What it is

LeadsBridge calls itself the reliable integration platform for marketing and advertising. It is a sync tool for marketing teams, sales operations people and agencies who run paid campaigns on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok and need those platforms to talk to a CRM. The homepage promises over 380 different marketing integrations plus custom solutions built to order. The footer names the company as LeadsBridge Inc.

What you build and how

You do not build an app here. You build connections, and the thing your team uses afterward is the CRM, the ad account or the audience list that those connections keep current. The company stresses that the platform is designed specifically for marketing and advertising integrations and says that, unlike many integration platforms, it offers highly specific integrations "at the click of a button" rather than a blank toolkit.

The product is organized around 4 feature areas on the homepage.

Lead Sync is about replacing manual file handling: "Forget about tedious CSV files. Synchronize all your lead data automatically." The integrations named on the homepage are Facebook Lead Ads, Google Customer Match, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, Snapchat Lead Generation, TikTok Lead Generation and Instagram Custom Audiences. The company's own blog pairs these with CRMs and marketing tools. Its pages show connections such as Facebook Lead Ads to Salesforce, TikTok Lead Generation to Salesforce, Facebook Lead Ads to Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Registration Forms to Pipedrive, and Facebook Lead Ads or LinkedIn Registration Forms to Marketo. The same blog highlights real-time lead syncing and better data tracking for its Salesforce connectors.

Audience Targeting runs the other way. It lets you "target and retarget custom audiences between your CRM and other marketing tools." Examples on the blog include Pipedrive to Facebook Custom Audiences and Zoho CRM to LinkedIn Matched Audiences. So a list that lives in your CRM becomes something an ad platform can target, without anyone exporting a file.

Online-to-Offline Tracking is the measurement piece. The homepage describes it as getting accurate conversion data by tracking leads in both an online and an offline setting. The footer also lists a Facebook Conversions API integration and Facebook Campaign Analytics under the platform menu. Pipedrive's marketplace listing, according to the blog, covers lead generation, audience sync and offline conversions sync across ad platforms.

The homepage frames the payoff this way: find "your ideal solution for accuracy and efficiency in lead generation", set your campaigns "on autopilot" and "make better, more marketing-driven decisions", with easy integrations that let you "create your very own marketing ecosystem and get a bird's-eye view of your sales funnel."

Custom Integration is the escape hatch. If your tool is not among the 380, the company says it will make the integration for you, "providing premium support and a dedicated team of experts." That makes the product less a closed catalog than a catalog plus a build service.

The homepage describes 2 ways to buy. Self-service plans are for people who want to pick from the integration library and begin immediately by themselves. The Managed plan is for connecting all of a company's systems, named as CRM, CDP, DWH and call center, so they can receive or send leads, and it adds optimization tools to help target highly responsive users. Under workflow automation the product is useful in a narrow way: it moves lead and audience data between named systems, but the pages show no branching logic, multi-step flow editor or scheduler.

Put together, a typical build looks like this on the company's own pages. A lead form on Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok collects a contact. LeadsBridge delivers it to Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM or Marketo. Later, a segment in that CRM goes back out as a Facebook Custom Audience or a LinkedIn Matched Audience for targeting. The Google side appears as Google Customer Match on the homepage and as Google Ads lead form extensions feeding Zoho CRM on the blog. Each of those is a named connection in the library rather than something you assemble from generic steps, which is the trade the company is making: narrower than a general automation tool, and quicker to set up for the cases it covers.

Two ad-platform partnerships get their own sections on the homepage. For Facebook, the company says it is a partner for Lead Ads Sync within the Facebook Business App Store and a long-time Meta Business Partner, and that lead data is synced immediately with Facebook Lead Ads. For TikTok, it says it was among the first partners for TikTok Lead Generation: from inside a TikTok Ads Manager account you can sync a Lead Generation campaign to your marketing and advertising platforms right after creating the instant form, with lead data synced "automatically, safely and in real time." The same section says the integration safeguards the community's information and secures users' data.

What the site states

The homepage offers a Free forever plan and says no credit card is required to start. A banner asks "Syncing 10,000 leads/mo?" with a Get a Demo button, which points to a demo path for higher volumes. The homepage gives no plan prices or lead limits; it links to a separate Pricing page. The only figures stated are the over 380 integrations and "thousands of customers from all industries", which are the company's own claims.

Support is positioned as a human channel: "Talk to a person, not a bot," with "world-class support from our experts." The navigation also lists a Help center, Webinars, Testimonials, Success Stories and an affiliate program. The company adds, "Chatbots have their place in the world, but not with LeadsBridge."

Who it suits and who it does not

LeadsBridge suits a marketing team or agency whose job is feeding ad-platform leads into a CRM and sending CRM segments back to ad platforms. A founder running Facebook Lead Ads into Pipedrive, or an agency managing the same pattern across clients, matches the use the company describes most. The free forever plan makes a first test cheap, and the custom integration service helps when your CRM is unusual.

It suits an IT or enterprise team looking for a governed, general-purpose integration or workflow platform less. The pages describe marketing and advertising integrations, not ERP, database or warehouse movement, and the company says as much by contrasting itself with general integration platforms. And if you need to build an app, a form or a dashboard, this is not that kind of tool: it keeps data moving between systems you already own.
