What JustCopy is
JustCopy.ai is an AI app and website builder with no editor and no canvas. You describe what you want, and the company says AI agents build it, use it in front of you to check it works, and put it live. It is written for people who want a working, deployable app without learning a visual tool: founders, small businesses and teams who need a tracker, a store, a portal or an internal tool. The homepage lists landing pages, SaaS apps, admin panels, e-commerce stores, portfolios and custom tools, and adds that your users can pay you inside the app.
What you build and how
The core claim is that JustCopy replaces the canvas with a conversation. The site argues that first-generation no-code tools replaced code with a canvas, which you still had to learn: where data lives, how a workflow fires, why a repeating group will not show the right rows. With JustCopy, you say what the app is for, and the AI writes the screens, creates the records it needs and connects sign-in, storage and payments. Then you use the result and ask for what is missing. The page says there is nothing to drag and nothing to configure, and describes the process as 5 steps with no editor and no data model to learn.
The backend comes with the build. According to the company, JustCopy builds the screens and everything behind them: a database for records, sign-in with email or Google, file storage, Stripe payments, email and analytics. Apps run on the platform's own infrastructure, with server-rendered pages, a managed database, authentication, storage and payments. The company's comparison table lists its backend as built in and its learning curve as none.
What stands out is the check. After each build, JustCopy writes down a few things a user would do and does them on screen with a visible cursor: sign up, add, edit, delete, upload, reload. You see a tick or a cross for each step. A cross is fixed at no charge before the app is called done. The site shows a film of a real build in which the app appears from one sentence, JustCopy signs up a user, saves a record and uploads a photo, and the app goes live. The publish step also renders the app first and refuses to publish a page that does not open.
Changing the app is the same chat. Ask for new fields, screens or rules in plain words. Words, colors and sections change in seconds and are free on every plan, while new features count as a build. The company says common apps such as trackers, dashboards, stores, CRMs and booking systems appear in seconds, and a custom brief takes about a minute.
Publishing gives you a link and a QR code, and a free-plan app carries a small badge. Paid plans publish on your own domain without the badge. The list of things people build, in the company's words, is business tools, customer portals, booking and scheduling apps, online stores, membership sites, dashboards over your own data, directories, quizzes, marketplaces and internal admin panels. The page also says "If you can describe how it should behave, it can be built."
On code, the company says the app is ordinary React code against ordinary services, with no proprietary runtime and no export fee. On the Starter plan and above you can download it, host it anywhere, and a developer can carry on where the AI left off. The comparison table puts it as "Download on Starter and up." The company says the app and its data are yours.
The evidence from the pages
The pricing is short and specific, taken from the company's no-code app builder page:
- Free plan: 3 AI builds a day and 5 projects with live preview links and no monthly cap. Text, color and section changes are unlimited. You can publish free with a small badge. The page says no credit card is required.
- Hobby: $9.99 a month, which adds your own domain and removes the badge. The comparison table calls it the cheapest paid plan.
- Starter: $24.99 a month, with 2 domains, 10 builds a day and the code download.
The pages held here name no plans above Starter and give no limits for them, so check the pricing page before relying on that. The table also states that JustCopy does not charge per user. The company's competitor comparison uses figures from other products' pricing pages, and those belong to those vendors, so this entry does not repeat them.
Other claims the company makes: "Join thousands who are building professional apps without writing code," a statement the pages do not break down. The site says common apps appear in seconds and a custom app takes about a minute, and that it can build a full-stack app with database, sign-in and payments in under two minutes, compared with a day or a week in a drag-and-drop editor. The pages name Stripe for payments and Google for sign-in, and name no compliance standard, hosting region or integration marketplace.
Who it suits and who it does not
JustCopy suits a non-technical founder who wants to test an idea this afternoon, a small business that needs a booking system or a simple store, and an operations person who wants a tracker or admin panel without learning a builder. The free plan with 3 builds a day and 5 projects is enough to try an idea, and a custom domain is $9.99 a month. A developer is also covered: on Starter, the React code can be downloaded and carried on elsewhere.
There are limits. Free builds are capped at 3 a day, so a long session of new features runs into that, though text and color edits are free. Code download starts at the $24.99 Starter plan, so a team that wants to own its code from day one must pay for it. Because you edit by chat rather than on a canvas, there is no drag-and-drop control over exact layout, and the pages describe no team permissions or collaboration features. The test step covers the actions a user would take on screen, which the company describes, but it is not a substitute for your own review of business rules.
