Stackby

Tap a star to rate

Stackby structures data in linked tables with grid, kanban, calendar, and gallery views in the same pattern as Airtable, and adds a set of “stackby API” column types that fetch data from external services directly into a field without a separate automation step. Templates for common use cases, content calendars, CRM, inventory, cut down setup time for teams that don’t want to build a schema from scratch.

Pricing undercuts Airtable at comparable tiers, priced per user with row and API-call limits by plan, and a free tier covers small personal projects. Data exports as CSV like any spreadsheet-style tool, keeping migration reasonably straightforward if you outgrow it. The ceiling is ecosystem size, far fewer third-party integrations, templates, and community resources exist for Stackby than for Airtable, so anything relying on a wide integration marketplace will feel the gap. It fits small teams and solo operators who want Airtable’s basic structure at a lower price and don’t need its depth of integrations.
