered as a starting point. The company contrasts itself with quiz tools that only collect responses: here the quiz connects directly to a follow-up journey, with different email content for different scoring outcomes.

Calculators. The interactive calculator page sets out the calculator builder in detail. It describes an "Excel-like formula builder with 25+ functions, nested conditional logic, and VLOOKUP on your own data tables." If you would rather not write formulas, you can "describe what you want and let the AI Formula Generator write the formula for you," and you can edit any formula by hand. The page lists uses including service configurators where customers pick options and see the price update live, and assessment and scorecard calculators that score answers and show each respondent where they land. A calculator can sit on any page of a funnel, so a typical setup collects inputs, shows a live result, then captures contact details on the next page. The company says placing calculators on any page is available on all plans with visit or contact limits, while plans with submission limits keep calculators on end pages and can try the feature in test mode.

Publishing and landing pages. Anything you build can be embedded on any website, triggered as a pop-up, or published as a standalone landing page on your custom domain, with SSL included (custom domains start on the Grow plan). As a landing page builder, involve.me publishes each funnel as its own page rather than building a multi-page website, and the company does not pitch it as a site builder.

Email automation and CRM. Every submission becomes a contact with its answers, result and segment. You can view, filter, tag, segment and export contacts inside the product. Emails are built in a visual workflow builder. You pick a trigger such as a submission or a payment, then set delays, branching and conditions, and AI can draft the copy or build the whole sequence from a prompt. Sequences can branch on answers, scores, outcomes, opens and clicks, so a high scorer and a low scorer get different emails.

Integrations and payments. The home page counts 55+ native data integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Pipedrive and Google Sheets, plus 3 native payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal and Mollie) and 5 native tracking integrations. Zapier, Make and webhooks cover the rest.

Analytics. A built-in dashboard shows KPIs and drop-offs, AI Insights point to what to fix and test next, and A/B testing runs on questions, scoring and designs.

Plans, limits and security

The home page says "there's a free plan with up to 50 submissions per month," and paid plans "start at $29/month (billed annually)." The survey page adds that every plan, including the free one, includes the AI survey generator, the AI Agent and built-in email automation, while higher tiers raise the number of live funnels, users and AI credits and add A/B testing, custom domains, white-labeling and more integrations. The company's Typeform-alternatives article sets out the tiers in full, at annual prices:

  • Free, $0: 50 submissions or 500 visits per month, 1 user.
  • Start, $29 a month ($49 on monthly billing): 3 live funnels, 1 user, 50 AI credits, email automations and conditional logic.
  • Grow, $69 a month ($99 monthly): 5 live funnels, 2 users, 100 AI credits, branding removal, custom domains, and the HubSpot and Pipedrive connectors.
  • Scale, $139 a month ($199 monthly): 25 live funnels, 5 users, 300 AI credits, A/B testing, webhooks, the Salesforce connector and one-time-passcode email and phone verification.
  • Enterprise, from $499 a month: custom limits, SSO, a security assessment and dedicated onboarding.

The pricing is per plan rather than per seat, with the user count rising by tier. The same article says the Grow plan or higher is needed to remove involve.me branding.

On security, the survey page states that "involve.me is SOC 2 Type II audited and GDPR compliant," and its FAQ adds that surveys are hosted on secure servers, all data is protected with SSL encryption, you keep full ownership of every response, and involve.me never contacts your respondents.

The company describes its best-fit customers as high-ticket service businesses such as real estate, finance, legal, solar and med spas; expert-led businesses such as coaches, consultants, trainers and course providers; and high-consideration product brands in wellness, home improvement and B2B equipment.

Who it suits and who it does not

involve.me suits a marketing team or agency that wants a quiz, calculator or survey to qualify leads and trigger a tailored email in one place. A founder with a modest list can start on the free plan and see whether 50 submissions a month is enough before moving to Start at $29 a month on annual billing, and an enterprise team that needs SSO has an Enterprise tier. A team that wants to describe a funnel in plain language and then adjust it in a visual editor will like the AI Agent workflow.

It is a poorer fit if you only need a plain contact form, because the value here sits in scoring, segmentation and email. Teams that already run a CRM and email platform can connect them through the native integrations, but they will be paying for tools they partly duplicate. Several useful features sit on higher tiers: custom domains and branding removal start at Grow, while A/B testing, webhooks and the Salesforce connector need Scale, so the entry price rises quickly for a team that depends on them.
