What it is
InterWeave is a CRM-ERP integration platform. Its homepage says it connects Salesforce, Creatio, Intuit, Sage and Microsoft 365 with specialized AI agents, real-time data sync and human-in-the-loop oversight. It is aimed at mid-market operations and finance teams who want one source of truth across sales, accounting and payments without hiring developers or writing custom pipelines.
What you build and how
InterWeave is less a canvas than a console. You do not draw an app. You connect your systems, decide what flows between them, and let the platform keep it flowing. The company describes a 4-step method it calls SmartTracks. First, you authenticate your CRM, ERP and payment systems in the InterWeave console, using credentials only. Second, you configure your sync objects: which objects sync, in which direction, and with what conflict resolution rules. You can use prebuilt SmartMaps or customize field mappings in the no-code console. Third, an initial data load runs through a deduplication engine that matches, deduplicates and cross-references existing records before go-live. Fourth, you go live, and real-time sync, AI-governed validation and the InterWeave dashboard keep the integration healthy, with alerts and audit trails.
The core piece is the SmartIntegration Hub, described as a single, governed integration engine connecting CRM, ERP, payments and eCommerce systems with real-time bidirectional sync, built-in deduplication and full audit trails. The site quotes sync latency under 5 seconds end to end.
SmartAgents are the AI layer. The site says specialized AI agents automate field mapping, data validation, error correction and exception handling. It lists automatic field mapping suggestions based on data patterns, real-time validation against both systems' business rules, anomaly detection and self-healing for common error types, human-in-the-loop escalation for edge cases, and continuous learning from your configuration and corrections. A worked example on the homepage shows an order confirmed in Creatio syncing to Sage 100. The agent spots that the account "Acme Corp" exists in Sage as "ACME Corporation", matches it on tax ID, creates the Sage sales order, posts the invoice and writes the invoice status back to Creatio.
SmartPortal is the end-user side. It is a branded customer self-service portal that gives your clients real-time access to orders, invoices, payments and account data, integrated directly from your CRM and ERP systems. So what the finished thing looks like to your customer is a portal showing their own account, backed by the same synced data your staff see.
The connector coverage is the practical heart of the product. Under CRM platforms the homepage lists Salesforce, Creatio CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, HubSpot and Zoho CRM. Under ERP and financial it lists QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Sage Intacct, Sage 100cloud, Sage X3, Sage BusinessWorks and MS Dynamics 365 Finance. Payments and commerce include Nuvei, Run Payments, Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, Authorize.net, Magento 2 and Shopify, with 40 more processors. The site says InterWeave ships with prebuilt Salesforce to Sage, Salesforce to QuickBooks and Creatio CRM integration connectors, so no custom development is required. The FAQ goes further for the Sage family: Salesforce connects to Sage 100, Sage Intacct, Sage X3 and Sage BusinessWorks, and the hub syncs customers, contacts, orders, invoices, payments and inventory in real time with field-level mapping. It names Square, Heartland and Worldpay among the payment processors as well, and says payments triggered from CRM orders sync transaction status, manage subscriptions and surface chargeback data back into the CRM. The same FAQ counts 300+ pre-built connectors overall, and the navigation adds LeagueApps, MindBody and SAP.
Industry accelerators are prebuilt integration and workflow frameworks. The homepage names Financial (AR, invoicing, payments and reporting) and Healthcare (CRM, ERP and financial systems across health and wellness organizations), alongside manufacturing, and the navigation lists nonprofit, education, payments, insurance and sports versions too.
On the workflow-automation side, the product is automation between systems rather than a general flow builder. Orders confirmed in Salesforce trigger payments, a Creatio order starts a Sage sync, and status writes back to the CRM. The FAQ describes SmartFlows as event-driven orchestration, and the feature list on the home page adds multi-entity ERP routing, quote-to-cash automation and advanced inventory sync.
Configuration runs through FlowCopilot, which the FAQ calls an AI-powered no-code console and credits with natural-language configuration. In the company's own summary, the platform stacks 5 layers: SmartAgents for autonomous financial workflows, FlowCopilot, SmartFlows, SmartIntegration for real-time bidirectional sync, and the connector library. A blog post on the site adds that Creatio connects to InterWeave via REST APIs.
What the site states
The homepage headline numbers are 48+ payment processors, 100+ integrations delivered, under 5 seconds sync latency, 0 developers needed, 8+ industry accelerators and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Treat them as the company's own claims.
On price, the navigation carries a Platform Pricing page, but the site publishes no prices or plan names. The calls to action are Request a Demo and Explore the Platform. The FAQ describes the pricing only as mid-market pricing, and says most deployments go live in days, not months.
Support is framed through the SmartTracks program: structured onboarding, configuration support and ongoing optimization aligned to your industry. The navigation also lists SmartSupport, a service desk, a customer portal and FAQs.
3 customer quotes appear, attributed by role rather than name. An operations director at a mid-market distributor says "InterWeave eliminated hours of manual data entry between Creatio and Sage every week." A CFO at a SaaS company calls the payment integration "exceptional." A VP of operations at a professional services firm says "We were live in four days" and "Best integration experience we've had." These are testimonials chosen by the vendor.
Who it suits and who it does not
InterWeave suits a mid-market finance or operations team whose pain is re-keying data between a CRM and an accounting or ERP system. A sales order in Salesforce or Creatio that must become an invoice in Sage or QuickBooks, with payment status flowing back, is exactly the shape of problem it addresses. It also suits a team with no spare IT capacity, since the setup is credentials plus guided configuration.
It suits an agency or consultancy less. This is a product for one company's own systems, with deployment run through the vendor's SmartTracks program, not a toolkit you hand to clients to build their own apps on.
There are caveats. The pages publish no prices, so budgeting means a sales conversation. The product is a CRM, ERP and payments integration layer, not a general builder: if you need a marketing automation flow, a custom front end beyond SmartPortal, or an internal app, you will need another tool alongside it. And the 100+ integrations and 99.9% uptime figures are the company's own statements.
