What the product is
CreatorStore is a no-code store builder for creators, coaches and educators who sell digital products, coaching, services and live events. Its pitch is "Sell digital products, coaching, and services from one store." You accept payments, take bookings, collect emails and share one link with your audience, and the company charges 0% platform commission on sales on every plan, including Free. It is aimed at someone with an audience and nothing set up to sell yet, and its pages do not say where the company is based.
What you build and how
You build a store, product pages and landing pages from the dashboard without code. The FAQ says you add and arrange sections, with no HTML or CSS required, and the home page links to store templates and setup tutorials. The store works as a branded link-in-bio page: the company's comparison with Gumroad lists a link-in-bio page, a custom domain, SEO optimization for pages, landing pages, email collection, customer management and sales tracking as part of the same product. Storefronts come in English or Ukrainian.
The home page names 7 things you can sell from that one store:
- Digital products, such as templates, presets, ebooks and guides, delivered instantly, with your customer email list staying with you.
- Product bundles.
- Custom services and products.
- Coaching calls and session packs.
- Service bookings.
- Webinars and live events.
- Lead magnets.
Coaching and booking are where CreatorStore reaches into the scheduling category. For a 1:1 call you connect Google Calendar and Google Meet, set your availability and let clients book open slots. Deposits or split payments can be used where the offer type supports them. Session packs let you set how many sessions a package includes, with automatic session credit tracking, package discounts and expiry dates. Service booking is a different flow: clients request a service online, and you manage the brief, quote, payment and delivery from one place, with custom client briefs, quotes and counter-offers, and deposits and split payments.
Webinars and live events get one signup page for free or paid webinars, workshops, group coaching sessions and masterclasses. You set free or paid registration, seat limits and scheduling, and add the event details and the link participants need.
Audience building runs through lead magnets, newsletter forms, promo codes and feedback forms. A lead magnet offers a free file, resource, link or promo code in exchange for an email address, so you can build a list before a launch. The FAQ adds that contact export is available where your plan includes it.
The storefront itself is not limited to product cards. The company's Gumroad comparison says you can showcase your work by adding videos, photos, links, testimonials and other content to the store, and that the store can carry custom design elements to fit a personal brand, which it lists as something Gumroad lacks. The same post says the aim of the email tools is an audience you can manage and export, rather than one you rent from a social network, and it describes the product as designed to support more than one type of creator income.
Payments run through Stripe or PayPal, which you connect yourself. Depending on the provider and the buyer's location, buyers can pay with cards and supported digital wallets. A custom domain, either yourname.com or a subdomain such as shop.yourname.com, is available from the Pro plan, and the site says HTTPS/SSL is provisioned automatically.
The company says you can start without a credit card, and paid plans include a 14-day free trial. For digital products, setup is basically the file, a price and a description. For a service or coaching offer you also set your availability. Then you connect Stripe or PayPal and share the link in your Instagram bio, TikTok, YouTube or Telegram.
Evidence from the pages
Plans, from the company's comparison with Gumroad: Free at $0 a month, Starter at $19 a month, Pro at $49 a month and Business at $79 a month. The plan table lists these features without saying which plan holds which: free products, paid products, custom domain, custom order emails, lead magnets, digital products, bundles, remove branding, newsletter, custom services, session packs, priority support, feedback forms, 1:1 calls, service bookings, a public store, webinars, product SEO, landing pages and Stripe plus PayPal. Only the custom domain is tied to a plan in the text, from Pro up.
Commission: "CreatorStore charges 0% platform commission on sales, on every plan including Free. Payment providers may charge their own processing fees."
Trial and cancellation: paid plans include a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Paid access continues to the end of the current billing period, after which the store can remain on Free with paid items disabled.
Legal and data: the site publishes a Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Data Processing Addendum. The pages state no compliance certifications, no user count and no founding year.
The company's own Gumroad comparison puts the contrast this way: Gumroad has no monthly subscription and a transaction-based fee model, while CreatorStore uses a subscription on paid plans with 0% platform commission. It states that CreatorStore combines digital product selling with a broader storefront, including coaching, session packs and service bookings.
Who it suits and who it does not
CreatorStore suits a coach, consultant or educator who wants to sell calls, session packs, workshops and downloads from one link. It also fits a template or preset seller who wants to keep the buyer email list, and a freelancer who wants a quote and deposit flow for services. Anyone who prefers a predictable monthly price to a cut of each sale will like the flat plans, and the free plan is a low-risk way to try it.
The trade-offs are plain. Paid features cost $19 to $79 a month, so a seller with very few sales may pay more than a percentage-based platform would charge. A custom domain waits for the $49 Pro plan. The pages name Stripe, PayPal, Google Calendar and Google Meet as the connections and publish no wider integration list or API, so a team that wants to link the store to other tools has nothing on the pages to go on. The site does not describe an enterprise tier either, and it presents itself as a creator tool for individual sellers rather than a platform for managing many client stores.
