What pagergpt is

pagergpt is a no-code AI agent builder for customer support, sales and similar customer-facing work. Its home page calls it "Your Custom AI Agent Builder", and the idea is that you train an agent on your own knowledge, shape how it speaks, and put it on the channels where customers already write. The company says it is for both small and mid-size businesses and enterprises: the no-code page describes an "AI Agent Studio" that lets "SMBs and enterprises" launch agents quickly. The reader it serves best is a support or sales team without in-house developers, and the company's own article calls it "a 100% no-code builder" for CX teams.

What you build and how

The home page frames the build as four steps from idea to a live agent, and the first three are spelled out.

  1. Train. You connect your website, files, or tools like Notion and Zendesk, and pagergpt learns from that content to build the agent.
  2. Customize. You "Define your agent's tone, personality, and workflows", whether the result is a friendly support bot or a sales rep.
  3. Integrate. You connect tools like Calendly, Stripe and Zendesk to book meetings and more, so the agent does work rather than only talk.

The editor is described as an "easy visual interface anyone can use", and the no-code page names the workflows you set up in it: FAQs, order tracking, refunds and bookings. The FAQ adds that you can train the bot "using natural language" and that you can add specific instructions and adjust the tone so replies match your brand's voice. In other words, a builder works with prompts, a knowledge source and a set of connected actions, not with code. The company says agents can draw on "20+ visitor and lead data points" to personalize replies, and that custom forms inside a conversation collect leads without breaking the flow.

The home page lists the kinds of agent you can build: customer support, sales, retail, ecommerce and marketing agents. For the end user, the result is a chat agent that answers from your knowledge and can act through your connected apps. When a person has to take over, the product has a shared live chat inbox that brings all customer interactions into one place, so a team can manage escalations and sensitive sales inquiries in real time. The home page describes a human handoff that "Escalates complex or sensitive chats to a human instantly when needed", and the inbox adds team mentions and instant alerts. The product menu also lists AI Guardrails alongside the studio and the inbox, and an article on the site mentions agent and admin roles with granular permissions.

Channels are named in the FAQ: your website, WhatsApp, Messenger and Slack, with the no-code page repeating website and WhatsApp as the instant deployment targets. The home page adds email and says the agent works with "support for 95+ languages". Integrations are listed by name. The home page says pagergpt integrates with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Stripe, Calendly and Cal.com "and more", and its menu highlights Freshdesk, Intercom and Zendesk with a link to see all integrations. The no-code page adds Microsoft Teams to the list of connections. These are help desks, CRMs, payments and scheduling tools, which is the stack a support or sales agent needs to look up a record, create a ticket or book a slot.

Solution pages cover AI customer support, AI chatbot, no-code AI agents and AI agents for SMBs. The FAQ says the analytics give "insights into visitor behavior, customer interactions, sentiment analysis and more".

Plans, limits and claims

Pricing is described in the FAQ on the home page. The plans are the Magic Plan at $0 a month, the Starter at $99 a month and the Business Plan at $349 a month, which the company says give higher limits and advanced features. A custom Enterprise plan covers tailored security, integrations and scale. The no-code page describes the Magic Plan as "For SMBs or startups looking to automate customer interactions", marks Business as Most Popular "For growing businesses needing more integrations and advanced features", and shows Enterprise as "Custom" with a book-a-demo button. An article on the company's site lists Business at $349 a month with 3 agents, actions, analytics and the shared inbox. Billing is per session rather than per message: the home page says "Pay per session and chat without limits. Get unlimited message credits with no hidden add-on costs." The home page also says "No Credit Card Needed" to sign up.

The home page publishes three results as proof points: 85% of teams live in less than 7 days, 92% CSAT on automated sessions and 40% deflection in the first month. It also says its agents "resolve 90% of issues instantly". These are the company's statements, with no named study or customer behind them.

On security, the home page has a section headed "Built for Security. Backed by Compliance." It describes the company as an "ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certified Company", says pagergpt "undergoes a regular third-party audit to certify its products against SOC" (SOC II), and claims GDPR compliance. The footer links a security page and a DPA policy. The company's article cites a G2 rating of 4.9/5. The home page quotes one customer, Juan Ortiz, Senior DevOps Engineer, who says the product "goes beyond simply providing answers, it actually performs tasks".

Who it suits and who it does not

pagergpt suits a support or sales team that wants an agent connected to the tools it already uses. A store that needs order tracking and refunds, a services firm that needs bookings through Calendly or Cal.com, or a support desk running Zendesk or Freshdesk will see its own stack in the integration list. The shared inbox is the feature to weigh if you do not want the bot to be the last word: a person can step in without sending the customer elsewhere. The free Magic Plan and the no credit card sign-up make a trial cheap.

It is less obviously right for a team that wants a bot only for a website at a flat low price, since the first paid plan listed is $99 a month. It is also a customer-facing product: the site describes support, sales and marketing agents, not internal process automation or app building. And the company's own article lists "Limited advanced developer customization" as a con, saying extensive custom development may require other platforms.
