What It Is
悟空无代码 (Wukong No-Code) is a Chinese-language no-code platform for building business management apps, sold by the company behind Wukong CRM. The site's copyright line names 郑州卡卡罗特软件科技有限公司. The pitch is for people with no IT background: its solutions page says the platform is simple enough that "没有任何IT基础的小白也可以快速搭建自己的管理应用" (a complete beginner with no IT foundation can quickly build their own management app), with no programming theory to learn.
That makes it a fit for operations, sales, HR and finance teams in a company that wants its own customer, staff and accounting tools, and for a small business owner who would otherwise buy a fixed CRM. The platform also has a form builder, so it doubles as a way to collect data.
What You Build and How
The home page lists the platform as a series of building blocks: online forms, a process engine, dashboards, a report engine, an organization structure, a permission system and message notifications. You assemble apps from those pieces.
Forms. The home page says you can create "强大的表单" (powerful forms) by drag and drop alone, with rich field types, varied layouts and enough logic formulas to raise data collection efficiency. The stated aim is to help a company capture complete customer information.
Workflows and approvals. The process engine is described as helping business rules get applied, so that teams collaborate in order with clearer division of work. The solutions page shows approval scenarios you can build, including out-of-office requests, overtime requests and contract approval.
Dashboards and reports. Dashboards pull data out automatically and give several viewing angles on it. The report engine ties report types to subjects such as customers, leads, opportunities, contracts, regional distribution and number of follow-ups. For performance management, the solutions page mentions line, bar and dual-axis charts that update without manual counting.
Organization and permissions. The organization structure adapts to different company shapes, with several role types and flexible provincial-level structures. The permission system covers function permissions, data permissions and field permissions, so access can be set at fine grain.
Notifications. Message type, timing and delivery method are all set by the builder, for customer messages, personal work messages or company-wide ones.
The ready-made scenarios show what the blocks add up to. The home page lists customer management, HR management, finance management, purchase-sales-inventory management, business intelligence and production management. Production management is described as covering equipment maintenance, raw material purchasing, finance, material splitting and quality inspection, assembled "像搭积木" (like building blocks).
The customer management scenario includes a customizable customer data panel with a 360-degree view, a unique-field check that warns salespeople about duplicate customers, and reminders for leads, opportunities and customers waiting for follow-up. Sales processes are configurable. The company's rules for a public customer pool can be set, and customers left without follow-up past a deadline drop back into that pool automatically. A sales funnel chart and a dashboard show the state of all customers at once.
The HR scenario records a staff member's whole path through hiring, probation, transfer and departure, along with their file. It calculates monthly salary from base pay, bonuses and deductions. Attendance supports field check-in, and leave requests go through with one click.
The finance scenario produces financial reports from the data, supports general ledger, detail ledger, multi-column ledger, quantity-amount ledger and accounting-project ledger queries, and offers auxiliary accounting. It connects to the CRM so customer, sales, inventory and finance data sit in one place.
Other scenarios on the solutions page are project management (an app per project, permissions per person, construction logs filled in online and printed in batches from templates), customer follow-up (visit records linked to orders), contract management (from purchase request through signing to stock-in or return) and an epidemic-control board.
Publishing and mobile. After building, an administrator picks the coverage scope and target users can use the app right away, with no long development wait. When requirements change, the administrator edits or adds functions in the back end. The company also ships Android and iOS apps covering customer, HR and finance work, approvals, task notices, schedules and work logs, plus integrations with WeChat Work and DingTalk. The WeChat Work integration mentions a toolbar, smart scripts and customer SOPs.
Integrations and API. The home page promises a rich API surface and "数十款" (dozens of) practical digital apps: company information lookup, electronic contract signing, call center contact, barcode scanner entry, business card scanning, invoice scanning and voice-to-text.
Evidence From the Pages
The pricing page lists a single tier, 旗舰版 (flagship edition), at 720 yuan per person per year with a minimum of 5 people. It says that one price covers the CRM, HRM and finance (FS) products, and it lists the features of each, such as lead, customer, opportunity, contract, payment and invoice management in CRM, and recruitment, attendance, social insurance, salary, OKR and KPI management in HRM. The finance list includes vouchers, ledgers, a balance sheet, a cash flow statement and a profit statement.
On trials, the FAQ says: "所有收费产品均可免费体验15天,满意后一年起购,购买年限越长,可获取更多优惠" (every paid product can be tried free for 15 days, purchase starts at a year after you are satisfied, and longer terms get more discount). Payment is by bank transfer, WeChat or Alipay. Paid users earn points toward gifts, and a paid user who refers a customer gets an annual fee reduction. The pages show no free plan.
Security gets a short answer: the data center uses "业内最先进、最严格的全天候安全措施" (the most advanced and strictest round-the-clock security measures in the industry), with the latest encryption and intrusion detection and prevention. The pages name no certification. The FAQ also says users can configure the interface in multiple languages.
Support comes from a hotline, 400-0812-558, listed for pre-sales consultation from 8:00 to 18:00 daily, and a "7×24全天候人工客服" (round-the-clock human customer service) line on the pricing page. The site also points to a QQ discussion group, WeChat Work and a developer community called 悟空社区. The pages state no customer count, region list or hosting option.
Who It Suits and Who It Does Not
It suits a company with a Chinese-speaking team that wants a CRM, HR system and ledger it can reshape itself, and an operations lead who wants to change a form or approval flow without waiting for a developer. The per-seat price with a 5-person minimum is easy to budget for a small team, and the 3 core products come at one price.
It is a narrower choice elsewhere. The pages say nothing about code export or self-hosting, so a developer who needs an escape hatch into code, or an IT team with hosting requirements, will have to ask the company. The pages are in Chinese only, and the integrations lean toward WeChat Work and DingTalk, which matters most for teams already living in those chat tools. The apps are management apps built around CRM, HR and finance modules, so a founder building a consumer product or a public-facing site will find little here.
