What the product is
Dumble is a French-language AI builder for people who want a site, an app, a store, a CRM or a business document without writing code. The homepage states the promise in one line: "Sites, applications, e-commerces, CRM ou documents professionnels : tout se construit sans écrire une ligne de code" (sites, applications, online stores, CRM or professional documents, all built without writing a line of code). The company calls Dumble "le premier opérateur d'IA souverain européen", which is its own description of itself as the first European sovereign AI operator, and its guide page lists the reader as an "entrepreneur, freelance, étudiant ou dirigeant de PME" (entrepreneur, freelancer, student or small-company manager). The footer says Dumble is a member of French Tech Grand Paris. It is a downloadable app: the site announces version 1.0.4 for Mac and Windows, and says you can create "sur PC, Mac et mobile" (on PC, Mac and mobile), starting a project on the phone and carrying on at the desk. The site itself is offered in French, English and Spanish, and the homepage says Dumble understands, answers and builds in the language of your choice.
What you build and how
You describe the project in writing or by voice, and the company says "Dumble planifie, crée, corrige, prévisualise, héberge et met votre projet en ligne automatiquement" (Dumble plans, creates, fixes, previews, hosts and publishes your project automatically). One claim stands out: "Décrivez votre projet à la voix : il est en ligne en moins de 5 minutes" (describe your project by voice, and it is online in under 5 minutes). You can add images and documents to the brief. The site says Dumble keeps a permanent memory stored locally, so it remembers your project, decisions and preferences when you come back, which the guide presents as what lets you build larger projects over time.
The method is an Autopilot loop. Dumble plans the project, creates the files, checks the render by taking screenshots, detects errors and corrects them itself, and asks you to validate the important steps. The guide adds a plan check and an "anti-hallucination" system that verifies each action before the run continues. Dumble can also "voir, parcourir et interagir avec votre projet comme un utilisateur réel" (see, browse and interact with your project like a real user). When you approve, it deploys to a VPS, to PHP hosting or to Netlify in one click, or onto Dumble's own hosting.
Sites and stores come first. The homepage says a project is ready in minutes "en ligne, fonctionnel, avec paiement intégré, tableau de bord admin, gestion des produits, des commandes" (online, working, with built-in payment, an admin dashboard, product management and order management). The demo walks through a sneaker shop: Dumble plans the store, builds product pages, a secure cart and payment, optimizes the images and publishes it on a dumble.fr address with an admin area. Then come the Connectors, each switched on in one click: payment by card, PayPal and Klarna through Stripe, submitting the site to Google, an email for every order, and an AI assistant that answers your customers.
Custom apps come next. A section titled "CRM, facturation, planning" says Dumble codes your application to measure. You describe a need such as customer tracking, booking, billing, inventory, scheduling, a dashboard or an admin area, and Dumble builds "backend, base de données, authentification, API, interface responsive et connexions à vos services" (backend, database, authentication, API, responsive interface and connections to payment, email and notifications). It also generates a back-office for users, data, exports, orders and products. The page names Flask, Django and Express as frameworks it adapts to the project, lists PHP, Python and Node with a REST API, and deploys to a VPS or shared hosting. Examples on the homepage include a CRM built in 5 minutes on a phone and a SaaS app.
Documents are the third family. Dumble writes contracts, CGV (terms of sale), CVs, letters, business plans, translations, dissertations, reports, quotes and commercial proposals, after researching rules and references on the web. You can import a document for it to analyze, summarize, rephrase or improve, and output goes to PDF, Word or HTML. A competitor-analysis mode explores a rival's site and returns an HTML report covering design, prices, SEO and technology, with screenshots and an action plan.
The preview shows the site on desktop, tablet and mobile, and changes apply instantly. Developers get a real editor: a Developer mode built on Monaco, "le même moteur que VS Code", with native LSP for TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and JSON, a terminal, a full Git interface for commit, push, pull and branches, and access to the generated source code. A Classic mode is a chat that keeps project context and can edit files, search the web and run commands on your machine with permission. Through MCP tools Dumble connects to external tools, and the page names Figma, Slack, Notion, Stripe and databases.
Mobile is handled through the web. Apps are PWAs: users open your address, tap Install, and an icon lands on the home screen, opening full screen "sans barre de navigateur". The site lists the benefits as "Rien à payer" (no Apple or Google developer account), "Rien à attendre" (no store validation) and "Toujours à jour" (everyone gets the new version at once).
The evidence from the pages
The homepage offers "Créer gratuitement" with "Sans carte bancaire, sans engagement" (no card, no commitment), and a starter offer, "Offre Débutant", of 900 credits for "Jusqu'à 50 sites + 50 applications", plus dozens of documents and hundreds of edits. A later paragraph puts the paid price at "seulement 15€ par mois" (only €15 a month). The guide's FAQ says "Dumble propose un plan gratuit" that lets you create and host an application, and that paid plans add a custom domain, more Autopilot generations and more storage. In Pro mode you can also follow your API balance alongside credits. Hosting is described as free, the domain name as configured automatically, and SSL certificates as handled for you. The guide counts "plus de 146 fonctionnalités" (more than 146 features).
On privacy the homepage says your files, site and data stay on your PC or Mac, with AI memory and the vector store kept locally, API keys in the system vault and voice recognition running offline. The homepage carries reviews marked as verified Google reviews or from Les Pépites Tech, a 5.0 rating there, and a 5 May 2026 interview with Les Pépites Tech. Its line "Dumble n'assiste pas, il agit, il construit, il livre" (Dumble does not assist, it acts, builds and delivers) sums up the pitch.
Who it suits and who it does not
Dumble suits a French-speaking founder, freelancer or small business owner who wants a showcase site, a small shop with Stripe payments, an internal CRM or a contract drafted quickly, and who is happy to describe the project by voice. The free plan and included hosting lower the cost of testing an idea, and a developer can open the code in the built-in IDE.
It is a weaker fit for a team that needs native iOS or Android apps in the stores, since the company says it ships responsive web apps and PWAs, and for a large team that wants shared workspaces, because the product is built around one person's desktop app and local memory.
