What it is

PowerImporter is a data sync tool built for Webflow. The homepage says "Built for Webflow" and promises to let you import, sync and clean your Webflow CMS from Airtable, CSV or WordPress. It is for the people who run Webflow sites whose content lives somewhere else: the site names agencies and business owners as its customers. The footer names the company as Power Importer LLC.

What you build and how

You do not build a site in PowerImporter. You build the pipe that feeds one, and what the visitor of your Webflow site sees is a collection that is already populated and kept current. The company's 3-step flow is simple. Connect your Webflow site and choose a source (an Airtable base, a CSV file or a WordPress export). Map each field to its matching Webflow CMS collection field. Then sync, or clean, with one click. The homepage says you can set up a first sync in under 5 minutes.

The product is sold as 4 tools that share one plan structure.

Airtable to Webflow is the main one. The company says it "detects every change in your Airtable content and syncs it to Webflow" and calls it a fit for collaborative teams or frequently refreshed content. With auto-sync turned on, "your content changes are handled for you," so the Webflow site updates while you sleep. How often it runs depends on the plan, from every hour to every minute. This is how Airtable turns into a backend for a Webflow site, which is the Airtable side of this product. The company's blog also makes the case for Airtable as an external database or headless CMS for Webflow.

CSV to Webflow handles imports into CMS collections, which the site frames as a way to set up a new Webflow CMS or move content over from another platform.

WordPress to Webflow migrates a blog in one go. The site lists blog text, images, tags, categories and authors, and says you can move a large WordPress blog in minutes without copy and paste.

Webflow CMS Cleaner wipes all CMS items, including ones that have references, so you can start fresh without the tedious 100-item batch deletions the site describes. It resets content without touching your collection structure. The site pitches it for staging sites, for clearing a collection before a new import, and for starting over, and its blog has a featured article on the pain of deleting CMS items in Webflow by hand. The CSV and WordPress tools populate a collection at the push of a button, which the company presents as the fast way to fill a new site.

Underneath, the site says PowerImporter manages reference and multi-reference fields, and handles multi-image fields, links, URLs, PDFs and more. Sync to Locales is listed on every paid plan. The homepage lists the reasons customers give for using it: blogs that stay fresh through automated updates, job boards where additions and deletions reach job seekers automatically, product catalogs that update as inventory changes, events listings, real estate listings and members listings on websites and backend application pages. The site says there is no limit to the number of updates on any plan, and that content stays updated in seconds or minutes. Its blog covers practical jobs such as automatically deleting references to archived items in Airtable and troubleshooting "No items found" errors with Webflow collections, alongside a guide to migrating from WordPress to Webflow. The comparison article adds that paid plans include sync logs, issue visibility and email support from the PowerImporter team.

There is no visual editor, no logic builder and no code export here, because the product is not that kind of tool. On the workflow-automation side, its automation is narrow and specific: change the Airtable record, and the Webflow collection follows on the next sync. The company's comparison article says it offers one-way sync, which it presents as protecting the integrity of your original data source.

What the site states

Pricing is published and specific. The Free plan costs $0 and includes CSV to Webflow, Airtable to Webflow, 50 CMS items, manual sync only and webflow.io domains only. Starter is $29 a month billed monthly or $25 billed yearly, with 500 CMS items, Airtable auto-sync every hour and a choice of webflow.io or a custom domain. Growth is $49 monthly or $39 yearly, with 2,000 CMS items and auto-sync every 5 minutes. Premium is $99 monthly or $79 yearly, with 10,000 CMS items, auto-sync every 1 minute, and the WordPress to Webflow and Webflow CMS Cleaner tools. The page marks Premium as most popular and promises "unlimited syncing for a flat fee, with the freedom to cancel anytime." Yearly plans list a money-back guarantee, and the comparison article says paid plans carry a money-back guarantee within the first month.

On support, the site says all customers get dedicated support, including those on free plans, and that Premium has priority email support. The company says that, with shared links to a customer's Airtable and Webflow accounts, its team looks at the setup and advises on how to configure it. A testimonial from Chris at The After Circle reads "Amazing product, works like a dream, solid, never fails" and adds "Support rapid, same day." Alex of Bolt Jobs writes, "PowerImporter is super easy to use, I don't know where we'd be without it." Self-help material includes step-by-step how-to guides for each of the 4 tools, troubleshooting pages and video tutorials. No credit card is needed to start.

Who it suits and who it does not

PowerImporter suits a Webflow freelancer or agency whose clients keep content in Airtable and want the site to follow it. It also suits a small business owner running a directory, listings site or event calendar on Webflow who is tired of pasting CMS items by hand. The free tier of 50 CMS items is enough to test a mapping, and the Premium tier at 10,000 CMS items covers a good-sized catalog.

It suits teams that need a broader sync tool less. The company itself says PowerImporter is focused on Webflow CMS, and its sync runs one way. If you need changes made in Webflow to flow back into Airtable, or you want to sync to platforms other than Webflow, this is the wrong tool. Item limits scale with the plan, and the pages list nothing above 10,000 CMS items. The auto-sync the site describes is for Airtable, so the CSV and WordPress tools read as import jobs you run yourself.
