What it is

ZigiOps is a no-code integration platform from ZigiWave that keeps records in sync, in both directions and in real time, across IT service management, DevOps and monitoring tools. The company's site says it "connects ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce and 50+ enterprise tools with real-time, two-way sync", deployed "entirely inside your own network or in the cloud, with no data stored and no code to write." It is built for IT operations, DevOps and integration teams. The footer gives the company's location as Sofia, Bulgaria.

What you build and how

What you build in ZigiOps is an integration between two tools, such as a ServiceNow incident and a Jira issue. The home page shows exactly that example: ServiceNow Incident INC0010423 paired with Jira Issue OPS-482, with priority, comments and attachments, and status transitions all marked as synced both ways. The pitch is "Two-way by design": preserve hierarchies, comments and attachments, with conflict-resolution logic for the moment both sides change at once.

The editor is a guided, point-and-click interface. The home page lays out three steps. First, pick from 50+ prebuilt connectors and authenticate securely, with credentials "vaulted, never exposed." Second, "map fields visually": point-and-click field mapping, filters, triggers and conflict rules, with "no scripts, no pipelines to maintain." Third, sync in real time, so ZigiOps keeps both systems aligned in both directions and "stores none of your data." The company's own blog says a bi-directional IT workflow takes 6 configuration steps and zero code, and that each tool is added as a "System" with its URL and credentials. A "start from a template, not a blank page" section promotes prebuilt workflow templates.

The platform has three modes. Integrations keep systems continuously in sync "with real-time, two-way integrations that preserve structure, comments and attachments." Migrations move data between platforms "in staged cutovers, normalized, deduplicated and executed without downtime", and the site calls them "zero-loss." MCP exposes live system data to AI agents through the Model Context Protocol. News items on the home page say ZigiOps added MCP to connect Claude with live enterprise systems, so agents "can now query real incidents, CIs and records", and a video covers connecting ChatGPT the same way. Another item describes an "Eve Security" layer that adds guardrails around AI agents that read and act on live enterprise data.

Use cases are listed under Solutions: incident management, CMDB data enrichment, CRM integration and customer success, and industries including healthcare, telecom, finance and government and security. One testimonial describes unifying monitoring data from Dynatrace, OpsBridge and ServiceNow into a single console and automating incident creation. For service providers, the site lists managed service providers who can "standardize integration delivery across all your clients", and an OEM and white-label option to embed ZigiOps in your own product. There is a partner program for resellers as well.

Deployment is a real choice here. The company's blog says ZigiOps is a standalone application that can be installed on Windows or Linux servers on-premises, and that it is also available in the cloud. It supports high availability with a primary and backup server. The home page says the same engine runs either way: on-premises "with no data ever leaving your infrastructure", or as "the fully hosted SaaS."

The site's navigation also shows an iPaaS page, which is why it appears on the workflow automation shelf. The company is careful to separate the two ideas. Its blog says task automation chains actions one way, such as "when a form is submitted, create a record, send a message, update a spreadsheet", while integration-led automation keeps records in sync both ways, and ZigiOps is on the second side.

The evidence from the pages

Security is the main claim. The home page says "ISO 27001 certified", "No data stored" and "On-premises available", and describes a "stateless, ISO 27001-certified architecture that never stores your data." The blog adds that ZigiOps "does not store the data it moves. It keeps only a few kilobytes of runtime state needed to track integration progress, which reduces security exposure and simplifies audits." The navigation lists "Stateless, ISO 27001, RBAC" under security and compliance. The pages held name no SOC 2 or HIPAA claim.

On pricing, the site's navigation has a Pricing page that is not among the pages held. The company's own comparison table gives the pricing basis as "connected system pairs, unlimited transactions", contrasting it with Workato (usage-based, quoted by sales) and Tray.ai (editions plus task usage). The home page offers a free trial with no credit card, and a demo booking.

The same blog compares ZigiOps with Workato, Tray.ai and Unito, noting that Workato recipes are "low-code, which is not the same as no-code." That is the vendor's view of competitors. It also says Unito and Exalate support bi-directional sync with record correlation built in, which is useful context for anyone shortlisting.

Customer quotes come from named organizations. COCC's SVP Software Development says ZigiOps "helped us improve the communication between our teams and expedites issue resolutions." Delta Dental of California says the integration let it "automate some of our critical processes" and "significantly decreased man time to resolve incidents." An enterprise architect at PEXA says "Stateless architecture was the deciding factor for our security team." The home page says enterprises across finance, healthcare and telecom rely on it, and its sample panel shows "Live sync 99.8% success", which is a demo figure rather than a stated guarantee.

Who it suits and who it does not

ZigiOps suits a team that already runs ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps or a monitoring stack and keeps hearing that the ticket on one side does not match the other. It also fits regulated or security-conscious buyers who want an integration server inside their own network, or a vendor whose architecture keeps no copy of the data. Service providers and software vendors have an angle too, through the MSP and OEM options.

It is not a general business-process builder. The company's own comparison table lists Workato as the fit for company-wide business process automation, while ZigiOps is aimed at keeping long-running records like incidents and issues in sync. Pricing is not published in the pages held, and the connector count is 50+ rather than the larger libraries of broad iPaaS tools, so confirm your two systems are covered. A non-technical founder building a first automation will find nothing to build here beyond system-to-system sync.
